Ordered in the drive through, they didn’t give us our grinch boxes and missing some food. Went to talk to a manager about it inside and as soon as she gets to the till she pulls out her cell phone and doesn’t even listen to me and says “we can’t help” and walk away.
I went to mcdonalds after work because i was feeling hungry cause i havent eaten all day so i just order a quarter pounder meal My usual. And i get the food at first i realise they short changed me by 10 cents so that made me kinda mad but i open the bag take out the burger I eat it its raw bun is dry and cold how can you mess up a burger patty? And do you just leave your buns out? that was so absurd and i take out my fries cold dry hard and non salted WORST EXPERIENCE EVER DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!
Imagine having 4 people pulled forward waiting for food and you are STILL serving drive through. Not only did you make us wait but our order was brought out incomplete. Bad business practices.
ordered 2 hot chocolate with whip cream and just got the plain milk. that was seriously unexpected and wired. The recipt properly says we have ordered hot chocolate like how can you serve plain milk. poor customer service and food. If there was option of negative marking i would have given that.
I had just worked alllll day. Headed Home to my hotel and needed to get something in my belly. It’s almost 10pm. The drive thru was very busy, and it was taking a little bit of time and I was tired. But let me tell you, I had the best Big Mac of my life. I also ordered a buffalo chicken snack wrap. It was loaded and amazing. This location gave me a great experience at the end of the longest day. Always a disappointment every time I go here to get food because I live 2mins away from this store and I always ask for a FRESH large fry and I end up getting either old or REHEATED fries. I haven't even touched my food and look at the photo below lol that's a large fry? That's under portioned. The service is fast but the workers are always rude. Never going back to this store ever again. Please train your shift supervisors properly. Ridiculous.
Most of the staff were so rude and unprofessional. They didn't even say "How are you?" or "Thank you." It was in the afternoon on weekdays, so it was a slow time. The staff were chatting so loudly and I got awful fries which were disgustingly oily and shriveled. I couldn't believe it because it was obviously awful quality and the staff must have realized it when she served it. How dare you gave me such a terrible thing? I guess they were chatting without working and left the old fries, then offer it to me. The manager definitely doesn't educate her staff properly. I'll never use this store again!!!! Crazy!!!!
Good restaurant and inspite of competition, it is still a burger's specialty at decent prices. They have washrooms and play section for kids. It's one of the best fast food restaurants in town.

Parks customers 90% of the time when going through the drive thru, no matter time and day. Then takes about 5-10 more minutes parked to actually get your food.

Newest fast food joint in town. Typical McDonalds with above average service. Since McDonalds everywhere have jacked up their prices, I would suggest you can get a better meal in a sit down restaurant for the same price.

Great experience of spending money on food, play place available, dined in. Edit: Aug 15 2024 I found myself being served after an individual was served two drinks. The individual was served drinks. I saw my tea and coffee still being made. I ordered @ 8:24am. However, the individual who came in recieved quicker service. I find by observation, I was discriminated against that is the reason for the one star review.

We had a long day at hospital. We live out of town thought we would grab some burgers and fries for drive. Now we specifically ask for no onions or pickles. What we get is a burger they scraped the onions and pickles off. you could still taste onions . If we were not on road already out if town . I would have brought that burger back for a full refund! People have allergies BE CAREFUL thats carelessness on macdonalds part.
Every single time I come to this McDonalds they ask me to pull forward and wait for my food. And then I wait for 15 minutes usually for just a coffee and a cheeseburger!

Went here with the little kiddos to the play place, they loved it. But I thought it was a little dingey. Lots of traffic, theres a homeless encamped right infront of the building. Kid-friendliness: Play place is big, had a train there where the cars are tables. Kids think its a blast.
They really dont take the fast food seriously any more. Even if you use the fancy app order ahead of time you go through the drive thru and they tell you to go park for some simple simple sandwiches. The staff at times dont seem to care to rush, but that might be a pay thing.

Never dine in at this place . Tables were very dirty and nobody bothered to clean even after we asked for help . Finally I cleaned it using the baby wipes I had . Before you place order for food , make sure you have a clean table to sit if you plan for dine in.
Worst McDonald s I ever been too. Ordered breakfast burritos and they were ice cold like they just came out of freezer. Wouldn t recommend ever going to this place

It McDonalds and if your not there for that reason then well your lost. You have your favorite and as long as the location is well staffed a following the chains policy without cutting corners....well its great. If you havent been I suggest the big Mac,reg fry and what ever your poison for beverage

Every other store always gives me ketchup and other necessary condiments when I order but this branch never does. I wouldnt make a bad review about it because it doesnt seem that important but this time theyve pushed the limit. I did an Online Order and asked for 6 PACKETS of ketchup and none was added to my bag. It doesnt sound like a big deal but if you order a bunch of fries, wouldnt you want some ketchup to go with it? Whenever you go on their Drive-Thru, make sure to ask for ketchup and check your bags before you leave.

Just want to say, every single time I order, it s served to me a mess burger falling apart, more sauce down the side then on the actual burger. It s just a McDonald s what do you expect, but it s getting just that bit over the top

We were here for my boys. Glad that they provide a play arena for kids. The boys love it so much, and they are making friends. The food price is normal, especially the happy meal. Anyway, a good place to bring kids to play.
Not sure why it says MacDonalds. Its actually a review about eagles medical clinic which is directly behind the MacDonalds. Always a good experience visiting this practice . Dr o is great hes always of good humor and asks the right questions . His support staff are friendly and welcoming and will work around hard schedual to the best of there abilities
Language barrier between staff and customer made using the drive through to order a simple burger and juice take way more time than it was worth...
It was an average experience, hard to hear on the radio, and a slightly painful window exchange. After I waited around the corner for my order, I had to come back inside to straighten it out. After that, it was better service, and the food was good.
Out of all the McDonalds locations this one makes the worst burgers. Terrible, missing ingredients, and someone will definitely sit on it before you get it.

Went here after the Canada day fireworks and while the service was fast, they missed an item, and reading the other reviews they dont seem to much try harder at other times either. Probably depends on which shift is working but after all its McDonalds, if youre going to McDonalds expect fast food. Id say get what you pay for but the last time I bought 3 sausage and egg breakfast sandwiches with hashbrowns it was $30. A better choice would probably be Arbys.

I ve been going to this restaurant for over 40 years. I ve had a lot of great times with decent food at this location. I do find that the staff could use some lessons in the importance of pleasantries. I m not saying they are being rude at all because they definitely were not, but I figure since they are the ones that want to sell me their products, a touch of pleasantries can t hurt right? Parking: Lots of it, just watch for moving vehicles when walking inside Kid-friendliness: I have attended and witnessed multiple birthday parties for kids here over the years!
What has happened to this place? Order a coffee in the drive thru, have to pull over and wait. Order fries, pull over and wait. No matter what you order they make you pull over and wait. There are ALWAYS 3+ vehicles pulled over waiting. I m done coming to this location (across from the mall).

The staff at this McDonalds is always friendly; early morning or late at night. Theyve added a security guard recently.

Well cooked & fresh food. Typical McDonalds, except for the rude security guards who for some reason tell the delivery couriers to stand in a different spot every time I get a delivery order there. Seems a little like a power trip since this is the only location Ive seen in Canada do that
Their coffee is good but not worth the price no more, no I will not pay that price nor will.i eat their food until prices come down. Great for my waist but not good for your profits no more!

Obnoxious security guard tried to start a fight with me.
Perhaps someone inside should be looking at the order before it goes out the window to make sure everything is in the bag. Had to turn around and get a burger they forgot. Do not get the new fries couldn t even eat them they weren t even cooked! If I go through the drive thru again I won t be leaving until I check my order
McDonalds of choice in GP for me when I m look for midnight nuggets
Breakfast is terrible. Always left over from hours ago. I wouldnt feed it to my dog. Good coffee. Friendly staff. Lots of crackheads nearby usually. Update. Yesterday I got a hair with my breakfast. A year later still terrible

i got second degree burns a year ago, and since then, started to work doordash to make extra income, since i am now disabled. i was standing in front of the sign that says its for couriers, only because i needed to use the washroom, and was trying to get an empolyees to unlock the door, as theyre locked at nights. the security gaurd(a guy), told me the reason i work delivery is because i dont understand anything, which is why im here, because i wouldnt go behind the sign. i needed to use the washroom, which is the only reason i wasnt going behind there right away. I knew I needed to be behind the sign, I can read, Ive been there before. Anyways, if youre a doordasher avoid this place.
Used counter service and our order did not come correctly. I went back and the counter person argued about what I ordered (our dining party all heard the order made correctly) Eventually had to reorder and realized that they had forgotten the drink so I had to order a third time. We also did not get the monopoly game pieces in a McChicken box and was not believed by the manager. We decided not to leave until we had a game piece which we were reluctantly given eventually. I guess McDonalds is regularly ripped off by seniors so we weren t to be trusted. Lol

I had no idea that fillet-o-fish also has a half-cheese option. Thats probably because Mcdonalds is reducing food quality and increasing prices at the same time And why is it that they hand you a cold drink and then forget to give straw?

A little bit weird of a McDonalds. Some people may be a little bit off put by some of the people that come through here, and the fact that there is security. But I assure you for the most part people just dont care about you they just want food. My food was completely fine and came quick, staff was good. Location is also a little odd.

The gentleman in the drive threw is always awesome, very kind and always friendly. Parking: Limited spots for parking but there is parking beside McDonalds in the hotel reserved for McDonalds customers. Kid-friendliness: Clean, has a play area for kids. Wheelchair accessibility: Is wheel chair accessible.

I find this McDonalds does very good at keeping their orders correct and they make the food that much better over other McDonalds!! They are also very friendly staff!!!
