the worst service rotten atmosphere it rained ice in the alcoholic beverages that other things clearly the place is bad first and last time it prioritizes the customers who arrive instead of those who wait to be served

Good food, but be careful, dont respect the coupons in Denises notebook. The waitress did not want to take our coupon when taking our order. She said she was taking it at the end, because otherwise it would get lost with the other waitresses (note that the restaurant was empty...). When after paying we realized that the coupon had not been applied it was not possible to go back. She called her boss, Mr. Étienne Fecteau (because she did not know how to correct the transaction), he refused to correct the error and told her to tell us it was too late. Impossible to correct the waitresss error even though we had followed the instructions carefully and took the trouble to present the coupon upon arrival... and impossible to speak to a superior on site. Its a shame, but we have a bad memory of our experience and will think twice before coming back.

The food is expensive for what it is. But I like after a day at work to take tonics (without alcohol) then talk while sipping my drinks.

I went to dance and when I came back to my table they had already given it to other people, to charge more tip they dont mind taking away your table even if its your food and your drink.

It was one of my favorite places. Sunday, no heating, we had dinner at 16° and today, we are entitled to McDonalds fries with a few salads and three croutons for the tartare...it loses its panache.

A first time at the Shaker restaurant! I ate very well, my tartare was succulent. The cocktails are very beautiful and good. A big thank you to our server Alexis for his discretion and his presence when necessary. The team is really good. We will return there shortly!

I have visited the Shaker twice so far. During the day and evening. I would definitely come back! The staff is amazing and super accommodating. My sunrise virgin Coronas were AMAZING! FINALLY A PLACE THAT DOES SUITABLE MOCKTAILS! Good job to the whole team. Welcoming and super friendly staff!

I adore! One of my favorite restaurants in Granby. What can we say about the original Mixology drinks and the delicious choice on the menu. I highly recommend a meal with friends or the pleasure of a drink in good company.

I went today with my girlfriend, the service was super long, the food was rubbish, the cooking was bad. I am a regular at your place (Sherbrooke .laval Montreal). I like going to the shaker, honestly Granby should review its staff.

It was with a gift card that I went to dinner after the rush. I was well received. I chose the flank steak. (Lunch Menu) Very tender and tasty for my taste. Covered with a good sauce that was not abundant enough. More sauce would improve the experience. Not hot enough. So I had to leave a piece cold. The fries are very good and the salad is also good. Accompanied by a glass of excellent Pinot Noir. Very good service. In conclusion: great experience. Im going back there soon for dinner. Price of the meal, tax included 36 and dust.

Really great service! Salmon tartare with dill as a starter, excellent! Avocado and shrimp tartare as a really Wow meal! Fish and chips breaded a little too imposing but very good. Very good atmosphere! We are returning to our region in Quebec with great pleasure.

Good food, good price, good atmosphere

No need to stay open until their closing time indicated on their site and whats more, they display a promotion which lasts until 1 a.m. but closes at 00:20. Frankly disappointing for an establishment with good potential.

Lots of varieties of cocktail style drinks, menu not very elaborate, but very good. Great variety of burgers. On the other hand, expensive.

Unfortunately had a very bad experience. I was surprised how empty the restaurant was on a December evening but after our visit I understood why. The service was extremely long, we almost wanted to go get our pitchers which had been waiting for us on the bar for a long time. When it came time to pay, they wouldnt take our gift cards for X reason. Last visit from us for our staff party.

Really very disappointed in evening drink mode floor and bathroom not clean / not good service all the way..yes can be drink is beautiful and good / the benches are too high and not comfortable hard to sit on them..lack of hooks for the coats....you pay for your drink before..30 min after you receive your drink ayoye

Good food, supper service but very noisy how place

Totally ridiculous service, 3 of us arrive on a Friday and are told that we are brave since we would have around 1h15 to eat since they have taken too many reservations, even though the restaurant is half empty. They suggested we reserve the next day (it takes around 1h30 to have our plate served, so I would have to order and be kicked out in the middle of my meal) SHAKER worst restaurant chain Ive ever been to

Book in advance with a child and you are on the side of the door with a fence instead of a cold strip, well done!!! Really not strong we left and are very disappointed with the service. Well ok it seems that its a former BurgerKing.

Bad experience, my family was celebrating a birthday, and we bought them a bottle of Smirnoff, accompanied by sprite. It cost $150 and when leaving due to the time there should be no minors at 10:30pm they wouldnt let us have the bottle of alcohol. According to the Shaker restaurant, by law we could not take the bottle we paid for. This seems to me to be an abuse of the consumer, I hope this is seen by all of Granby.

I had a lot of expectations for this place and I was not disappointed for the quality of the food, the drinks (mmmmmm) and the efficiency of our server... on the other hand my experience so far was perfect is undermined by the arrogance of the manager of the place, yes you in the red jacket, when you had to give us the money for a billing error admitted by the waiter. Attitude that is not appreciated and does not honor the service received by the rest of your team!

We went there on a Monday evening. The atmosphere was hushed; the staff were friendly and helpful; the food, excellent and the prices, reasonable. Its hard to ask for better. We will return there, for sure.

Meal.... cold ribs and no taste, a chance that there was a sauce on top.... The drinks.... Lets put the glasses of ice, nothing is measured but everything is diluted with the ice cream.... Atmosphere.... Too much light.. dimmed the..... I had an alcoholic coffee I had to return it twice coffee not even hot.... Little being will have they a second chance...

A beautiful evening, the poké bowl perfect, the sangrilla excellent, the service was incredible but a lot of pressure towards the end of the meal to leave which affected the exceptional service at the start of the meal!

Ive been there several times already! It s a good bar to meet people, the kind that s full even on a weeknight or at 4 p.m. I like the atmosphere, the drinks, the food and the service! The bartenders are a little slow / forget drinks but the servers work really hard and make sure we dont miss anything even when its packed which makes my experience very good so far!

We had a reservation at 8 p.m. We arrived on time. The table was not free, the staff was zero accommodating and semi aggressive with us. I have rarely seen such a big lack of respect towards their customers. I would like to give 0 stars but unfortunately this is not possible

On vacation in Bromont for spring break, we decided to try the Shaker in Granby on a Tuesday to avoid a busy evening. What a disappointment! The restaurant was indeed not very busy, but the host clearly profiled us at the entrance with our teenage girls aged 12 and 15 and gave us a table on the edge of the door, next to a long table full of young people children. I asked for a bench seat, but he told me none were available. We saw half a dozen booths available for the entire time we were there Fried squid overcooked and rock hard. Burnt burger patties and cold fries. Food generally dry and without much flavor. Completely missed opportunity for atmosphere by settling in a really disappointing corner. Not to mention the womens restroom was out of toilet paper. All this for $165, I can tell you we will go elsewhere next time.

First time in Granby since it opened (experience in Montreal in summer on the terrace). I went there with friends on a Friday evening. The music was so loud (even at 5:30 p.m.) that it was impossible to hear yourself speak minimally. Super good tartare duo. The lobster one is very good. The fries were cold. We did not receive the right pitcher of sangria and the waitress insisted that it was the right one (impossible because of the color versus the first one ordered). The waitress was putting pressure on us to leave (I can understand that she wanted to move her table and that there was a line up, but that just made us want to leave even more and go get a glass elsewhere!). Ready to go back this summer on the terrace where I hope the music will be a little less loud.

Pleasant atmosphere, a little noisy but lively. People, so it pleases. Varied menu and lots of good things to drink.

As it is busy, you have to go there early. Otherwise not available.

There were 4 of us and we were served by Naomie (outstanding service). The food was great + the holy grail wow. The staff is on point and very attentive, thanks again to Naomie who made sure we were on time for our show and who treated us as if we had known each other forever.

we are going to dinner on Sunday because there are fewer people food, service, drinks, visuals, everything is very good! However, we are freezing in the restaurant! Air conditioning too strong and St-Hyacinthe has the same temperature and same good comments! eating in a hoodie on the other hand is boring... not just us, not many people have taken off their jackets, even a couple went back to their car to add a coat... its unpleasant, its unfortunate... we understand that on a busy Saturday evening it gets fresher, but on Sunday its different.. only thing for us.. tse when you zip up your jacket in a restaurant excellent tartars, and the ultimate burger is great!

The service was terrible the food was not what I expected I had the lobster shrimp and avocado the shrimp were the smallest anyone can buy. I do not know if there was lobster because it was all mixed up with avocado and mayonnaise I guess? the food was pricey for what you get I was so disappointed I will not be recommending Shaker to any of my friends! Very disgruntled and I was not the only one of the table of 8 persons who was disappointed!!!!!

The drinks are top quality, a fairly wide variety of choice with products here, the place par excellence for tartare which is more than its hard tick not to resist it, you really want the price you cant have better I was really surprised I was expecting what great in the shaker and I had the 2 times what I was expecting as much on a full evening as less people a real place par excellence a big 5 star really deserved!

We went to eat as a family (6 adults, 2 children) and loved our evening. Fast and professional service, varied menu choice, pleasant atmosphere. The only slight disappointment was the absence of a choice of dark beer for one of the guests. Otherwise, everything was perfect, I recommend!

I had a lot of expectations about the food. Im a fan of tartare and honestly, I forced myself to eat it. As a starter: onion soup, almost no broth. For the meal: Duo of salmon tartare which had practically no taste (lack of seasoning, spicy), but it tasted very good frozen, with fries that were not hot and a cesar salad with several pieces of rotten salad. Positive point: Drink Shaker s the Pink Lemonade and the Apricot Berry Sour

Good atmosphere and the drinks are hot. Good service. On the other hand, the food is disappointing and the portions for me are insufficient. I think these a good place for a drink in good company. I highly recommend it for that.

First time in this restaurant, the glasses are filled with ice, it tastes like water if you havent drunk your glass in 2 minutes. Ask for a glass of ice cream on the side, for the meal the raised sides were good but nothing crazy. Good atmosphere are a little loud.

Slowest service Ive seen in my holy life... we received our food before our beer last negative point the portions are very small I had to go to McDonalds after... not recommended. 0/10

2 heures et demi pour recevoir le repas. Un autre groupe à côté de nous sont arrivés après nous, ont été servis et sont répartis avant! Une entrée est arrivé après le repas principal. La serveuse à préférées vende de lalcool aux gens de notre groupe en laissant aller le repas... Gérant très compréhensif mais quand ta soirée est gâchée, il est un peu tard.
