What a bad idea to sell frozen fries at that price at least they should have been good but no I managed to eat one of the worst poutines on your menu we ordered 2 large sizes of your most expensive poutine only to realize that the fries were fries freeze the bacon had 3 colors red white and black (the white I still wonder how it got there) the sauce well I would have gone and bought a can of no name sauce at max and it would have been much better in basically the only thing that was edible was the cheese because luckily for the customers they are not the ones who make it and they dont have to cook it so luckily they cant scrap your cheese on top of the rest from your plate so a piece of advice: dont waste your money, even if your young child can make you a better meal

We love this place: the food is good, the prices are reasonable and there is plenty of space between the tables! Plus, no one is pushing us behind our backs to leave quickly!

It was my first experience in a St-Hubert style restaurant, but with no table service. I ate well, the plates were wow. The service is like a fast food restaurant that you enter and leave, nothing very fantastic. The employees were courteous and did an excellent job. I wasnt a fan of the sauce which seemed to be the base one with the chicken. For my part, I wont go back there to eat chicken with this sauce, but certainly more for their poutines. The childrens module is wow! I can only say thank you for having a corner for our little ones, because restaurants that still offer a play service for children are rare and I say thank you! My daughter learned to climb a ladder at 1 year and a few months old. I recommend people from Granby to take a tour there or to travelers before going down to their town. :)

I love Duhamel, my cousin and I go there often, but personally I think there should be a dress code. Being served by a paunch sweater or shorts that looks exactly like a pair of bobettes I find inappropriate. Bermuda shorts, a skirt, a blouse or cardigan long enough to hide your navel piercing are more appropriate. They are not waitresses at the table; they will not have more tips the more they are undressed.

A little disappointed that theres no extra unicorn poutine, but otherwise I love ordering mayo. The employees are very friendly, especially the handsome Alex at the transfer. I recommend eating at this restaurant if you are a fan of not starving.

We took 1 regular thigh plate, 1 Nachos and 1 charcoal thigh plate with ribs (dont expect any BBQ sauce, its not the best) the ribs are too fatty, the charcoal thighs, Im still trying to find what it tastes like not at all but otherwise the rest of the meal was good

Unlike some competitors, they respond quickly when you call to order. The person is courteous and welcoming. Delivery is fast (30 mins) and the delivery man is smiling. On the other hand, the food is disappointing, the chicken dry and the rice tasteless.

EVERYTHING, I mean EVERYTHING is delicious at Duhamel on rue Simond (the other 2, I never go there and I never order) The chicken pot pie (brown sauce), the chicken rice (lots of chicken), the pizza (well topped)......I like everything and I bring lots of people there.

We make an order and say were going to pick it up we get there we pay we wait patiently three boxes come out and they dont know who we are because theres no one else there for an order were still waiting who calls us a woman rents for come pick up his order he cant find his order a chef tells him that Im going to go and make it for you quickly Im tired of waiting for nothing seeing as its been maybe 15 minutes since the boxes are out and shes walked past at least 10 times I have to go ask her if its close she says yes I tell her can you have it so that we can leave there to go eat everything to tell you really not satisfied with the service

I return to Granby probably every 2 or 3 years and one of my first things to do when I arrive is to order chicken and Pizza Chez Duhamel. Yes, I admit it, it was my uncle who started it in the 1950s, even though one of my places prefers to eat.

Quand je vais à Granby, je fais souvent un arrêt chez eux , tout au menu est excellent, le service au comptoir est très bien ,il te remette un petit buzzer et tu peux aller te choisir une table ds une très grande salle à manger. Quand ton repas est prêt, ton buzzer tavertis, il ny as pas de service au table . Cest très propre et ons y mange toujours bien

Took the trouble to CHOOSE this place based on the comments.. nothing to do with Benny really too bad...

Quite simply because the food is less tasty, sometimes the chicken is dry, overcooked, cold peas for hot chicken, lumps in the sauce etc. Shame. N.B. It is not necessary to publish it.
