First lets start off by saying my server is anya is amazing she was always smiling and very knowledgeable. The apps were Steller I dont say this order but this place is wellmworth the drive to it .. Goyza was perfect cook soft but crisp at the same time . The fish and chips were better then the east coast where I love them there Everyone should try this place at least once . Even though its a franchise its not your run of the milk kind of place

Really great customer service and amazing ambience !!! Been sitting for 30 mins turns out the person serving us went home. The manager came and reconciled the situation quickly . Excellent customer service both staff and manager. I will definitely come back and bring my friends. continue this excellent service guys!

This is by far our favorite restaurant in town but tonight they went above and beyond for us. My husband took me here for my birthday dinner and not only did our fantastic waitress wish me a happy birthday, so did the manager. They gave me a free refill on my drink and a complimentary dessert. The staff is always so nice and amazing. Thank you Browns!

Great place to go for drinks & food. We ended up getting appetizers and a meal to share. The Thai Chicken app was so delicious! We were there to watch Hockey - plenty of TVs to watch sports. The Staff was very friendly

Amazing. Best beef dip I have ever had by far! Great service with prompt refills. Updating, this is still our number 1 spot in town. I have never once been disappointed.

The next time I visit and the server doesnt interact with me beyond order taking and then suddenly wants my life plans while Im trying to pay, will be my last visit.

If I could give more than 5 stars for service, I would! I just left Brown s having a delicious lunch with friends and the level of customer service blew us away. The General Manager also took the time to come check in with us which doesn t happen as often these days. Every member on the team had a part in delivering an awesome customer experience from the moment we arrived to when we left. And a big thanks to our server Brady, who is new to serving at Brown s, was one of the best servers I ve experienced in years. Keep up the great work and congrats on 10 years serving Grande Prairie.

I come here all the time for lunch with my mom, our spot if you will! Anyways, we came here for lunch on the 8th of April and had the most amazing service! I forget what my waitresses name was but my son was obsessed with her! She went above and beyond, I love coming here and will come time and time again!

Havent eaten at a Browns in years. My experience on Monday just reaffirmed why. My fish tacos had a couple of fish flavored pieces of batter in them with a pile of minty tomatoes, served with a bucket of salt with fries on the side... for the low price of $22. The calamari was basically a plate of fried jalapeños with a few pieces of fried squid tossed in. About the only thing that seemed ok was the nachos, which were only ok because we paid the $8 extra to get a bit of meat put on. The service was great! Everything else sucked! Dont waste your money at browns.

I appreciate that we can actually have a conversation (music is not too loud), yet still enjoy great atmosphere at Browns. We had a wonderful evening with friends tonight at Browns and having Destiny as our server made it even better! She was friendly, skilled at her job and made us feel like her favourite table which may or may not be true but I m guessing she makes all her clients feel that way. I will definitely be requesting her section next time we come in. Thanks Browns for never disappointing :)

Loved coming here! My husband and I came for supper, everything was fast, all the waitresses assisted us and worked together rather than one per table. It was so busy but they worked very well together which ran smoothly. The food came quick and was AMAZING! Definitely will be coming again!

The crispy cauliflower with jalapeño ranch is delicious, as well as the yam & avocado roll (just need to ask for the vegan sriracha mayo, as the chili mayo it comes with is not vegan)

Ive stopped in here a few times and the food was excellent, as was the service. Today was especially good: - They accommodated my sesame allergy and gave solid recommendations. - When I managed to slop some BBQ sauce on myself from my burger I asked for wet-naps, but they had none... So they made me a warm bowl of lemon water instead. - Order was taken quickly and my drink never ran dry. Totally on-point even though the place was swamped with the lunch rush. Great experience and good staff. Will definitely come back. Parking: Lots of spots available.

No matter which location, this place is always a delicious, enjoyable, and fun experience. Every dish I have ever ordered far exceeds my expectations, staff is always friendly, and they are so accommodating to families with babies and little ones. Cant wait to go back soon. Kid-friendliness: Super clean and spacious washrooms and theres always a place to change the baby comfortably.

Great Service by the hostesses

Went here with my Dad with an open mind this place has good reviews on google so I was expecting something good. Sadly this was not the case starting with drinks which were absurdly over priced and were not even anything youd find at any other bar ( Coors light, Canadian, budwiser ect..) in the city they sell their own brand of beer which tastes about the same as water left in a boot for a month. Next was the food of which they have a very strange menu full of stuff that I not only have never heard of but is massively unappealing I ended up just going with their pub burger & fries which was very small almost the same size as a slider and because they dont give salt and pepper they just do it at the kitchen meaning the fires were absurdly salty and unable to be eaten all this and the burger still cost 20$ Not at all impressed with this place and will not be back ever again.

Shoutout to Taylor who always remembers my husbands ridiculous breakfast order and chats to our baby. Crowded or slow, she s always smiling and chatty with us. Kitchen sometimes is a little cheap on the hollondaise, but the rest makes up for it. :)

Disappointed in our lunch here last week. Chicken burger was about 70% breading... my fries were mostly bottom of the bag little bits. Not what I would usually expect for this restaurant.

The brunch used to be amazing but they recently changed the menu and it is no longer a place we will be going. The staff is very attentive and friendly, the atmosphere is great but the quality, taste and presentation of the brunch was no longer there.We always had the eggs Benedict and used to look forward to it. The new sauce is not good. We will be looking for a new brunch spot.

Meal fit for a smurf. As u can see from the picture Im not impressed paying $34 for this steak frites. They did say it was a 7Oz but it didnt compute thats the only choice.

We sat outside on the patio and had a wonderful lunch in the warm sunshine. Food was great, the Guinness was excellent and our server was friendly and attentive. Well definitely be back again next time were passing through GP.

Lively and fun, Browns in Grande Prairie provides a superb product every time. Notable food from my 2 visits was the Dry ribs, Gyoza, dynamite sushi roll and the tuna tiki bowl. Our servers, Kayla and Anya, were super friendly, funny, personable and efficient. Great work

Browns food is consistent across locations. Having been to this one twice in one week and tried different dishes, good quality remains the same. It can get a little loud in the lounge but to be expected and nothing you cant overcome - you know it is good when the place is packed! A little disappointed to hear that the butter chicken is pending removal from the menu... it is good, too! Vegetarian options: Variety of salads with good and unique flavours. Parking: Busy place during meals so could have to walk a row or two to the door.

Went here with my dad and my sister for lunch time. It was super busy when we got there but it was to be expected at 12 PM on a Tuesday. We sat at the bar and the service was just as good if not better then sitting at table. The bartender was super nice and the manager was courteous, and had a positive attitude. The menu was a tad pricey but its kind of is everywhere now a days. I will definitely come back here again when I come back to town

I recently went to Browns Social House for brunch on my 31st birthday. (September 23rd) which I have been doing for probably the past 6 or so years. My go to brunch has always been the breakfast Hash. This year same thing. Andrew the manager whose birthday was ironically the day before treated me and my friend like VIP. Andrew is made for the service industry and he sets the standard for what a true Manager of a restaurant looks like! I absolutely encourage anyone in Northern Alberta who finds themselves in Grande Prairie to try out Browns if they haven t before! The servers and hosts are trained to the highest degree and I will continue to make Browns social house my go to restaurant in Grande Prairie for any and all celebrations. Thanks so much Browns

The sticky thai chicken happy hour special was mediocre, chicken was overcooked, the sauce was awesome, just not enough to be considered sticky. Great service and a nice bar seat to TV ratio

The food is fantastic and service is great! We go about once a week and The manager is always wandering around the floor as well checking in on tables to ensure they are enjoying their experience which is nice.
