Didn't eat there, got my food to go. I decided to try one of the new sandwiches the worker was very helpful.
The store was out of stock of many staples and there were no customers at all (at suppertime). The two young sandwich artists were having fun making mega sandwiches, burning food and taking photos/videos of their failed creations. My husband was greeted with the following statement 《J'espère que tu parles français, parce que personne ici parle l'anglais》, which she had a good laugh at then had an unmasked coughing episode. We left and went to the Subway near l'Hôtel Castel instead where the food and service was impeccable. We were greeted so invitingly in French and happily ordered in French, which we speak fluently as fully bilingual Quebecers 😊.
Food is great and I've only been treated with respect over there so cheers to that. Small annoyance though, (Personally) i wish they would stop with the extreme limitations of how many items is being put in the sub, small detail though, still would recommend it 😁

Move on if you are experiencing hypoglycemia because some of the staff are very slow. On the other hand Maude is very efficient and fast and has a big smile thanks to her the bill goes up. Otherwise without his service I would have given it a 2 star.

Impeccable service
Arrive at the restaurant at 1 p.m. Doors barred everywhere but customers inside. A customer opened the door so we told the employees to unload them. They told us that it was their intention that they control the customers this way. In other words, we werent supposed to be there. Several people hit their noses in the door. The 2 toilets are also blocked.... Two out of service posters my partner went to ask why the toilets are not working... After being stubborn with the employee... He gave him the toilet key... They therefore work very well! Really poor service. We will go to another subway.

Well, employees spend more time talking to each other than taking care of their customers. Not very professional.
Service; mediocre, the employee is so slow, he takes his time looking everywhere and nowhere like if my sandwich wasnt going to cool and dry on the counter, clearly he didnt have any training on how to make a submarine . Cleanliness of the premises; mediocre, I had to show the employee the crust of dust on the napkin dispenser and he seemed surprised, even though the dispenser is next to the cash register. I went there twice. It was the last time.

Still bad service .the young man down there who decided to make a career at the subway .always gives me mediocre service no good manners .he was in the back store and talking with the girl who made my sandwich . she always stopped making my sandwich to answer him and he wouldnt let go .I almost told her ouch .youll talk later please .a 6 inch I leave a dollar of tip .not even capable to say bye .I didnt get anything he was still talking with another employee ..you tell him 2 or 3 cucumbers he gives 10 ..poor customer service
I dont know the name of the woman who served me but serving customers without a hairnet rubbing the counter with the same glove that she makes the Sandwich hello allergens I could have filed a complaint by leaving just for the net be careful to choose the right Subway not this one

Worst service in a Subway today.. There were only 2 old chocolate biscuits left in the display, none left and the employee wanted to give them to me to replace the macadamia nuts requested without informing me (it was a mobile order) No black olives and once again, they didnt warn me. Also, I asked for avocado in my bowl and they didnt give it to me. I returned to the restaurant to learn that they had avocado on back, but didnt bother to pick it up when I ordered. I warned the employees that it would be appreciated if they could notify the customer when they were unable to offer a product instead of replacing it without warning and the young girl did not seem to agree with this reasoning. whats more, she preferred to be in the back store placing boxes than helping her colleague redo my bowl + serving the 5 customers in line.. And to make matters worse, I asked for the managers number to talk to her in person, but the employee gave me an invalid number (voluntary or not? In short... I would really like to speak to the manager if she ever sees my message, because I have always enjoyed my service at this Subway, except today)
Chicken for crispy sandwich very doubtful we could have the same sandwich as before and very expensive for the very little quality of the sandwich a mean end without eating it again
Because I wanted to eat soup the other day and the manager told me that it was no longer served in the summer and I would ask my friend, manager of the Guardian Angel subway, and yes, they still do it.

No need to go to the backstore to look for missing foods. Lack of cold meat combination, lack of rotisserie chicken, lack of bread. After asking for my two options, I then asked for bacon in my sandwich due to the lack of selection. I was told that it would be added as an extra. The management of the restaurant and employees could be better

A big zero for me, I arrive there with my boyfriend, there are no customers, we are served quickly until we reach our goods, the girl has no nets in her hair, she puts on her gloves, cleans the counter with her hands, wipes her gloves in the opening the counter (waste) she looks at me and says what would that be for you? No but ouach she touched a lot of foods and sauces and came to make my 12 inch with the same glove...not to mention the way she made my submarine, the oven was too hot the bread was dry.. Honestly, I have better service in another subway.

Visit on August 18, 2022 7 p.m. staff no longer worried about talking to each other because they were discouraged not to move forward with their evening. 25 minutes to prepare our 2 submarines. zero smile staff, the girl on site really cold, no customer contact. We seemed to bother her. Usually I believe the team leader is there and the department is A1.

Its a subway thats understaffed but thats forgivable due to the pandemic.
Not great. Very slow service. The young man who scratches his hair with his gloves and continues to prepare the meal...he gives us poorly closed bowls with sauce all around the bowl. No coffee ready at dinner time... not ready to go back.

Very slow, the attendant went to talk to friends at the back instead of continuing to serve the customers who were just before us, and if the customers did not ask to pay the attendant would have stayed chatting with these friends leaving his colleague alone with customers
