Ive been eating there for years, and its getting worse and worse... the quarter chicken thigh, the thigh often arrives very hard and small, as if it was cooked in advance and reheated for a long time under the lamp. The fries have a slight frozen taste sometimes. The pizza before had a large, soft crust like fresh, warm bread, but now it is small and hard. Its changed since their beginnings when there was only one restaurant. When you order for delivery and youre hungry, you dont feel like calling them back and waiting for a new order when the food is as I described. Its the price to pay for getting bigger and lowering the quality, it seems. At the price where all the restaurants are, you should stand out by returning to your ways of doing things from the beginning...

Drive-thru service. Deficient. 17 minutes people in front of me. I order a chicken burger. I dont have it yet. Hey gsng. Drive-thru is for fast food. I will never come back here. After 21 minutes the girl ends up putting her hand on her cell while talking to someone, she laughs because she almost dropped the little bag with ketchup. I really dont find it funny, I tell him. I ordered the new, not edible, crispy chicken sandwich. The chicken was burnt. Black breadcrumbs. I mentioned this to the cashier and she seemed sorry but didnt offer me a refund. I ate there every week before but I plan to go there less often. Extremely disappointing for $18

Great restaurant in Granby! For take-out or delivery orders, it s always my first choice! Chicken, Pizza, wrap everything is delicious and the Caesar salad is a must in my case!

I loved my visit to the Granby branch. The service was fast and quality. Their chicken wrap is just extraordinary as well as their pizza! Loved the food and service. Nice dining room and really feels like a restaurant and not a fast food. All employees were very helpful!

This is my first time ordering and Im pretty disappointed I ordered a chefs club, which was explained to me is that its a mixture of white and brown, which works well for us. It cost me $20 with tip, the club was hot, the staff was nice but the club lacked meat and salad I was expecting more than that Im going to recommend something else and see if its just me or the portions are deficient

Went (5 people) to the branch on Denison East. We were expecting a real restaurant but it was more of a counter with an adjoining room to eat there. The reception is OK but then it gets worse. We asked for charcoal chicken and got the regular chicken. Two out of 5 are served and have almost finished their meals and the thing has still not vibrated for the other 3. I return to the counter to find out what is happening. The order is lost in the system a bug it seems but no one said anything. No matter how much the cashier struggles with the kitchen, it doesnt happen. Finally after 40 minutes the meals come out of the kitchen. It seems that many people in the kitchen are more interested in their cell phones than in preparing orders. Maybe thats the bug. We didnt know about the Duhamel rotisseries but its certain that we wont go back there and wont promote them in any way.

We always ordered the same extreme pidza and we were satisfied but now even with extra cheese there is very very little, barely enough to cover the pidza and the same for the meat, which was more than sprinkled, extremely disappointing!!!

My friend and I appreciated because we were well received at the checkout the meal was hot and delicious the place is clean and welcoming.

Nous commandons presque chaque semaine, mais depuis quelque temps nous nous sommes aperçu dune baisse de qualité dans nos commandes. Peu de frites, pas de sauce, sandwich qui rétrécie, pas la cuisson demandée dans mos sandwiches, ou même des erreurs de commande ..... Bref déçu. On leur laisse 1 dernière chance, sinon nous ny retournerons pas.

First and last time for us :( We ordered a large chicken poutine on the side. There was a tiny amount of cheese curds barely enough for a small poutine, the chicken was in the poutine and there was a bone of chicken through the fries. The taste was ok but nothing more. We would have liked to give a better rating but it was disappointing for a first experience.
