Waiting exactly 23 minutes for our order. When he arrives I look in the bag we are missing 2 things including 1 poutine and a puck I ask him he comes back telling us that we had not paid for it and yet we confirmed twice the order at the car. I went to Harveys and I quite enjoyed my experience. I ordered chicken croquettes, fries, BBQ sauce and a Pepsi. The croquettes were a little dry. They might have been a little overcooked so that they were dry like that but it was rather good not exceptional I have already eaten better but not bad it wasnt so refreshing I might go back to try another dish or if I am told that the croquettes are less dry places very clean and service friendly and courteous

The pickles tasted like dishwater, one of the employees often had his hand in his pants to scratch without washing his hands afterwards.

I experienced racism during my family visit. I took an extra cabaret since we had our 3 trios crammed into one. The manager snatched it from my hands, telling me it s one cabaret per customer. We accepted it, we went to the table, then we noticed that the table next to us also had 3 trios, but 2 cabarets (Quebec customers). We confirmed by asking them the question. I went to see the manager again to ask for another cabaret, he refused. I told him its racism, he came out from behind the counter walking quickly and aggressively to face me, I asked my wife to watch my son (3 years old) since he was by my side. He shouted at me, telling me that he was racist, I told him yes, since you dont want to give me another cabaret. I asked him if he was planning to attack me, he told me that not aggressive, I have my arms down (but a few centimeters from me). I asked him if I could make a complaint, he replied with a laugh, no, I no longer have any paperwork. At this point we apologized to the other customers and then left. This is the first time something like this has happened to us. At the crossroads we came across a peace officer and told her about the situation, she suggested we make a complaint and for her part she was going to say a word to her colleagues. Missing 6 out of 7 ingredients in the burger that I ordered, I have rarely seen so much incompetence, I have a tomato as big as an olive..lol its laughing at the world in esti, luckily the meatball is well into the burger!

I took two trios and a burger, when asking for the sauces, the person told me that I was allowed only one sauce, even if I had two trios, which is ridiculous, I asked the manager to explain to me because it is clearly beyond me, the madame explains to me that even if you take 10 trios together you are allowed only one sauce, but if you pay separately you can have one sauce each, which is rediculous and makes no sense. Right next to the zoo

Ordinary menu from Harveys, with the twist that there are so many flies flying around the restaurant. The semi-permanent presence of flies makes the experience unpleasant, the images show burgers with cheese and bacon, but these are extras, the tables are dirty and the staff only provides paper napkins on request, again, disappointment given that they are already contaminated with an unidentified substance... For a food business, this is deplorable.
