Food was decent, customer service was lacking.

Food is always hot and fresh. Staff are very friendly and warm. Store in general is always clean. Highly recommended !!!

I m sitting here eating The Best Beef Ramen Soup meal the flavour is absolutely scrumptious!!!! If you haven t tried this yet the so yourself a favour and try this sooner than later

Food was great and place looks good. I think atmosphere of the place is connected with the service and the people were not welcoming or cheerful. It felt tense, hopefully they change and become more welcome and cheerful. Smile more

I understand putting the soya sauce, spicy sauce in the back during the pandemic but everywhere edo now has them out front for customers to get on there own. I find this edo to be very stingy on meat and there teriyaki sauce tasted watered down. Not impressed will not be coming back.

Really good food and the service was first rate.

Deeelicious!! Actually now that theyre in my head I want more. A little pricey, but you get nourishment and not just food. Dietary restrictions: I have no idea what the options really are, but I know they will put the effort in to make you happy.

Like most Edo Japan. The food Id yummy but the serving sizes are getting smaller but the price is going up. I wish they would bring back their family meal.

Rice was over cooked and somehow there was mildew or mold in the veggies. Very disappointing.

This Edo is the best one I have been too. Its staff is friendly and helpful. The food is always fresh and super delicious. The restaurant is kept really clean. The staff also makes sure that they get me my food as fast as they can without compromising on the quality.

Typical fast foot from these guys. Great that they make it fresh though. This visit I substituted the rice for the chopped cauliflower and really enjoyed that. They do cheap out on the size of the sushi rolls though, rice is cheap why skimp?

Sukiyaki beef made fresh to order. Hot and a decent serving size.

Noodles were not cooked properly, all stuck together. Barely any vegetables. Edo in the Mall is def way better! 2nd star is because no matter what the teriyaki sauce is the best.

The rice in my sushi rolls was so old it was crunchy. Spring rolls were cold. Not good.

I was at this location not long ago, I ordered my usual Trio (chicken, beef & 6 fried shrimp) most stores that Ive been to are fluent with what a Trio is, was a legit menu item at one point. Havent had any problems with other stores. Anyway, the wife and kids had also placed their order along with mine. We get out order number and get the kids seated and we wait for our number to be called. A few minutes later our order was called and everyones order is there except mine. So I looked at the receipt sure enough it wasnt rung in. I asked the lady at the front and she didnt know what I meant by Trio, but yet proceeded to ring in our order not clarifying my order. I eventually get my order while the rest of my family is done and waiting on me, wasnt the family time I anticipated. The tables/floors were sticky as well, which is a first, considering all the other locations weve been too.

This location offered what you would expect from an Edo experience. The food was good and my families order has always been prepared correctly. The restaurant was very clean each time I visited. If you like Edo then you wont be disappointed when visiting this location.

Friendly staff, clean settings. Fair prices. Came here for their large house rolls faithfully. Edo took them off the menu, so I dont really come here very often anymore. Im honestly sad about this. I hope they bring them back! Yummy other things though.

My friend got me trying Edo and when I tried it I got hooked on it and it always tastes good. .Im never left disappointed

Great food but Very poor service. Having some food allergies I often have to ask for substitutions as I can not eat salmon or crab. Normally at Edo this is not an issue but I was told very harshly that I can not change the roll type even though I could happily change my nigiri from salmon to tuna. The whole time there was a phone ringing and another machine beeping and one of the tills making an obnoxious jingle coupled with the employees shouting across the restaurant to one another. Very disorienting and hard to communicate. Probably just hit it on an off day but being told in a negative matter and not being about to communicate make a perfect storm. The food was fresh and well presented and was rolled quite well! Would recommend to go but not during a rush.

Great sushi for the price. Some cashiers are more willing than others to make some substitutions than others, much I guess like most places. Wont find a better deal on sushi in GP.

Best Japanese Food Ive had from a fast food chain

Very bad customer service, June 27 around 9:55 PM, I went to order for a kids meal for my daughter, once I enter the counter the first word came from the cashier is, ONLY TAKE OUT in a very rude manner, I said no problem and I want to order a Chicken with noodles Kids Meal, and they made it beef, I told her I ordered for chicken not beef, she insisted that I said Beef in an angry tone of voice, and she started to talk in their language with her co-workers, which I believe its filippino language and everyone was looking at me at that time. Her name is Ella, very bad customer service and very rude attitude, finally I ended up getting my little girls kids meal with a lot of sauce which no one can ever eat that much sauce almost like a soup.....I hope the owner read this and make their employees to respect the customers and give us what we pay for....

If you need fast food but need to skip the burger line, this is the place to go.

Usually love Edo but found that the staff was uninterested, was told they didnt have any chicken at the time and the food seemed quickly slapped together so the staff could get back to talking and listening to music on a speaker in the back that was very inappropriate for a public restaurant
