I have asked the special number 1 whi h is chicken with the choice of 3 salads... the plate was very full and you ask yourself it you can eat it all... but i have paid 19,50$ for this which i find this a bit too much to ask for this
I had an experience that will ensure that I never eat at this place again. Some context: I am a long time Lebanese food lover and a long time customer (well over 10 years) of this restaurant. I am very easy going normally. But, over the weekend I had an experience that will ensure that I never eat at this place again. I called to place a take-out order to start with, to save time because I was on a tight schedule. I was told that they don't do this since some people don't show up to claim their order. I was taken aback by this, but nevertheless, I decided to show up and place my order in person. When I showed up, I placed my order (which had at least one modification to the regular serving) and was very surprised that it had only taken 1 minute to prepare. This means it was prepared in advance, which is very uncharacteristic of these types of restaurants. I then confirmed my order modification with the attendant: "no turnips? " and she confirmed. When I finally arrived at my destination 10 minutes later, with my meal, the sandwich was very soggy (more soggy than a 10 minute drive can justify) and the sandwich was littered with turnips. 3 strikes. And as if that wasn't enough, they cut the size of the garlic sauce given with potatoes by 2/3. I'm thoroughly disappointed with this place and I will not be going there again. How can you look your customers in the face and serve them up this kind of treatment and lie about it?

Stopped here for lunch while RVing through the area. DELICIOUS, very reasonably priced and generous portions. I had the gyro platter and my husband had the perfectly seasoned grilled chicken pieces. Beautiful healthy salads as well as yummy potatoes and rice! Nice patio available to eat outdoors. Service was very friendly. Highly recommend!
This was a really delicious lunch! The portions were very generous! There was a really good selection of salads. I had the chicken wrap with 3 salads. They were a yummy, and the wrap had a generous portion of chicken. You will not leave there hungry!
the best chicken pita in town hands down but the service is always lacking. never a smile, I always have to say hello first some times not even a hello in return. There prices are very fair especially if you buys 4 trios you pay for only 3, makes a cheap eat for the family. I would of given 5 stars but really there lack of a smile and friendlyness with there customers is needing a large improvment.
A place I like to go. I always take the pita combo with three salads and I replace a salad with their famous garlic potato with a canned beverage of your choice. It s super good! Good service, good taste and not expensive. I highly recommend!

The very unpleasant waitress, excessively stupid, grabs my menu choices from the plate, you ask her a question, she looks at you and answers as if you were nothing! Otherwise in general the food is not that bad

Very bad services. There was a lack of chicken, there were only dry chicken chunks/crumbs. I go back there to find out what is missing, I am called dishonest in front of several customers, that I removed the chicken. Sorry, but I REALLY have other things to do than hit the road a second time to ask for more First time and last time I go there. Completely ridiculous!

Wow the salads
The food is good when they dont forget turnips in the sandwiches! And there are salads left!!! But for the service and welcome dont go that way! No hello just the gentleman of so much!! Ladies have the age of having all the misery in the world on them!! I asked for a baklava and she no longer had a bag to put it in.. she wanted to put it in a paper napkin.. well lets see.. I had to negotiate to have a small container where they put the salads !! Its expensive a container.. the aggressive lady!!! I worked in the restaurant business for years!! A smile costs nothing!! Very unfortunate!!

The chicken in my pita was clearly burnt to the point of being inedible, it didnt even taste like chicken, just burnt... But despite that, the lady sold it to me as if nothing had happened when it was clearly she should have gotten rid of it! Plus, the little pots of sauce are so small that theres only enough for about 7-8 potatoes... I had to ask for extra and despite that, I ran out of sauce. I dont think its the restaurant itself thats the problem but rather the employee who clearly showed no judgment.

I think its one of the best Shish taouk Ive eaten in my life. Really, its delicious, plus they have good prices. Many choices of salads and they are very tasty! I am of Lebanese origin, so I have eaten shawarma/shish taouk in my life and I know very well what it is, and I can tell you without exaggeration that it is the worst shawarma/shish taouk that I Ive tasted my life. The beef shawarma looked more like roast beef than shawarma. Amir and Bacha are luxury restaurants compared to their products. On top of all that, the ladies at the checkout have no concept of customer service. Theyre as cold as their shawarma and when you ask them to make small adjustments to the order, like simply combining 2 servings of potatoes on a larger plate, its like youre asking them to sell their souls. If you come from Montreal and you know what a real shawarma is, avoid this place - trust me.

Ive been going there since the very beginning and its excellent. The plates are generously fresh. I read that some comments said its expensive but my advice is that you have vegetables, rice and chicken on the plate so its not expensive in my opinion the price is fair
