Dommage de devoir payer le prix d’une poutine thaï seulement parce que j’aimerais avoir la sauce épicé. Très bonne poutine, mais il devrait y avoir une option pour payer un extra et non pratiquement le double du prix.. Employée très respectueuse.

C'est dommage que la franchise supporte pas mieux les propriétaires pour sortir de nouvelles idées, des promotions parce que j'ai l'impression que la chaîne va être bientôt appelée à disparaître. Pour ce qui est de la bouffe, on s'entend que c'est de la cantine, tout était excellent. Côté propreté et ambiance de la place je vous dirais qu'il y a un manque d'efforts.

I eat at several valentines. On several tests I assess that it is one of the valentines where the quality of the meal remains the most to be said. Poutine missing sauce. Undercooked fries. Totally soaked hot dog bun. As I say its comparing Valentine with Valentine from 3 other places. Survey answered with response that everything is normal so no intention of improving.
I ordered two mustard slaws, as I was about to eat the second one, I noticed that the hot dog was not safe to eat, absolutely disgusting!! Disgusting!! Too bad was my wife wasnt with me, she would have shown the hotdog and asked our money back!! I just threw it out and walked out.

Attentive and friendly staff. Excellent cleanliness of the premises, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. Food that met my expectations! Thumbs up! Parking: Directly in front of the entrance, very well suited to the location.
Carmen was really helpful, she thought of all the little things nearby that could be useful to us, such as a drinks rack or utensils and napkins! Plus his smile was really welcoming, I loved it!

I ordered a Thai poutine the fries were lukewarm and the sauce also my friend ordered a hamburger with fries and liquor and the hamburger was cold as well as the fries, and whats more the waitress told us that it was her boss who served us. I will never return to this place again, plus it was lunchtime and there was no one there, so it was even less understandable

Check your orders before leaving. We ordered and paid for 6 steamers (4 ketchups 2 garnishes) and 2 roasts... arrived home, missing the 2 garnished steamers... called to inform us that we were going to return to get a refund for the missing 2... we were said OK. We move around and return...and then they call us a thief. Its just $6 that we GET STEALED BY VALENTINE... but on principle... I find that unacceptable! Check your orders before leaving!!! We are done with them!
Friday July 1st I went to eat at your restaurant Im really disappointed 1- the two employees were as stupid as they were, not a mouse at all 2- your fountain juice was really disgusting, it tasted like the date 3- in your restaurant there were weird smells like musty me for my finished parent I will no longer go to this finished place

35 minutes for a Poutine
The food is very good, but you shouldnt be in a hurry.
Very good but indeed, it is very long. Don t say there s too much sauce because I never have enough! However, I find the prices very expensive, compared to our canteen which is now closed (2.00 more for a large poutine).

Usually I never eat at Valentines, today I saw the Doritos burger ad on a sign so I went there. The burger is very pitiful for $14 as a trio, its a steal. The burger is thinner and smaller than a simple cheese from McDonalds and my Doritos were not fresh out of the bag, they were soft and not crunchy, like a bag of chips that you leave open for 4 days without closing it. My poutine tastes like cleaning products but when it comes to cleanliness I have nothing to say, it looks clean as a cursed restaurant. But, the food, total disappointment could never be a valentine for me.

The worst service I have had in my life. A serious stupid look from an old gentleman who works there.
uncourteous service. overcooked ground beef patty. I give it two stars just because the restaurant is clean and it is very beautiful inside.
In my opinion, a quick snack, for the price, was still acceptable. Good plate with plenty of fries but also, they are good.
Coffee is now $1.95
Best poutine
The zoo closes at 8 p.m. and the restaurant turns off its lights at 8:10 p.m. If you want more customers, stay open at least an hour longer because I saw many cars swerving after seeing the restaurant closed.
