We grabbed some food for moving, and whomever the cook is did an amazing job with our pizzas. Great taste, delivery was quick. Would recommend! Good job, keep up the great work! Really hard to find good pizza nowadays.
My boyfriend ordered two meals for us, a chicken combo and a poutine. Both on the same order. The chicken combo arrived, but they didn't even have the poutine. Driver said it'd be there soon. 1h later, still no poutine. My boyfriend calls, ask about the poutine, they say it's on its way. 30 more minutes go by, still no sign of the poutine. Boyfriend calls again, they tell him there is no order for our address and that they never recieved our order (but we literally have half of it, so obviously the order went through). Anyways, my boyfriend's food is cold because he wanted to wait for me to get my food. Uncool.
They have a menu at the door showing 2 for 1 pizza. We sat inside to order and were told we could not eat in the restaurant if we ordered 2 for 1 pizza. I asked the manager where on the menu at the door specified that. He came to show me and when he couldn't find it, he simply said "it's an old menu". We were 1hr from home so my family of 5 had to eat out in the parking lot while their tables were completely empty except one.
I came down to visit some people in Granby (Quebec). I then had the idea to buy a good pizza. I went to Pizzeria Fratelli and they suprised me. The service and the pizza were excellent. This is the right place to order a real pizza. Bravo to the owner and the team!
Best place of pizza ive ever ate. Its been a while that I have been looking for an authentic "home made" pizza with all the delicious dressings that tasted so fresh. It was an amazing experience, ill definitely order from them again!

Honestly, very disappointed. 1h30 wait before receiving our delivery which turned out to be cold and incomplete. When you call to mention it, the person on the line shows arrogance and lack of manners. Additionally, it attempts to cover up hidden delivery charges by accusing their website of not being up to date while placing the blame on the consumer. Food wise, a big 6/10. Avoid if you are looking for quality or adequate service (no more). On the other hand, congratulations to Hector the delivery man for his professionalism. The only person to congratulate in this fiasco. Order dated April 5, 2024

Good morning , I give my opinion and put stars on my only experiences on my satisfaction with their atmosphere when placing your order and delivery and I put a big 4 stars I love calling this restaurant, their menus and variety and what you order is just perfect for their little attention which focuses on the details (preparations), its always hot I must admit that I stay 2 minutes away the price is within the normality of my expectations and very respectable delivery time again there , the delivery man I think who comes on foot to deliver me and have a good evening everyone and I highly recommend calling thank you
Very bad experience! In a photo I saw the Family Special #3 for $30.99 and when I order I am told that the prices have changed and that it is $40.99 so I cancel. 10 minutes later the restaurant calls me to tell me that they have checked and that their site is up to date and that I wasted the receptionists time and they hang up on me. Real baby lala! Go to Google photo it has a photo with this price so delete it!

I dont come from Granby but I was at a friends house I wanted a submarine and I can tell you that its the best Ive eaten in my life!!! The sauce is excellent, the portion is good, everything was perfect, plus the delivery took only 20 minutes! I recommend
We plan to order 2 large poutines and we received 2 family fries. We called back and the person wanted to send us separate sauce and cheese. We had to pay again to get our poutines. Worst customer service Ive seen in a long time

Very disappointing food. Frozen and undercooked meatball (hamburger steak). Undercooked chicken in chicken pita. In the end, we just ate the poutine and threw the rest away. It was the last time we ordered there!
I used to like it, but I dont like it anymore... $42 for a sub and a poutine. The unbaked bread sub, cold and delivered in a cardboard box without aluminum or parchment, damp and with questionable graphics, tasted of recession and a blatant lack of love. Good luck to the owner for the future, but for the month it was the last time. Please accept my least distinguished disappointments. Sincerely, a former customer.

Incredibly bad customer service. The woman who spoke to us on the phone was impossibly arrogant. I have never had such a bad experience. She hung up on us saying she didnt have time to resolve our problem. She did not want to send us back what was missing from our order, claiming that no delivery person wanted to come back. The woman on the phone should change jobs, no matter what. Its all in the way you say things.

Usually OK, the pizza delivered this evening (January 21, 2021) was frankly disappointing. Peperoni seemed different and of lower quality. Soft and stiff crust. In addition, delivery took 1h20... 3 stars for inconsistency. Will try another restaurant next time.

1.5 hours of waiting, lukewarm and undercooked. Really disappointed. I asked to speak to the manager, she told me that if the 2 pizzas were not affected that she would send us 2 replacement pizzas. I told him that we each ate a slice and that there was 1 full pizza left untouched and a half. She told me that it would not have been necessary to touch it to have the pizzas replaced. How am I supposed to notice that the pizza is undercooked and lukewarm without tasting it??!!!!! Finished, Im not ordering it anymore

We ordered through DoorDash. The pepperoni was long out of date. It smelled like rotten meat. Completely disgusting! Plus, our pizza box had another customers name on it except they took a sharpie and renamed it for us. How long did it spend on the counter? We will never order from there again.

Waiting for 50 minutes, there is an error on my order I call to have the line hung up on me I call back and they tell me we were too busy and that they were going to maybe send me the right item in same time as a delivery ... I have never had such bad service at Fratelli very arrogant very unpleasant they shame the institution and I really wonder how they can have such low standards
Service a la clientèle de m**de ! Il ce sont trompé dans ma commande et était froide. Il mont répondu quil allait me la renvoyer seulement SI il avait une livraison dans ma rue. Quand je leurs est mentionné que sa navait aucun sens la dame ma repondu quil y avait des problèmes pire que sa sur la terre. Plus jamais je commanderais chez Fratelli.

Great Spaghetti
Ordered this evening delivery arrived in 1h15 even though I was told max 45 min waitress hung up on me 4 times I called including when I placed the order. Asked for a soumarin with extras I paid for it but received nothing of what I ordered I wanted to refuse the order but the delivery man had to pay it if I took it he abused their employee last time I called
Found this place randomly, really good pizza! It had lots of toppings, you definitely get your moneys worth! If you are in the area, a good place to get great pizza!

Ive always had good service (one time someone wrote down my address wrong but that happens) except today. The employee was new, she misinformed me about the promotion I wanted to take and, when I called, they only told me that it wasnt their fault, the employee is new and thats it. No excuse, no way to make my inconvenience less worse. I was treated like I was nothing. Too bad ***edit*** the manager rectified the situation and I am very satisfied. Im happy to be able to continue to encourage them. The pizza there is super good
