Restaurant Ly Anh in Granby

There were three of us who went to eat there and we all really liked it, especially for a sushi fan I really liked my plate full of flavor, I recommend it!

My partner and I really enjoyed our experience at Ly Anh. There is a large selection of meals and sushi combos. The sushi we ordered was very good and the presentation was very beautiful. The owner (the sushiman) takes his restaurant very seriously and it shows. We will definitely return.

For the price, very disappointing! Vegetable stir-fry with chicken without bland flavor drowned in broth. Ambient disco-style music, inappropriate for an Asian restaurant.

Very disappointing since this restaurant changed ownership. We were very good customers and with our friends we went there regularly. The prices have increased considerably and the quality of the food really leaves something to be desired. During our last visit a month ago, our won-ton was no longer as good, the imperial rolls were burnt and what can we say about the love nest that we loved before with its crispy vegetables, really not good. The vegetables were overcooked and seemed reheated and the broccoli (yellowed) was out of date. We also pointed this out to our server. It was very hot outside and despite the air conditioning it was hot in this restaurant. When we were seated at our table (around 6:30 p.m.), 2 Vietnamese employees were at a table very close to ours and they were stuffing wonton wrappers. Throughout our dinner (around 1h30) they worked and all the pasta stuffed with meat (100 and more) remained on the table and we must not forget that it was hot Our friends and we have made the decision not to return to this restaurant. Sorry but there are 3 other restaurants that specialize in Vietnamese dishes in Granby.

Very good, unpretentious restaurant. Old decorations. Fast and attentive service. The tempuras were delicious. The accompanying sauce is minimalist because mainly soy sauce and ginger filaments.

An unpretentious neighborhood restaurant. Slightly outdated decor. The baby nest was sticky. The dishes lack flavor. It looks like they overdo the salt and soy sauce. Just for an occasional meal if there is no other choice.

****First visit since the change of ownership. ****** As a couple, but family is welcome. Very nice welcome from our server. We ate very well, the freshness of the food and the dishes were all very well presented. In my opinion : LyAnn soup a big wow! The spring rolls are excellent. For the main course, a large portion of grilled chicken and beef accompanied by rice. For my partner, Asparagus and crab soup Spring roll General Taos dish, nice portion and really good! To eat at a good price with family or as a couple, I recommend it. We will return without hesitation! *******Dont forget to bring your wine!!******

Really good Asian restaurant to discover! The imperial rolls are delicious and the bird s nest is a real treat! My girlfriend had the spring roll, also good :D

Whatever the menu, everything is excellent. The service by Lina or Ian is excellent, polite, attentive. And what about the atmosphere, the owner Van comes to speak with customers and he is exceptionally kind. For those who complain, too bad, it does more for us.

Van and his team offer quality/healthy food with impeccable service and customer approach, I suggest everyone go encourage them and get to know them.

The restaurant was purchased in the fall of 2023. The new owner is funny and friendly. Significant improvement in the quality of the food and the atmosphere since then! The addition of sushi is also a plus!

After my fourth visit to Ly Anh I can tell you that my friends and I ate very well a little extra to our chef and owner who came to our table to make us tasty suggestions with a professionalism that could match a restaurant of great reputation of my five star rating As for the service, my four stars was given based on the evening service a young waitress was too often on her cell phone which has no reason to be at work and which affects the service because its attention is not directed solely to its service (harsh reality these days which should not be)

COME !!! Firstly, I want to say that I hadnt yet eaten the main course when I started writing a review (I never write one). It s not just a restaurant, we take care of you. What a beautiful moment! Everything is possible Chef Anh told me with the most sincere smile, following a special request. The food tastes wonderfully balanced and very delicious (I tried a lot of Vietnamese restaurants on the way to San Francisco). The servers were all smiling and happy to serve us. What a joy to live it s rare to see that today. In short, from the mention that we were parked on the right side of the street to having all looked in the trash for my dental appliances (funny moment), I will definitely come back with the greatest pleasure for a new experience. thanks thanks thanks

Its March 8th, were going to eat the best General Tao Chicken in town, I can confirm it, and Mr. Secs service is so friendly, were received like kings, and Mr. Van comes and sees us at the table and asks us to see if its was to our taste we will eat every month. Thank you again

Wow! We are really impressed with the quality of the stir-fries and sushi! We love the specialty rolls and the Lips appetizer! The white fish sashimi is truly exquisite! We really like the seafood love nest too! We recommend 100%!

Nous avons été manger chez Ly Anh hier et je nai rien a dire! Tout était très bon,de belles assiettes,de bonnes portions, un bon service nous ne manquions de rien. Le Chef/Proprio a meme pris le temps de venir piquer une petite jasette rapide pour savoir si tout était a notre goût! Ca ne prendra pas deux ans pour y retourner cette fois-ci!

I ordered chicken soup with coconut milk. They are not cheap on the quantity of chicken in the soup and there are a lot of vegetables, the soup is tasty... the only problem which is odd from the point of view of the atmosphere is the music in the background like dance music ! This ruins the atmosphere a bit. The rest is great.

Disgusting food and not fresh. We hardly ate, for fear of vomiting on our plates. My husband got sick and threw up after snacking on his plate. The waitress never asked us if everything was okay. Poor service. When we paid, she saw that I didnt leave a tip and asked me for a tip. I told him I didnt want to leave any since the food and service was terrible. A few minutes later, as we were leaving the restaurant, the waitress made a passive-aggressive comment to me that she was sorry it wasnt to our taste. Its not a question of taste.... $70 for 2 to be sick, no thanks. Never again. This is the worst restaurant Ive ever been to.

We ate a chicken love nest. The chicken alone was very good. However, our dishes were cold, tasteless, the little sauce we had on our plates was gelatinous and there were more noodles than vegetables. Very disappointed with the amount of the plate.

I ordered a seafood love nest and unfortunately the meal was not up to par at all. The meal was tasteless and the food was overcooked. I shared my comments constructively and tried to communicate with the owner, but without success. He showed complete closure. Too bad. I paid for my meal and tipped only so as not to penalize the server.

Order to take away. For Mothers Day, I wanted to make a change and I wanted to eat Vietnamese, VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Ordered shrimp tempura Combo F. I didnt have any utensils or napkins, I realized when eating at the park. Soup, no hot water, 2 spring rolls were very good, shrimp tempura, more flour than shrimp, flour not cooked in the center, main course, old cold sticky rice, salty and overcooked chicken, dry beef tasteless, bland shrimp, tired salad, pieces with brown spots. A $53 Bill TOO EXPENSIVE!! For the poor quality of the food. I couldnt give this to my children. I feel bad because 80% of my plate ended up in composting. Save your money, dont go there.

Excellent restaurant. The flavors are well balanced, rich. Its worth the detour! Only downside: a little expensive for a family. It would be nice if there were some affordable family combos.

It could have been 4 stars, on our last visit, no water at the table, you have to pay for bottles of water, thats a very, very bad idea. So thinking about another reservation.

I ordered a general tao and the sauce was a pineapple sauce. I asked the waiter, I thought there was a mistake and that I had had pineapple chicken, but he told me no, its General Taos sauce and its made with pineapple. I have a hard time believing that. It was still good and a bit expensive.
