I ordered 2 veg pizzas . It was a pickup order and we made sure the two pizzas are vegetarian because we talked about all the veggie options with the worker . I said her perfectly clear that i was vegetarian and I wanted to order 2 veggie (tandoori paneer and butter paneer pizza ) pizzas. I got home and me and my friends started the party and started eating the pizzas. I was halfway done with the slice of pizza when my friend stopped me and told me it was a chicken pizza . I was dumbfounded and shocked because it was a blunder and was in shock. I am a hindu by religion that I am pure vegetarian by birth and my community forbid the eating or using of meat and animal products. I was appalled and furious with this discovery and called the customer service right away. The representative who picked up the phone put me hold for a long time. I decided to called again and the next representative picked up, I told about my issue and he told me he was sorry and rushed the conversation that he can give a free pizza. I said it s not about free pizza it was against my religion and it was a truly big mistake . He rushed the conversation by giving me this email for refund and end the call. I felt appalled by this conversation and decided to go to the location ( 10012 99 Ave Unit 101, Grande Prairie, AB T8V 0R9) . I went there and told my issue to the same girl working there before. Instead of helping me out she started giggling and saying that how would i not notice chicken in my paneer pizza. I told her how would i know if i hadn t had a bite of meat in my life because chicken and paneer looks the same. I was deeply hurt by her comment as i told her before i belong to a hindu religion in which we banish the use of meat. She was very unserious and instead of helping me out or apologizing she started making excuses and fun of the situation. When i asked about the manager s number , she refused and said u can come tomorrow. She refused to give me my refund, and started making fun of me. My friend told her that her behaviour is unprofessional and unacceptable. Worst day of my life . Never going back again. I was a regular customer and very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Called in just before 1230am. Was put on hold for a couple minutes. Then they proceeded to tell me they cant take my order because policy states they cant a half hour before closing and I should instead drive there and place an order. When we got there 10 minutes later there was no one there to take our order. Bad customer service!

ordered 2 funnel cakes and didnt have any brown sugar and cinnamon. asked the front desk associate and they said it doesnt have brown sugar and cinnamon, really disappointed. order 1010

Paid $23 for this, look at the quantity of paneer and veggies. I posted two pics of same pizza but from different franchises look at the difference.

Honestly, after reading the comments I was was hesitant about ordering but I decided to give her a shot. I ordered at 11:30 pm on a Wednesday ; keep in mind it closes at 12:00 am . 11:49 pm my order arrived. All three items were delivered as specified, and tasted delicious. The delivery guy was also very kind. My order costed 22.86$ so I gave him 25$. Well worth it. Ill definitely be presented in the future!

I haven t had pizza 73 in months, I ve stopped ordering from there. Bc there s a short guy, who wear Jean jacket. And a taller guy who wears a turbon (if that s how you spell it) both in their 50s. Whenever I order for delivery, they both say weird stuff to me, or would try and invite themselves into my home. Sometimes, would offer to get alcohol and visit me. I tipped bc I was new in Gp, and was being nice. Guess both old guys took it the wrong way. I would love to order from pizza 73 since I haven t had it in months, but pizza 73 also needs to talk to those two older guys. Or replace them.

We just ordered from skip the dishes. Everything was cold and undercooked. Really disappointed. Would never order from them again.

Parking: Need more space

Just order 10 chicken wing made me wait half hour. Too much salt. How can you sell customers this salty food? Never come back

They offer an awesome range of fresh pizzas. Prices are reasonable and the spot is always kept clean. I love all their options for wing flavours.

The pizza was very good! They got it delivered fast and the food tasted very fresh as well! Definitely recommend. Vegetarian options: They offer many vegetarian options that everyone is available to. Dietary restrictions: They have a gluten free pizza, and keto crust pizza. I believe they have more but these are the ones I know about.

Worst pizza s I spent 40$ and they gave me raw and soggy pizza s . I ordered fries and fries were mixed with onions. Very bad experience

Spent over 100 on 2 large pizzas and 2 -20 box of wings one boneless one with bone. First off both pizzas were not even fully cut into pieces 1/2 of each pizza we had to cut ourselves!! Second the bone in wings (20 piece) only had 4 mini drumstick part of wing in it the rest was the 16 pieces of small part of wing!! I have been ordering for years but this is unacceptable and I will not be ordering again from pizza 73!!!

The app was not working and not allowing me to pay, went into the actual place and ordered there but waited around 30 minutes when it was said to wait 20 Wheelchair accessibility: Didnt really see any ramps to use for wheelchair users

Ordered pizza and wings. When the food came the pizza was all squished to one side of the box. Called to complain and they sent a second pizza to replace the disgusting first pizza. Well the second pizza was the same thing. Squished along the side of the box just like the first pizza. The wings were fine but will not be ordering from there again. Bad experience.

I ordered boneless bbq wings they were really good. The establishment was clean and the staff was friendly and polite.

Second time we have not gotten our pizza from this location and they insist its been delivered. Either delivery guy is eating peoples food or they need to check addresses more clearly. We have out door motion triggerd cameras and can say 100% they were never here. Not pleased.

I got a medium Hawaiian and Hotwings. Pizza was only ok and so were the wings. Cost was a little high for what I ordered. 30 dollars to pick up from store.

For starters.. when i order WINGS I would like wings... NOT just drummets.. I ordered wings and midnight and they didnt arrive until 3 after 1 and I was told 50 minutes and then when I saw them they were so overcooked or fried in a deep fryer in dirty old oil that they crumbled in my mouth to powder.. i called.them back not even 15 minutes later to have this corrected... normally i do not do this but as it was all the money i has to eat with tonight... i have been waiting about 1 hour and 20 minutes for my replacement wings and i dont think they are coming and I should have been asleep long long ago.. Im very dissatisfied with the kitchen service at pizza 73 tonight. ***But the deliver gentleman was just great.

Paid $40 for overcooked, hard crunchy pizza and deep fry rock hard wings that are flooded with sauce. Had to throw in a garbage. Even though I gave a $5 tip and picked it up myself. Waste of money.

Hate to atlesat give 1 star as well .I would like to rate this place as one of the worst place to even stand order anything . I went for the first time were no body in the front to take your order ,and after 5min wait got somebody to take the order . I had order onion rings for which the order taker took just 2 min to give it and when we wanted to order some dipping with it addtiional 10 min of wait for just a dipping were no courtsey from the owner itself who was standing right in front of the customer and doesnt care to serve the customer .So as we can see owner itself doesnt care for the customer what else can you expect from the store front .I would say never go there

I tried to order pizza to a hotel I am attending a wedding at and they would not take my order unless I had a room number after I have told them I am in the banquet entrance of the hotel. By the time I was told a friends room number they hung up. I found it just very rude and unprofessional.

Delivery is always pretty fast. Pizza is very good for how inexpensive it is. I love the jalapeño poppers and the donut stick things were very tasty!
