Burger King in Grande Prairie

The food and atmosphere were great bit it took 25 minutes for a snack box makeing me late for my English class tests

The foods good but the drive-thru messes up my order 75% of the time.

I ordered food was missing stuff, and it was not even close to what i ordered bad service, don t think they understand what the customer is saying

Visited twice and they got my order right both times....its fast food, it is what it is

Sign said open, but front door locked/no employees answering the drive through speaker.

Im very well served by this location. I like that I can order burgers in the morning. Great morning shift for sure as I like being treated like a king :)

I used to get whopper meals through the drive though but stopped going to this location cause when I pulled up to the window theorem was already waiting which made me believe it wasnt fresh I was right had to micro it when I got to the house and got sick so I switched locations.

This location has got to go, the customer service and how they creep peoples social media and harass them if they give an honest unpleasant reveiw of them or mention their horrible experiences with them. This location can not be trusted as a positive or safe and inviting local business. Kid-friendliness: Dont!!! These creeps will go as far as creeping your social media and harassing you outside of the restaurant, this is un-Canadian & shows poor business practices!!!

The burger patty seemed like it s been sitting for quite some time but for the price it s alright then again one of the employees looks like she hates the world maybe I got the patties that we re meant to be discarded for a joke who knows

A perfectly fine BK. Sure theyll mess up your order once and a while when they forget to add cheese. But as far as fast foods joints go they definitely get the job done.

I went yesterday at a drive thru there was a girl she is so beautiful so elegant just like a wow and really polite. Her name is Arneet i had a great experience.

Had a big order for me and my friends from this branch. The service was way more better than expected and food quality was on point. The staff there was very well behaved and well trained. It was a good experience.

So on a late afternoon I walked into the burger king, the king of burgers, and purchased one of there finest burgers and soon before I knew it, there was Burger King foot lettuce on my burger, you night be asking how I know it was foot lettuce, there was A FOOT IN IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never recommending again

All the tables were dirty, and the place was empty. Front counter was dirty and smeared, cash register area very dusty as well. Dont they ever clean anything? I will not be back.

bought a burger from skip gave me an old and hard bun,

I did not have a good experience... The food was good but I had an allergic reaction to something in my burger or on it or the bun.. . Everyone else enjoyed their meals and no reaction. The new one Downtown is also the better Burger King. Parking: Theres a big parking lot to park in. But can also park on the road in a couple spots I believe Kid-friendliness: They have a decent kids menu. And also coupons for family meals 2 adult meals and 2 kids meals, with choice of chicken burgers or whoppers. Cheese is extra which sucks as burgers should have cheese anyways. Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair buttons on doors and I believe its all flat going inside.

The coffee that serves me is an old one mixed with a new one dripping but not yet completely brewed or done. It was in drive thru. I called the store but said theres no manager to handle my complaint.

Ive had to park everytime I have been to this drive through. No other cars around, no other customers and I have to park for 10 min to get my food? I was told I have to park everytime to improve their service times with the boss. Very annoying.

Had a roasted garlic whopper and fries meal today. I normally do not like fast food, and rarely get it. And 99% when I do regret it. But holy hanna! The fries were the best fries Ive had in ages! Like absolutely perfectly salted, crispy outside and tender moist inside. Most often I find fries get dried out even in a sit down restaurant. So whoever cooked them today wow! And the burger as well yum! Id say it was equivalent or better than say the skookcumchuck at Mr Mikes. Again higher up restaurant quality. If I had not been in a hurry Id turned around and told the cook hes top notch. Great job!!

Worst customer service. After paying for an expensive milkshake and they send a small pop. No gravy I ordered, just another fast food place who cannot follow instructions. Check your bag before you leave. Nothing worse then getting your order and its not what you ordered!

Its clean and the staff exceeds all other standards of fast food in G.P we will most definitely be back again before the other fast food establishments. Great job on the new store, teach the other BK your standards I find the other store cashiers to be rather rude.

Best Burger King in town

Because of the incredible similarity in addresses of the 2 BK in GP I got the Ave and Street mixed up. One is 108ave/100st the other is 108st/100ave. But the young man that served me at the one I went to was super helpful and accommodating. He said it happens all the time. And he made me my order there and I didnt have to pay for it a 2nd time. So awesome of him plus he was very friendly and didnt make me feel stupid about ordering to the wrong place. Like Ive never come across a BK employee like him, like he actually didnt hate his job. Maybe he does, but it didnt show. He was so good in terms of customer service!

Unlike a well known fast food restaurant that is NOT an old farm... when they ask you to park out front from the drive thru they are way nicer about it!

Absolutely the Best Burger King in Town! We literally drive across town to order from this specific location.The service is great and the food is outstanding. The gentleman (Owner/Manager I believe) is always very kind, professional and informative of any specials that are on at the time to save you those few extra dollars. The burgers are nice and tight meaning they are well built and not sloppy at all, so nice to bite into a burger that does make a mess all over the place. Then there s the fries .. oh my gosh don t even get me going about the fries ..so fresh, hot and with just the perfect amount of salt. I highly recommend eating here and with that I will say thank you as my fries are getting cold

Order Bacon King Plain, chicken fries w/ sweet sour sauce(received no sauce) whopper extra onion, heavy mayo, received a whopper with bacon (I did not order that), my receipt showed regular whopper, NO bacon, I do not eat pork, pulled 4 long dark hairs out of the whopper, this location always screws up, as well THREE long dark hairs in the whopper , Melcor Crossing with Danielle as manager rocks!, She trains her staff correctly

Friendly staff

They need to pay attention to cross contamination of their food. I went their to buy poutine and when I come back and ate half of it I found a bacon piece in it. Really disappointing. Staff really needs to pay attention. I can understand it s late night and they are working hard but please if you are doing something then do it properly. I don t think so am going to back Burger King again.
