Always good but always without smiles...

Me and my partner went to get Thai last night and we both got sick with food poisoning. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Best Thai express Ive had in a while! Thank you sincerely, nice portion, well cooked, the tofu was particularly good!

The shrimp still have their tails ordinary.

My place for Thai fast food, and they have cauliflower rice

It was the first and last visit. Unable to give us the right price on the daily promo displayed in the restaurant. The windows in front of us where the food is completely disgusting with accumulation of several weeks or even months.

There was a Thai restaurant inside a convenience store on the set, we went there after the gym to pick up a pad Thai. Since it closed, weve never found this good again. Back in Granby, boouuuummmm!!!! Same good spicy pad thai with peanuts!!!! Yeah!!!!

Very good customer service, however the price versus the quantity of food for the price paid leaves something to be desired other restaurants in Granby offer a more elaborate menu for more affordable

The quality of the food is way down from what it has been before. From Pad Thai to Pad See Ew, anything made with noodles is a fail with flying colors.

There was no tofu in my tofu dish, very few vegetables. Just a box of noodles... Very disappointing to open once home. Vegetarian options: Very disappointed.

Nice welcome, easy access for people. in a wheelchair, clean restaurant, very accessible bathroom. They lose points: the food is very salty. Moreover, the sidewalk that leads there is in great need of love. The slots between each slab require jumping maneuvers so that I dont kiss the ground.

Really fast service, had a lot of meat, but didnt have a lot of flavor. Speed of service was excellent, my dish had plenty of meat, but was a little lacking in flavor.

Hires students and tries to force them to work during classes, when they cant he fires them. Really unprofessional for real profiteers.

No respect for employees! It hires students to send them away because they are not available during their course! Go support a restaurant with respect! Go to tiki Ming c cheaper!

Jadore le restaurant jy vais et jy c commande régulièrement. Malgré tout il arrive que certains répondant nous dise quils ne font pas la livraison sous un certains prix alors que dans lentrée il est spécifié que la livraison est gratuite. ( aucunes conditions spécifié) mon préféré est le poulet général cari rouge avec extra pouces de bambou.

I really like Thai food. I just dont understand why this large amount of oil he puts in their cauldron before each meal. It seems to me that the meals would be much healthier if they found an alternative. Definitely too fat for nothing

We took napkins from their napkin dispenser and there was an opened packet of soy sauce inside the napkin. So they take the napkins that look like they havent been used from the tables and put them back in the dispenser. I almost wiped my mouth with it. Also the table was all sticky. Not recommended, especially in times of covid 19

I am far from the restaurant and can only get around on foot. I call and they tell me there is no delivery. Frankly! Your service is not worth much!

Pathetic website.... Menu and everything is transformed from French to English continuously. I wrote with my contact details on your website to tell you my frustration and I have sent this message three times in a row (in thirty minutes) but I always receive an error message and try again later.... .still in English..... Access to the menu is also very difficult. This is my third or fourth time in two years that Ive tried and its always the same. Its 2020. Things are going to go well for you....I hope so one day. Sorry for the Granby franchise. Good luck with such franchisors. I have also been in the restaurant business as a franchisee. Its not rosy...

I eat Thai Express everywhere I go and its by far the best Ive had. Generous portion of meat and the pasta is cooked to perfection.

Disappointed, having ordered on a Saturday evening, there were 6 of us, the waitress told us that there was almost no rice left and if we wanted to replace it with noodles. I answered yes, my disappointment was great when I saw that she charged me $2 for each dish, so $12 more without her notifying me. Its not my fault if there is more rice, the correction would have been to at least inform me that there is extra with that. I will never go back there again.

I am not a regular customer of Thai Express. I have never been a fan of this type of restaurant. However, the Chicken + Shrimp Pad Thai won me over. I can now say that I will be a returning customer. The service was very fast, although a little cold (not the food ).
