Got one of the new mushroom burgers it was 10$ and was missing half the burger patty

Never disappointed with this location

Supposed to be open till 1am but closed at 11:20, both locations on 100 st.

Because of the boycott we can only eat from that place I have to be honest its really good and its really under appreciated

Every time I get food here, they mess up the order somehow. They usually forget to put something in the bag, so make sure to double-check and complain if they miss something.

Literally any hamburger bun you can find in the world beats these guys. Worst buns ever. Always dry boring or stale.

Tried to go here at 7:30 pm on a Wednesday and the doors were locked even though it said the hours were until 10:30. The drive thru was backed up with vehicles but not one moved for a good 6 or 7 minutes. Then I left. No signs or nothing as to why they were locked up.

Went in to and ordered to go, got 2 junior bacon cheese burgers, med fries and poutine. Poutine sucked not enough gravy at all, the medium fries were half empty more like a small. The buns were hard on the bottom and crumbled tops, very dry. Bacon was hard couldn t even chew it. Worst meal ever, horrible. If I wasn t already home, I would go back.

The delicious thing here is the chili and sweet potatoes.

Went through drive thru and ordered the Asiago chicken combo. Got home and it was a mushroom burger combo. I hate mushrooms! Check your meal order before leaving the pick up window.

Arrived at 7:10. Doors were locked and the restaurant was closed even though the listed hours show it opening at 7:00.

Ordered the chicken pecan salad with blue cheese and extra pecans. They put the salad in the bag upside down, and when I got home to eat it, there was no blue cheese and no extra pecans. Even though they took the order correctly, they still screwed it up

Burgers taste great,but sit in your stomach like a rock. Good, but only once in a while.

Terrible food and service. Very salty, not fully cooked, chicken was terrible. Staff was rude and disinterested. Tried to overcharge. Used to be good, not anymore. Wont return.

Very accomadating crews

Slow service and mouldy food. The salads at this location are always wilted and bitter. Baked potatoes are often mouldy or at very least questionable. Chicken has a strange texture as well, like it isnt being cooked properly.

I used to compare every other bad service to how good this Wendys WAS. Do your job and slow it down you guys forget items 99.9% of the time

Wife and I wanted a quick supper as had travelled from Edmonton via Hinton on business. Food was filling and good. Service was efficient. Welcome end to a long day of travel.

We went threw the drive thru, so thats why 1 star for atmosphere. The nuggets are the best of all the fast food places . They also dont cost an arm & leg!

From my experience the people here are nice enough but I dont know if it s the old building, food handling practices, or maybe being cheap and not wanting to waste food, but I literally get sick after eating here every time. None of the other locations do that but this one has made me sick on multiple occasions. After reading comments, I can see it s not just me. If you want food poisoning and to throw up, this is the place for you!

Location: 10007 99Ave Grand Prairie, AB There always seems to be a issues at this location. I wished I would have checked everything. This time very poor service addressing the issue and order wrong all together. I ordered a baconator combo and asiago chicken combo with a coffee. We recieved a big bacon combo and the asiago chicken sandwich was beyond undercooked. The coffee was also cold and not sure you could even call it coffee. They did replace it but it was even worse the second time. I will say it was very busy at that time but it is still unacceptable. Since I had already ready went back and went through the ordeal about the coffee while still at the location not realizing the isuue with the food I opted to just throw out the food and get something else. Was very displeased and unlikely to go back any time soon.

Terrible customer service, staff cannot answer a simple question about what size is written on the menu that is included in the combo. Lady at the speaker Tells you medium but gives you small so you are confused then argues with you like you can t afford to pay an extra 0.40 for a bigger size when that s not the issue the issue is I asked a question in order to not have to go through this. Then they completely mess up what you order and when you call in to tell about an issue and you are trying to talk through their conversation with others around them, get handed off to different people still thinking you are talking to the first and have to explain what happened multiple times until you get frustrated and have no patience.

service was non existent once we ordered. the ice machine was broken and we waited 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge we were waiting (I checked, dont worry). Then when we finally got our food, we didnt get what we ordered. cue waiting again to get the exact same burgers that I had just given back to them to remake. what a joke

I bug these guys for coffee all the time even tho they dont promote coffee, they put a pot on for me late night often dam good coffee and friendly people tho.

Wendya in downtown is the fastest branch Ive known. As a skip driver it really helps us a lot.

Every single time I ve been missing items and sent home with soggy, cold, old over salted fries (I ask for no salt). Today I was missing a drink and we ordered baconators but got triple baconators. Went to check the receipt to see if we were charged extra and of course- no receipt to be found. So no idea if im being charged for extra stuff that I didn t even eat(took the extra patty off- it s just too much) and what am I sopossed to do, drive back to the restaurant without a receipt and ask for my missing items? Im so tired of this location, I won t be back.

Always fast and friendly.

It is near a very busy shopping center and traffic is usually hectic but once youre inside the restaurant it is clean and new with lots of light. Employees are always working hard bit never hesitate to smile and greet all customers. They are very fast with orders as well.

Their morning hours for their indoor dinner are terrible. They open it at 10 , but wont let you get the breakfast specials after 10:30 so I have not had a chance to try it yet. I hate drive-throughs. The service tends to be a bit slow but it is worth it for burgers.

The door said the dining room closes 10:30, I get there at 10:15 to grab and go for food and it is already locked up.

Its only cause of convenience of how close it is to our place. But its come as a joke on how many times they forget at least 1 thing from our order. And have to drive back constantly to retrieve our order. Its constant.

The staff overcharged my kids on a couple things. When I went back I requested to speak to the manager, while speaking with them, 3 other staff started arguing, our family will not go back again.

New staff member was overwhelmed with Sunday lunch rush. Other staff was rude to her after she was asking for help. 3 people standing around not helping customers and berating the new staff member to move faster and do more. Ice machine broken, watched staff touch ice with bare hands to fill broken machine. Will not be back.

Had to wait a long time before someone came to take our order, and then they took awhile more to get the order right Thank gosh they at least allowed me to use the washroom when I was done my meal.

One of the worst fast food experiences I have ever had. The person at the drive thru was arguing with me over mayonnaise being on the hamburger and when I showed it to them they then proceeded to argue with me that mayo couldn t be on the hamburger because they don t put it there. I won t be back to this establishment, and I chalk it up To the old Grande Prairie I don t give a fudge attitude that seems to plague this city and has for many years.

Been going here everyday for the past 2 months now, A couple orders have been off but if you bring that up to staff they will gladly fix it. Dietary restrictions: Cant eat the bun, somthing in it makes me sick

JBC for the win

Probably the best square burger that money can buy. The only problem is that square burgers are an unnatural slight against god. I prefer my burger patties how they are found in the wild, frozen and circular. Everyone knows free range burgers are round! Just ask yourself, WWJD?

Absolutely terrible, our order wax mixed up and then we found hair in fries so we took it back. She didnt want to deal with us, no apology and was completely rude! Never going there again..she took our food back to check bag to see if we lied about what we brought back. She didnt understand why we wanted complete new batch of fries for entire order

Salads usually pretty decent, crisp and cool. Fries are always soft and warm though, honestly not the best the wendys here, the west side location has fresher hotter burgers and the buns aren t as dry. Cheers!

Poorly Managed, regularly forgets purchased items. further more they wont replace the items they forgot to add, and will instead say you didnt order them when you return. you pay for there mistakes, then you pay again to go pick it up when they admit they made a mistake, only for them to say otherwise when you arrive.

We stopped for lunch through the drive through today and ordered a salad, two small fries, and two double JBCs. Before we actually got to order we were suggested three menu items while being cut off with what our order actually was going to be. When we received the order we did not get our fries, and two single JBCs. Only thing right was the salad. This is the third time this has happened at this location. The manager is never pleasant or focussed on customer service. Instead of worrying about the up charges .how about trying to get the actual order correct.

Just had the worst customer service experience in this store last night. I ordered thru the mobile app and went to the drive thru. I was told that they didn t have my order. I showed them my order confirmation but when they checked their system, they still couldn t find it. The staff told me that they didn t have my order and that there s nothing they can do about it. Not even telling me the solution to the issue. I had to ask how about my payment since I was already charged. She said she can t do anything about it. I felt like she just wanted me to leave without offering a solution. I asked a lot of times about my refund then she said that I had to get in touch with their mobile app which I didn t want as I wanted my refund right away. She said that I had to come back the next day and speak to the manager which i told her that it was so inconvenient in my part, this went on for a while. A few moments after, another staff saw my order on their screen. Finally!! Im not sure if it was there all along and the lady staff just didn t see it. That staff never apologized about what happened but the other staff did! Will not come back to this store again!

The bacon deluxe is one of my favorite fastfood burgers so no complaints. Went through the drive thru with minimal wait and order was completely right.

Meh nothing great. Been a few times and usually Wendys fast food is my fav. This location needs to step there game up before I decide to go back. Sloppy mayo beyond dripping each time and geese pouring out the burger. Please fix this and slow down and take some care in the prep of the burger guys. Please......

customer service here is a joke not to mention things taste old. Outside sign says dining room is open until 1030 its not. I was met with attitude when i simply asked why the sign said differently. Brutal. Doesnt deserve a star.

Wendys is my favorite fast food. I love their recipes specially their drinks. If you watch out for a good meal deal which they offer once in a while, you can save money instead of buying it full price from other fast food chains! I also like their choice of salads. Due to pandemic now there are no more dine ins but the drive thru is much faster now.
