Last night I ordered pizza , I called and asked what the special was they told me a pizza and garlic fingers buy one get one we got 2 drinks along side with it , when delivery showed up it was 50$ for a medium pizza and small garlic finger and 2 pops I m not sure what going on with pricing there but I wasn t happy pizza was decent tho

Loved the food. Delivery was fast. I am a little upset it cost so much for 2 tiny pizzas, which did have a fair amount of toppings (looking at you Panago!), and I am sure that you will enjoy your pie. I am certain that ALL pizza costs more everywhere. Being 100, the donairs are always huge and made exactly as asked. Staff there and the delivery ppl have always been friendly too. One of the last places you can call directly still for delivery. If you have munchies late night, highly recommend Twisters. Vegetarian options: They have them lol, tho not for donair. That would be a veggie wrap lol. Fr fr; hella good salads and veggie pizza is LOADED w veggies. Dietary restrictions: Just ask. They are so nice there and will help you no problem! Parking: Lots of space even during dinner time. Kid-friendliness: No reason why a kiddo would not be ok there. They have TV if you need a distraction for the minis. Wheelchair accessibility: Sidewalk has an access point

Was driving through grande prairie and ended up at twisters. The donair pizza was so good with the sweet sauce I never had anything like it. I came back same night to get another order for my trip home. Dont take my word for it try it yourself. SOOOO GOOOOD

Food was great, but ordering a 36$ meal for delivery only to be met with a bill of over 50$ is ridiculous. I recommend going here, for the food, but dont bother with delivery

New to Grande Prairie so I highly relay on reviews and I religiously give honest reviews. Super upset tonight. Normally don t order out every day, but today was a busy day and my husband was coming home from work and wanted a donair! Due to the time of day, I decided to try a new pizza spot rather then Swan which is our go to here in GP since moving. Ordered from twisters, paid over $50 for a medium pizza & donair. Was super excited for my husband to get home and he was excited for his meal. The donair didn t show up. I called the store and they said the driver had taken it, and I was given no resolution. So I was left, one missing my order. Two missing money I paid for that donair, and three not a good taste in my mouth for Twisters as they re customer service experience was not good at showing empathy towards a customer. Hopefully management sees this and can make it right !

I havent been to the physical place but i put a 5 for atmosphere cause i like it so much they are open late and I like pizza. They are the best, I always get the terrific twisters meal.

Delicious though there delivery drivers as of late got attitude, buddy was lucky I didnt cancel the order there and then.

Best donairs in town, no doubt. Guys are absolute studs, and an integral part of Grande Prairie.

Yuck. Foul food. Watched the owner use a pair of tongs to grab raw chicken... then as I was waiting about 10 minutes... watched him use the same pair of thong 5 minutes later WITHOUT washing them to serve cooked chicken. Calling health board on them but... when they very least expect it. This is your warning to smarten the hell up amd get your restraun5 in order befor ei call cause that is not ok. Yuck. Im a young person and know better then that. Goopy sloppy raw chicken juices on your cooked chicken wings... I want to get sick. Change you ways twisters! Anybody with half a brain knows that can make someone very ill... get money off your brain and start thinking about the communities well being. Please. Your going to make people very sick if you havent already.

The other night we ordered pizza at 1:45 AM. Unfortunately there wasnt a lot of options still open. Twisters arrived and boy... It was the most mediocre pizza I can remember. Would not order again... But at least they were open in the middle of the night.

Store needs to change its hours of delivery via skip. Nothing like trying to order at 1:05, only to find the store is no longer doing delivery (even though their time states until 1:30 am) has NO options of ordering online after 1am, though theyre open much later.

We ordered donairs and pizza; I ate my donair with my eyes closed, thanking God for my taste buds. My fried asked me what is the best food I ever had; I replied, this! Then I said maybe we should have eaten the pizza first and save the best for last. She said maybe the pizza is better. I replied how can anything be better than? The pizza was great but the donair, well they are the best on the planet.

The pizza was decent. No complaints on that but nothing special. HOWEVER, the box that was delivered says on it Buy 1 get 1 free . I call back and am told I paid $18 for the one and it would have been $26 for 2.. ? So where is the free one? No mention on their site, in their name or on the phone of 2 for 1. Pretty shady and frankly false advertising

Pizza was sub par. Asked for the 2 for 1 deal twice was told its per pizza. Delivery drive set my food on the floor of the hotel after his machine wouldnt for 10 min. Do not go here.

This place is heaven! There pizzas are delicious, reasonable priced, and ready in less than 15 minutes. Staff are very outgoing. If you ever looking for a place to eat I highly recommend Twisters for anyone in GP or if your passing by. You wont regret a bite you eat.

So, I have been going to this place for over a decade. Its family owned. Both father and son as definitely hard working people. I cannot say much about the pizza or wings or burgers because I havent really eaten much of those options. BUT, man the DONAIRS they have are off the damn charts. I personally eat once a week. You are always greeted with a big smile. The food gets made quick and you get to enjoy a delicious greasy bliss. Just go eat food there. OK!!

The price they had online for a discount was not correct, they didn t tell that to us when we ordered and then told us after we got the food that the price had changed. They proceeded to not give us any discount and became rude over the phone. Also forgot to bring our drinks, I dont support companies that falsely advertise prices then dont tell the customers to hopefully have them not notice.

Service was fantastic and the pizza was great as always. Ive never had a problem with this place. Spicy chicken pizza is my favorite there.

Ordered 3 pizzas 5 days in advance. Asked for pick up at 5:30 and finally walked out with them at 5:50. The only saving Grace was that I got them for free. Just a note that some guy walked in 15 minutes after me and walked out with his two pizzas before me

Good pizza, quick, and friendly service. We used to get Ramonas but not worth the long wait (up to 2hrs for delivery!!). Twisters provides quality pizza delivered within 30 mins. Great customer service as well!

Service was great, delivery was quick but the order wasn t exactly correct. I found them to be very stingy on the cheese even though I ordered and paid for the extra! Sadly I won t order from them again even though I liked their sauce.

We thought we would try a local non franchise pizza place! Bad idea, pizza was overpriced lacking in toppings and cheese and the crust tasted like it was a ready made frozen pizza crust. Wings were okay not very hot, other sides things we got werent the best. We are here for work we spent about $70 dollars and that was are lunch and supper! We had one piece each and didnt even bother with the rest and we LOVE pizza. Disappointing and disgusting!

We have been ordering from this place for years. They have always had the order correct and is always ready when they say. Also best salt and pepper wings in town.We had pizza delivered to a small dance function and were really happy with the service. The pizza arrived on time , was hot and really good. Our friends commented that they loved the pizza.
