Im a long-time customer and its really not so good since the change of owners a few months ago. The bathroom was dirty, the utensils too. I asked for Coke and received iced tea. The waitress ended up bringing a bottle of ketchup which was all dirty. At my request, she brought another one, which was also dirty and sticky. The price is high, its not like before, its not worth it. Now Im going to go somewhere else.

Our dinner was very good (we had the salad bar as a meal ) a big thank you to our waitress Stephanie for her professionalism which in my case was excellent compared to her colleagues who sang and spoke loudly, not to mention the clothing of some of the this one... even if there were still a few customers present (December 7, 2024 around 8 p.m.)

Good food, good prices, the staff is so pleasant, attentive and smiling! Highly recommend for real Vegetarian options: Relatively many veggie options, not vegan but definitely veggie. The salad bar is really big and theres a lot of variety. There are also several meatless starters! Kid-friendliness: Children are clearly welcome and appreciated at this place, there were several families with little ones and it was a lovely atmosphere!

Its been a long time since weve been there. Before we liked it. This time it was different. The young girl at reception (if you call that welcome) wasnt very welcoming lets say. She installed us (pitch? Installed is a big word) at a table. I asked if a bench was free by pointing to one (several benches were available) she told me no, it wasnt free and left without saying anything. I actually thought she was going to check but she never came back. A couple arrives and she places them in the seat. No one comes to see us. She passes by and I ask her if we can have a bench and why they were able to sit there. She quickly tells me a section story and I point to another bench and tell me that it s correct. I understand the idea of sections but she could have said it from the start and offered us an alternative. We change places. Although the service was endless (and it wasnt crowded) our server was very friendly and smiling. I want to emphasize this. The atmosphere in the restaurant looks like a cafeteria, no music, just the sound of utensils. The food...the salad bar had some stuff that tasted rancid, Im sure it was old stock. Same for the rice on my plate which was still crunchy, and the small fried onions as a garnish which tasted like rancid. The chicken was good though and juicy. Im really not a difficult customer but if it were me I would want to know about these things.

First and last time. 30 minutes of waiting before someone came to see us. Another 30min to get our drinks, but still no water. And beer before the childrens juices. Other tables arrived after us and were distributed before us, despite a group of the same size. After an hour and a half of waiting, asking our server several times, we finally managed to get the childrens plates. It was so long that my nephew was on the verge of tears from fatigue, hunger, etc. I am the manager of a restaurant in Granby, and it is frankly unacceptable such slow service, without questions to see if everything is okay etc. We could have at least been informed of the progress of our plates, something. The server surely did his best, but the entire team didnt seem in control of the evening. Worst experience ever.

The day we visited this restaurant, we went without knowing what awaited us. We looked for a place to eat that was closer to where we were. It was a pleasant experience, we ordered grilled spare ribs, one with sauces and the other without sauces (I attach the photos). While we waited for our order (which was made very quickly), we enjoyed the buffet. We started with one of the soups, of the 3 existing qualities, in addition to the diversity of side dishes, vegetables, salads, pasta, etc., there is a lot of fresh fruit. The service was 5*, staff were very friendly, approachable and playful with the children. It should be noted that we were 5 people (3 adults and 2 children) and we only paid 89$can. (We dont drink juices or wines, we only drink the water they offer in the restaurant).

The food was good and the service was very good. On the other hand, the glass of water that I received... I drank it all before realizing that there was soft white food, like a paste, sticking to the inside. Disgusting. The waitress didnt say anything except... oh yes its true that its dirty, disgusting! no apology or compensation. I still ingested someone elses leftover food... Edit: I followed up by email below and had to follow up with them to get a response. Very flat response. I will not return!

Dont trust their website for opening hours, we showed up at 7:15pm and they told us they couldnt serve us because they were getting ready to close, even though the website said that they closed at 9 p.m.

My grandmother went to pick it up today for her and her friends, she asked as usual for mashed potatoes instead of fries, once the meal arrived they made her pay with additional fees for each meal for that she didnt take frit. She was never informed of the new fees and when she mentioned it, she responded stupidly Well, its been written on the internet for almost 2 months, she doesnt have internet. Poor service

Bad service, we had to ask for coffee creamers and spoons because they werent brought either. Did not receive the glass of water without ice, requested it...received with ice. Bring everyones orders...except one and I ask her to go get it because she had forgotten it. In short...disappointed with the service above all but the food was ok nothing more. Im not usually the type to give criticism. :/

first time I order this menu and what a surprise, I order a white meat club no tomato, I receive with tomato, no bacon in the club, my wife orders a chicken poutine not to say that there is no of sauce, almost knows if there is 1 quarter of sauce knows beautiful very disappointed.

General Tao Poutine tastes good but made with McDonalds fries, it doesnt do the job, the cheese cant melt, overcooked chicken. Chicken Parmigiano with pasta whose sauce is terribly lacking and also disgorges a large quantity of water. The waitress informed me and said Ah, it shouldnt be like that nothing more, no replacement, no reduction on a failed dish (see overcooked/slightly charred gratin). Next time Ill take the thigh, I wont go wrong with that.

First, our waitress was really unwelcoming and our coleslaw was not good at all, it looked like old sour salad. The cuisine is really ordinary and basic... Very disappointed in this restaurant!

Service ok Cleanliness ok Quality ok However, the portions are very moderate, 3 of us chose the half-rib, one of their specialties, and we received 3 to 4 ribs on our plate, not even in 1 piece, and a few fries. we see a lot of part of the bottom of the plate and already it is not very big. The manager offered us dessert to apologize.

This is coming from an American point of view, but this is the best au poulet Portugais that Ive come across. It has a nice peppery crust but moist chicken. Also the staff were courteous and quick service from the kitchen was A-tier.

We went there quite often before covid and even during, where the service was at the tables only, yesterday we went back, my husband had the steak at the Score, really disappointing, $27 a few mushrooms on it almost dry, a thin steak of 1/2 inch a chance 8 ounces or so, he asked for a med/rare doneness received more of a med/well done! Difficult to return the steak is not our style however not sure that we will return and I will notify those around me! Prices have increased too much on the back of covid, we often go to restaurants, they have increased their prices but never this much, and the food is much better at very good prices, at Score it exceeds the limit and at least if the food was worth the cost but nope! I noticed that this restaurant was almost empty and I understand why! Plus the salad bar at $17.95 ouffff I know everything is expensive now but this is exaggerated and compared to other restaurants, even on Sunday there are a lot more people elsewhere...Fortunately the service was impeccable!

Strange experience... Following a family meal, one of our children started coughing as if she was choking, at the same time, another lady on a table near us also started choking. A few seconds later, all of our children do the same and realize that it might have been exaggerated. I intervene but my throat starts to irritate me and I also start coughing. We decide to leave the restaurant. A few members of staff also seem to have been affected but no one seemed shocked by the situation and no one saw fit to reassure us about the origin of this irritant in the ventilation. Funny adon, it was 8:56 p.m....we would like an explanation of what happened. THANKS

***Strange situation*** We were a group of 4 adults and 4 children. We had eaten well and were finishing paying when everyone at our table started coughing uncontrollably. At the other only occupied table in our section, the woman had already been coughing for a while. The employees did not seem to know what to do and did not help anyone. So we all hurried out of the restaurant. Immediately outside, no one coughed anymore. The woman who was sitting at the other table came out and vomited... The employees didnt come to see if everyone was ok. No one apologized for the situation. After getting some fresh air and making sure everyone was okay, we left. We are trying to understand what happened. If we have any precautions to take regarding the substance we have been exposed to.

We booked, we had to wait 20 minutes to be at our table. Nothing was in the right place. The waitress is well presented. The food was cold, the waitress was less present towards the end, same thing to pay she left the machine for us. Otherwise the rest was good

TLDR: go to St Hubert. Went here for the same reason probably 75% of people do.. the Granby Zoo coupon for free kids meal. Was a toss up btwn this and St Hub across the street. They have a good menu variety... We were 7 people. Including 3 kids. We waited AN HOUR for our meal. All meals were mediocre at best - piri piri chicken was only very good meal. Took forever to get the bill, and it was divided incorrectly 3 times. Dont go

The salad bar was almost empty, there wasnt much choice. The service was courteous although a little slow.

A Sunday evening that I will remember but not for the right reasons. Dry ribs (I suspect they were reheated from the day before), overcooked chicken breast or maybe also reheated. In short, very disappointed with my dinner, even more disappointed since it is my favorite restaurant for ribs. When you pay $85 for a meal for 2, it ABSOLUTELY has to be good.

Today, December 7, 5 p.m., I arrive at Scores for several years. I have been a good customer. The waitress seems very frustrated and stupid, but hey, I order after giving me my meal, I eat her and never come to see me after having finished eating exactly 18 minutes no news from her no refill of drinks I ask her for the bill it took 10 minutes I tell her that the service that evening was nonsense she gets angry I let her do it I pay leaves 0 of tips her to me... In the back when I went out however there were 5 customers in the restaurant ultimately never again the scores in Granby

I had ribs for $22 per dish, fried or baked potato with a supplement No salad no vegetables plus Virgin cesar not $10.95 You go to Daniel Lapointe on Virgin for $5 and vegetables with your meal for 15.95

Portuguese chicken, yuck and not so Portuguese. Piripiri sauce tastes like ketchup! Waitress took the order and brought back the bill at the end, zero service... there were 4 empty dishes (2 soups and 2 bowls of salad on our table plus our plates, she never picked up anything and yet very few tables 4 or 5.. salad bar in addition to 6.95 still fresh but chicken souoe tasted like Lipton soup in a sachet. Were not going back.

The restaurant food is more than acceptable. But the service... waitress who goes into the kitchen insulting the big t*barnak customers, thinking that we can hear nothing in the room. In short, more than mediocre staff and service. Avoided. Otherwise, ordering you could avoid this questionable staff.

Our waitress gave us our drinks in bottles? like could u not give us a glass for them at least? she then took our orders, and it took 40+ minutes for our food to actually get to the table. when it did get here, every one of us was disappointed with our food. i ordered the club sandwich, the chicken was so dry, i tried adding mayo to it to make it better, it wasnt. didnt help. the fries were the only good thing about my meal (she didnt ask me how i wanted my fries but asked the person beside me). i couldnt eat it, i took two bites and was grossed out. after waiting 40 minutes for our food just to be disapointed? yeah i can see why a scores is so rare to come by these days. oh, and there was a hair in my food :) so that was great. i would never come back here. the service isnt even friendly. oh and all the staff looks overworked and under appreciated. everyone here looks miserable. you should do something about that.

Overall everything went well, the waitress was OK but where I had trouble was the cleanliness when I arrived at the table, the rings from the previous drinks and the menus which were stained with rib sauce which I still find disgusting

We ate well, however, the waitress was not super happy to see a table full of children, you could see it in her face. I still left him a 20% tip. Perhaps she will have understood that, yes, parents with children know how to go out too.
