so called and asked about 2 for 1 pasta , got 1 lasagna and 1 spagetti for $22, than asked about meatballs,( thought it came with but no thats extra!!dxtra garlic toast and extra cheese which brought my total to over $50 , wow to find out the break down is terrible $2.50 for each meatball( thought it came with the pasta) so $2.50 times 6(3 meatballs in each) plus $5.00 for each pastas extra cheese total $10 and $4 for each extra garlic toast x2!! will not be ordering frim here again to go from a $22 order and a few extra things over doubled the total to almost $50 How do they justify a few extra items to doubling your price!! Not much of a 2/1 deal so each pasta was over $25 what a complete joke!! Lost a customer right out of the gate here! will NEVER order from here again!!!Once I got order it was terrible , running watery pasta( clearly not strained) hardly any sauce, meatballs i paid extra for were very very dry, does not look like any extra cheese,and garlic toast was so dry ( dropped the bag on floor and garlic toast practically turned to dust they were so rock hard)!! not to mention look at the size of the garlic bread not even a real peice of bread clearly its a bagette slice! and the tiny meatballs are another joke!!Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!!!

I just had to shake this mans hand - really good food! The owner, family, and workers are great, hardworking people. Its always a pleasure to eat there, and its a delicious way to support local business.

Quick and very pleasant customer service. Pizza was yummy, and the crust was crisp. I ordered Punjabi style paneer pizza, and it took me back to the pizzas of Surrey, BC that i have been missing for a while. Lots of topping and great flavours too, will be back for sure.

Ordered a Donair Pizza and Im not sure what type of sauce they used it was not Tzatziki. So Gross could not even eat it.

As someone who frequents the Grande Prairie area I wanted to try something new and gambled on pizza plus. I went with a pizza and wings combo. The pizza was quite good. not excessive, decent mix of toppings, and the stuffed crust was great. The wings were good as well.

Just had THE best burgers, omg sooooo good and they called to make sure they had my order correct!!!! Luv this place

Would be 5 stars as weve been loyal costumers for almost 2 years now! But you guys refuse to fix our order that you messed up? Definitely wont be ordering from here anymore. Not paying for your mistakes.

The inside of this place is horrendous. Everything seems to be covered in grease. The ceiling tiles are dusty and covered in grease. Floor is disgusting. The grill they cook the food on looks like it hasn t been cleaned in ages. Employees rarely wash their hands and I witnessed several instances of cross contamination. I have already contacted AHS as it is obvious they are breaking several health and safety guidelines. And to top that the food quality is poor and customer service- pitiful. AVOID this place!

Completely terrible, ordered online and took well over 2 1/2 hours just to get the damn stuff. Two hours for me to then call and them to say they didnt realize their online order printer was down and then told HALF AN HOUR just to send it out. Deplorable.

foods good but the workers were rude, we ordered online and the guy that called to confirm our order sounded like he didnt want to be there, he scoffed at us while reading our order and when we called back to make sure that the delivery guy would phone us when they got to our place he hung up on us.

Asked for the 2topping with wings, then I get charged 2$ extra for my second topping, pineapple and donair, but when I get the pizza only two pieces had donair the other 4 had like a donair crumb on each piece, you would think if they charge extra they would actually put a decent amount on, I do not recommend, small portions, poor presentation

I ordered a donair pizza, greek pizza, and dill pickle chicken wings and honestly Ive definitely had worse pizza. If you like lots of sauce on you donair pizza this is 100% the place for you. This may be the best pizza in town although to be fair I havent tried everywhere. The both pizza were great, but the greek pizza really stood out. I was pleased to see they offered dill pickle wings but when the arrives i was ... less pleased. The wings were bland and overcooked at best. This is why i rated 4 out of 5. Lastly it did seem a little pricy even with the 2 for 1 deal.. but maybe Im cheap... nearly 50 for 2 pizzas medium and some wings. Take this as you will, Id order pizza from here again. I would not order wing here again

My friend Nishant recommended that i try the pizza here. I ordered a Punjabi style large pizza. Its my new favorite. The dough is really good and everything was fresh and hot.

Donair was good. A nice split between meat and veggies. Lots of sauce. Burgers looked good at other tables.

Pizza was good, but I spent $80 and the garlic fingers were sad. They used to be the best in town, but after ordering two yesterday they are still full in their boxes the next day because no one including the kids wanted to eat the garlic fingers. Pretty sure I asked for them to have bacon and I paid for the bacon but there was no bacon. Huge disappointment. Probably won t be ordering out for sometime as it s a pandemic and charging $80 for two pizza and two garlic fingers is crazy.

Donair neat was hard. First time trying it and its crunchy and some places are rock hard? Not sure if it was left out to dry out or what but it was not an enjoyable mid night mucnhy meal busters is the best for donairs still the texture of this was awful. Edit: I called to let them know that the meat was old and dry and was told I could have a small discount on my next order? Next order?! You couldnt even get my first one right. Wont spend more $$ on a business that cant cook their way out of a paper bag. Yuck. I wish I could say I could eat the donair anyways and cut my losses but I cant. Its foull.

New to the area, ordered lasagna and garlic bread cheese sticks. The cheese sticks and donair sauce was good. The lasagna was terrible!! It was super watery ( I can understand a little bit of runny sauce) there was hardly any meat sauce( if you could call it that) and the noodles were over cooked and soggy. This lasagna looks to have been assembled by piling soggy wet noodle into the dish, then a can of diced tomatoes poured on top ( flavorless) then a few crumbles of what appears to be ground pork, then cheese. Wont order here again!

Lasagna was terrible just order a double order of it. Its so bland and water down. I would love to order again since the donairs are great. Please fix your lasagna.

My new favorite pizza place in GP! I used to order Ramona or Ava, but the prices at Pizza Plus are awesome and the ZA is delicious! I love the crust, the cheese, the donair bites are deadly. They offer a 2 for 1 deal and you can even choose a donair or wings amongst other options instead of just a second pizza. I wouldve taken pictures but we ate too fast lol

I ordered a super donair; was the size of a regular. Complained, confirmed the order, they added more meat, a couple of slices, but had no cheese. Prior to walking out with my order I asked if it had cheese. He said yes. Got home no cheese and bairly any sauce. Was the second time the EXACT same thing happened.... Youre done. You dont deserve my business or money.

Donair meat is premade -not real pieces of meat stuck on top of each other like it should be . I was curious and did some research . There is a company that distributes donair in Alberta . Here are the ingredients : Athena New Formula Product- Beef, water, toasted wheat crumb, spices, soy protein, salt, food starch, monosodium glutamate, flavour, modified starch, rice flour, sodium phosphate, canola oil (mfg. aid). May contain water. * This product contains wheat, dairy, and soy. Thats not how you make a Doner kebab :)

Worst Pizza in GP best Donairs in GP. Ordered a garlic parmesan and the chicken on it tasted and looked like tofu. Donairs are beefy and currently the best in GP but any of the other food is basically a dumpster fire.

Donairs are pretty good. They give you lots of soft tender meat. Not tough at all.

I have always loved the food here especially the Donair Pizza. I have been recommending this store to my friends, coworkers, and even my guests at the hotel I work for. However, I just had the worst customer and delivery service yesterday. When I phoned to place an order at 11:20am, the lady who answered wasnt really pleasant and was obviously rushing me to place my order. I was charged the regular price I usually pay plus standard delivery charge which is $6. After 30mins of placing my order, I got a call from the lady I talked to when I placed my order and told me that I have to pay additional $2.50 delivery charge as my workplace is not within the city limit. Which I thought is ridiculous because I work just right across the Westgate Plaza. I told the lady that I will just pay for it so I can get my pizza as I only have 30mins lunch break. The pizza didnt came until 12:45PM and I only have 5 mins left on my break. I am definitely not going to recommend this pizza place especially to my guests as I am very appalled with the customer service I have received yesterday.

I placed my order at 12:45 and they said it will be 30 min because of Xmas rush but still Pizza came on time and very delicious Pizza.... donair is number 1 in grande prairie i think. Tonight i ordered a biggs burger combo (fries and pop). They delivered me jist a burger and pop. So thats fine they forgot. I call in and the guy says he will get.me.my fries. I wait an hour. So i call back and he says he will credit my next order if i want them tonight i will.have to pay another 6 bucks delivery! So.i ask him why i would need to pay delivery 2x tonight. I would never pay 21 bucks for a burger and fries. Then the man on the phone puts.me on hold and passes me off to someone else. Sucks cause they are my go to pizza place but tonight customer.service has sent me going back to pizza 73 #alloverstupidfries #theremistakemyloss? #donedeal

Ordered 2 donairs. 1 showed and a 11 dollar delivery charge. Cost 27 dollars for 1. Ill never order here ever again . Donairs are not worth that. Plus the guy on the phone cant understand between 2 and 1.

Absolutely horrible. Pineapple on Canadian pizza, unheard of, no taste at all. The BBQ chicken was bland and half cold. Ranch sauce was disgusting, only thing we liked about the whole meal was the donair sauce. We will never order from there again...very disappointed!!

Im quite surprised by the bad rap this place is getting on Google. It is a sunday ritual of mine to order donairs from this place and it is always fast and delicious. They ask your phone number and already have your info ready and it is just such a pleasure to order from them and have always found the delivery to be faster than expected. The deals are great too. Highly recommend.
