Every time my daughters and I go here, the food and service are outstanding. The smiles and sincere pleasure of having their staff who greet you, to their cleanliness, and scrumptious food is always a pleasure. To also be able to view the products and how they are handled are extremely reassuring for any foodie. Eating healthy and always feeling so welcomed is a wonderful feeling. I love Mucho Burrito. It doesn't matter which location you go to, the food is always great and the staff are always friendly and will take the time to chat with you. This is my regular go-to lunch spot, and I would highly recommend you try it out if you haven't.

I recently visited Mucho Burrito at the Cobblestone location with my girlfriend, and we both ordered the crunchy chicken burrito in regular size. As someone who works at a Mexican restaurant, I’m quite familiar with the food preparation process. Unfortunately, the chicken in our burritos seemed like it had been sitting for a day or two—it didn’t taste fresh at all. After eating, both my girlfriend and I experienced severe food poisoning, which led to vomiting. This was a really disappointing and concerning experience, especially because I know the importance of serving fresh, high-quality food. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality of their ingredients to prevent this from happening to others.
Came here 2 days in a row, first day wasnt busy and wow the gentleman who helped me at the front was so unbelievably kind. I have a gluten allergy and he was very accommodating and amazing! Fast forward to this evening they were super busy and the same gentleman that helped me yesterday remembered my exact order and even told the staff to take my allergy into precaution. Talk about amazing customer service. And the food is to die for. Will be a returning customer for sure. Thank you Mucho!
I was here March 21st around 2pm, which was my first time having it ever. Super good! Thank you the employee who helped me choose an amazing tasting burrito, took his time and had really good recommendations. Thought he deserved some recognition! Good food, and great service.
FANTASTIC customer service even during the dinner rush! Loved seeing the staff work so well together. The mucho chicken burrito was flavor packed with the Mango salsa and the nachos were fantastic as well!

No gluten free options
Would get 5 stars, but there is no portion control. Every time the portions are different. I often order a mucho burrito and a regular and both have the same amount of rice, meat and veggies. Bring back the authentic music.

I stopped by today on Sunday! And I do come that often but when I do it is always an impeccable service and every-time the food is made perfectly and they are always so welcoming and always have a wonderful simile on whenever I show up, highly recommended coming to this location!

Went here yesterday and the food was delicious. I got the Quesadilla and my husband got Tacos. The staff we re friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place
Review is updated to reflect the light timer being fixed. I really appreciate the response from the company and the bright lights are off by at least midnight now. Some might not think it s a big deal, but being able to sleep without buying sunshields is appreciated. The light only faces the back alley and the condos, but a lot of people living here had voiced their concerns. Thank you from everyone who is sleeping easier, their kids, and their pets :) I look forward to stopping by the location, since I do love mucho burrito.

The food is so damn good!!I ordered tacos and they were absolutely amazing!! Definitely try the mango salsa it has wonderful flavour!! Staff was very welcoming and kind!
Let me start by saying how I love the taste of Mucho Burrito and this location s staff are very friendly and provide good customer service. I want to let everyone at this location know on April 24th I went to this mucho location around 8pm as I was running late for dinner and I ordered a mucho beef burrito. About 7-8 hours later my body completely rejected this food and is causing an insane amount of physical pain, going on for 15+hours and counting. I never had food poisoning before but it s obviously no treat. I want to let the owners know to ensure you are following all the proper procedures on maintaining meat. To throw out meat that is well over due and not to reuse days later as it resulted in me getting extremely sick and ultimately missing a day maybe two from my work. All the best in your new opening but this should be an issue to be addressed if you want to maintain returning customers.

Hands down, best customer service in Grande Prairie. Arsh and John are some of the nicest people. They go above and beyond to make the order yummy. Just hoping head office brings back the cilantro-lime créma sauce and crispy onions!!
