Exquisite duck confit! An address to try without fail, a little gem for Granby. We will come back to this.

Excellent. Everything on the menu was tempting. Our dishes were sublime. The service was perfect. Very much looking forward to my next visit.

Definitely our favorite place for all kinds of celebrations.... One of the best restaurants in the region. Warm and inclusive service. Perfect atmosphere. And what to say about the food... SUBLIME. A special note for the sommelier who definitely knows her wines and their pairings - dont hesitate to let yourself be guided. Thank you Pavane and his team for affordable and distinct gastronomy!

We had a reservation for 2 at 6:45 p.m. which was listed for 6:00 p.m. by mistake from the hostess. As the restaurant, although having our number, never tried to contact us upon noting our delay, we showed up at 6:45 p.m. The hostess then informs us that our table is reserved for another service at 8:00 p.m. and that depending on how the restaurant is moving (understand, the tables that become available) we may have to be moved. Finally we had barely tasted our cocktail when the starters arrived, quickly followed by the main courses. So expeditious that we dropped the glass of wine as an accompaniment because our first cocktails were still not finished! The food was good but we cant say that we were able to enjoy our meal....as for dessert, unfortunately we cant tell you about it because when we ordered it, we were instead presented with the bill! Yes, it was already 8:00 p.m.....We are very far from the gastronomic experience that we expect when we treat ourselves to dinner in a restaurant such as Pavane. Having known, we would have preferred to postpone the reservation.

Very good dinner with my partner. Exceptional table service. Nice ambient music. Fantastic lobster macaroni And the fantastic strawberry dessert. Well done!

Well, nothing more. Service #1. Food good but not worth the price we paid unfortunately. $320 for 2 with just a bottle of wine is too much to pay today. Great experience all the same.

This is our second visit, and everything was excellent, the dishes are well presented, and are very tasty, the service and atmosphere are impeccable, it is one of the best restaurants in the region. We will go back there it is certain.

Organization like food but if you want to stay more than 2 hours reserved a table at 7:30 p.m. otherwise you will be asked to leave because it has 2 services

The food was excellent. The starter of raviolo and marrow bones are worth it. The black pudding dish was excellent, not to mention the salmon tartare, a pleasure in the mouth. The semi-cooked dessert with the scoop of pistachio ice cream ended the meal very well. Very good service with a relaxed atmosphere.

Our electronic reservation was lost, but the dining room manager found us a place anyway. A 12ene of oysters, smoked salmon pasta and an exceptional blood sausage. Good service, nice atmosphere and of course, very good food.

We had a great time in a pleasant and warm environment. The plates are generous and the food is really very good. Well thought out menu, excellent service and very good choice of wines. Good soundproofing which allowed us to chat without shouting to understand each other. We will return there for sure. Thank you to all the staff and particularly to the chef François

Great atmosphere and delicious dishes! The chef is a master sausage maker and everything you find there is delicious and beautiful to see! As a bonus, you wont run out of food since the plates are full!

Me and my partner loved our evening. Succulent meals that are well portioned, full of flavor and stunning to look at! The service was second to none and the decor was super warm! We will go back there for sure!

Quite ordinary to close lunch at 1:00 p.m. What is ordinary is closing a lunch at 1:00 p.m. and on top of that being stupid on the phone at 12:50 p.m. when trying to encourage small local restaurateurs. We would have liked to eat at the time we wanted and feel welcome at 12:50. Not hearing were closed, sorry and stupidly hanging up the line on you. This is what is ordinary .

The best restaurant in Granby without question and we have several good restaurants! I sent all my family and acquaintances there and always the same verdict: 10/10. A menu that changes with the seasons and each time I am surprised in a good way. For the price, its almost impossible to eat this well. I even recommend it to my colleagues in Montreal because it s so great. Its worth the detour. Having traveled to Europe and having visited several restaurants... I wonder why there is no Michelin star!!

A beautiful restaurant with a lovely cozy atmosphere. The music is just loud enough to create ambiance and not so loud that you can talk normally. The staff was very friendly and attentive to us. The dishes we tasted were very good.

Very high quality food and exceptional service! The atmosphere and decor are also ++++++++ We ate the burratina and snails as starters, the arctic char and buttered manhattan steak with homemade fries and homemade bread as a meal. Tasty!!! We will go back soon for sure :)

Ive been to this restaurant twice now. It instantly became one of my must-sees in Granby. Quality of food, service, excellent.

Excellent choice of Gin, large choice of different wines but I would have liked another choice of orange wine by the glass. The mussels were really good and the crème brulé was exquisite...We would have liked 2 or 3 more dishes on the menu since we were limited given that we dont eat fish..But otherwise its a restaurant that we recommend as much for a romantic dinner as a dinner with friends. Great discovery.
