I visited Carls Jr. for lunch today and I was really impressed. The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. The burgers and fries were perfect and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great place to eat. The atmosphere was also really comfortable and the prices were really reasonable. Overall, Carls Jr. is a great place to grab a bite to eat. Recently, however I think their patties changed. Ill go back again, to verify. If it has changed Ill have to change my review.

Second time here. Just a bit upset because I asked for fresh patties to be dropped on three burgers which is whatever like 30 bucks and they come with my order to the drive through a min and 20 secs later. Physically checked the patties and they were not fresh. Im not an idiot. You lost my business

If you are looking for a gluten free or low carb option, they by far make the best lettuce wrapped burger of any fast food place. Most other places put a leaf on each side of the burger...Carls wraps it to perfection!!

Great chicken tenders. Don t care for most of the other stuff on the menu. They all have descriptions that seem like I should like them, but after I don t know how many visits, the burger side of the Carls Junior menu is not for me. Good staff at this one. Never too busy either.

Second time being at Carls Jr. The inside is very clean and looks almost exactly like the last time when it was brand new! The staff were fantastic and cheerful, made it a lot more welcoming into the restaurant, and the service from Ophie was above and beyond. The food was high quality and I definitely will be visiting more. Bit pricey but for what we received back it is more than worth it.

Bought a Hawaiian chicken burger and pineapple was rancid and discolored. Called in about it and was laughed at. Poor management.

Grat food and good prices

Came here and for drive thru. In the middle of eating the burger, realised a big patch of black dirt on the back piece of the bun. Also had a stomachache after eating here.

Went to the one in Grande Prairie Alberta ordered a king Kong chicken burger and never got a t-shirt sait they where out why wouldnt they tell you they where out of shirts when they know you ordered that kind of meal definitely not going back if there like that

They are good most times, but on some occasions they canbe be a little weird, no sauce/gravy on the poutines, not really consistent among the emplees, some I get lots (which is awesome ) other days, stay consistent plus and youll do better. Good overall, but just ensiting my concerns. ( got a dry bacon ranch poutine with practically no ranch thats alll)

Usually great food. Asked for no cheese as I have an allergy and usually they do great so I ate my food. Halfway through meal realized that there was a big slice of cheese on my burger and I have to get on a 2hr flight in a bit so its wrecked my day knowing Ill be in severe pain. Hesitant to order again.

The best deal on milkshakes around here that I know of.

I had the lettuce wrapped thickburger, and it was a great lettuce wrap! A few things we noticed, unlike other fast-food restaurants which are often often cooler inside, Carls was warm inside. This was a pleasant surprise as we spent time talking here, not just getting up and leaving because it was too cold. Well done Carls!

One the best testing burgers and best fries in all the fast food chains.

Let me tell you how Carls Jr saved my marriage and maybe even a few lives. My wife is a wonderful caring woman with a heart of gold, but sometimes she gets hangry (Hungry/Angry). So very hangry in fact that I fear for the life of anyone within the blast radius of this ticking timebomb. I accept this risk but I refuse to let innocent lives get taken down with me. By chance I stumbled upon the quickest acting medicine for hangry known to man, crisscut fries dipped in plum sauce. Amazing! From 100 to 0 safely within seconds. This anomaly has no scientific explanation and Im smart enough to not question devine intervention. I was given this knowledge for a reason, to save lives! Im only here to spread the word so other married men can pass on my knowledge if an accident were to ever happen to me. Go forth and educate, for the good of mankind.

I dont know if the chef is new or what ordered beyond burger and it was as burnt as coal and we went back for new one and guess what it was more burned than before. No apologies no coustomer service. Totally disappointed.

The food is good. Its like a franchised food truck. It tastes real? Unlike McDs entirely modified food that makes me feel sick after eating it. Carls jr has a wide variety of burgers, sides, and shakes. Diablo burger is spicy and good. If you can handle jalapenos you will have no problem with the Diablo. The big carl burger is 2 patties with cheese. A decent burger. The fries are not anything special but they are good. The shakes are really good too! Would recommend.

eat here occasionally, and typically the staff is friendly the food is fairly high quality for a fast food joint. but coming in today I was extremely disappointed in both areas. when I got to the window he asked if the order was correct and I told him it wasnt, which apparently he took offence to as he gave me the cold shoulder and wouldnt even look in my general direction after that point (not that I care but considering how my burger came out, it seems like a factor). after I got my burger I went to take a bite and was greated by a mouthful of almost entirely ketchup and mayonnaise, and after further examination found that he put an extremely excessive amount of mayonnaise on both the top and bottom bun about 2 centimeters thick both sides, as well as a few of his long black hairs, very appetizing to have in my burger I paid $13 dollars for . genuinely disgusted by the lack of respect and care for a customers health, will not eat there again until the issue with that employee is sorted out.

I love Carls Jr, wherever I go, if there is one, Im there for my meal, Exactly how you would expect, similar to burgerking, paid $9 for the cheapest meal deal. Wish I got the lattice fries.
