Love coming to this location during the Christmas season, it is so beautiful. But even more than the beauty, the level of service was above and beyond. Staff not just looking after their areas, but working together to help other areas as well. So awesome to see. Sheryl was our waitress and was such a pleasure. Hunter was another one of the staff going over and above. If I could have given the service and atmosphere a 10 star, I would. And let’s not forget about the food, salt and pepper wings are the best of anywhere I have had. The wife loves the chicken Cesar salad, a classic done right, always!
Worst food as steak was cold and very small portion for expensive price. Price for steak was ~ $36 but was charged $55. Proper information was not given about price from server. I chose the steak from the menu and server told different choices without informing that there is different price. What I chose from menu was changed without informing me about price. Cold and very small portion for expensive price. Keg is better in steaks. Grande prarrie Earls not up to Earls standards.
I was really disappointed in my experience here. I have been to Earl’s countless times in my life, and I can confidently say it has gone downhill. My dynamite rolls did not taste fresh; the rice was very dry. The clam chowder was flavourless and the potatoes were undercooked. My husband ordered the Cajun chicken cheddar sandwich (which he has ordered before) and received a ridiculously small amount of chicken. $24 for a chicken breast that’s half an inch thick and only covered half the bun. I have seen this burger many times in the past and it has always been at least twice as big. Not only that, after we asked for more chicken we were charged an additional $10 without warning. We will not be dining here again.
So it was my birthday and my husband and I were prepared to drop some cash on a luxurious evening. Finished my iced tea if two gulps there was so much ice…and then the server didn’t bring me another one or ask if I wanted more when he took my glass away…that was before the first course even arrived. Got our first course…the tuna roll…Earl…you need to fire your sushi chef who was working this evening. The roll was not even the size of a quarter in diameter and was falling apart…I could have made a better roll myself. I ordered the fillet mignon medium…I know everyone likes their stake a little different but the menu literally describes it as pink warm inside…this was borderline well done and the “Seasoned Veggies” that came with it was just squash with a little salt and pepper. See photos, for the above. My husband had the burger and said it was salty but at least it had a decent amount of bacon. Bottom line…we were expecting luxury…and we didn’t receive any.
I really liked the cafe and its design. The dishes were tasty, the portions were large. Very friendly staff and high level service.
We had a wonderful waitress today around 5pm, I wish I knew her name! My 4 year old son offered her a fry with his ketchup and plum sauce, and she told him she couldn’t have it ( which is totally fair lol). He was devastated, starting sobbing. This lady was so nice and told him she would take it and save it for later. She took this sauce covered fry in her bare hand. She came back a bit later and told him how yummy it was and it made his whole day. He left a happy boy.
Amazing food, service and environment. Walking distance from Sandman Hotel. Had vegetarian dish and dessert cheesecake. One of the best Lunch I had here in GP. My colleague tried the burger and loved it and later got the same dessert I did.
We only usually come for brunch and really love their chorizo hash; best in town. Service is always great; our eggs on our Benedict came out overcooked(hard not soft) this past but they were swift to change it immediately. Only feedback is the cleanliness on the tables , booths, and glassware. Every time I sit, glasses are dirty, crumbs remain in the table, although set with cutlery. Wiping down the booths and menus would be another recommend as often I get them sticky 😅! However, the service and best chorizo hash in town keeps us coming back! Take advantage of their brunch happy hour; great time to go!
I had a AMAZING birthday here, I celebrated my birthday and the employees were so NICE, They were respectful and amazing, food:5 Service:5, I would go here everyday If I could!
The food is always Earls good, and the staff is amazing, but the background music in the lounge was too loud to have a visit with co workers
I recently had a disappointing experience with my takeout order at Earls. I arrived at the scheduled pickup time, but my food took an additional 15 minutes to be ready. Meanwhile, I noticed that several SkipTheDishes orders, placed after mine, were completed first. It seemed like those orders were prioritized over customer pickups. Unfortunately, the service from the hostesses was not up to par. When I asked about the delay, I received vague responses and felt ignored. One hostess simply said, Its coming, while another mentioned there was an issue but didnt provide any specifics. This isnt the first time Ive experienced issues with my takeout orders. On a previous occasion, I ordered a Santa Fe chicken salad and chicken and ribs, but the salad arrived without chicken. I was told that the order wasnt specified correctly, despite the name clearly indicating chicken. I was then asked to wait an additional 15 minutes for the chicken, which was frustrating as I had hungry kids to feed. Considering the prices you charge, I expected much better customer service, especially for takeout. I hope to see improvements in the future.
Great food can t complain haha. Steak was great. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options are available. Food : 5/5 |
I asked if the dishes were fresh or not, no one really answered my question! Is the kitchen working? no answer either. In general, the order was not fresh and I waited for it for a very long time. in the end I paid it and left. I do not recommend this place as the quality of the products and service does not match the price.
Terrible service
Im disappointed with the experience we had. We went to celebrate my birthday, but no one acknowledged it, and there was no birthday treat at the end, even though my husband had requested it when booking online. The food wasn t good; the quality felt cheap, and even the cutlery was low quality. For what they charge, it s not worth it I feel like we only paid for the interior decorations.
Great location. Amazing service, even better food. Kitchen staff was incredibly professional.
Great food
Nice place, decent food.
Perfect everything was perfect
No other earls interior beats this locations. Its beautiful, the foods always top tier and service was very good as well.
Good food, good service and good times
Consistently good food, great service and a nice clean restaurant to relax in.
Great place to have dinner with friends and family.
Solid but extremely expensive as a franchised restaurant. Over- service, imho. In AB taxes may be lower .....but these restaurants are making peeps pay through the nose.
I don t know if I m getting old, or prices are that bad everywhere. But over 40$ for 2 doubles highball is crazy. I understand brick and mortar and need to pay staff. But purposely stocking premium liquors only, and charging the equivalent of 400% markup from a retail customer pricing standpoint is insane. But this is the benefit of business in a somewhat free market economy I suppose! Atmosphere and patio was great, Carly was great! This is why I avoid earls, joeys, moxies, if I come to have a couple casual drinks while working.
Earls used to be a favourite restaurant of mine. I haven t been there for a few months as the prices are getting high. Went for supper and was shocked by the prices. We were going to leave but my husband had ordered a beer already. I had the Cajun chicken burger without the hot sauce. and fries. My husband had a beef sandwich which was just under $24.00 and he had a beer our total with tip was $76.and some change. We do eat at other restaurants in Grande Prairie but we don t feel robbed like we felt at earls. I did tell our server my food wasn t good but I know they do not have control over the Kitchen or the prices. I would be reluctant to go back anytime soon.
I absolutely love the atmosphere at Earls. Best restaurant to take pictures. Food is always consistent and service is always good
Our waitress, Maria, was phenomenal. Shes so kind, professional, and personable. Thank you Mariah for an unforgettable experience at Earls!
Service is always great, the restaurant is clean and the decorations are beautiful. However, this is the second time weve come in and received raw chicken (two different dishes). The first time, we left it alone because we thought it was a fluke but somebody in our house ended up very sick and was out of commission for a whole week. Last night I ended up with raw chicken again, on a burger this time so I didnt notice until I had eaten about a third of it. While the manager handled it professionally (no complaints on the service), I am really disappointed that this happened again.
Come on, food
Good service no waiting
Great service Kid-friendliness: Our server sang happy birthday to our daughter while serving her desert Food : 5/5 |
Its always pleasant to visit Earls for lunch or supper. Parking: Parking can be a pain as the lot is shared by the hotel Food : 5/5 |
The service by Kiarra was amazing, my only complaint is I heard the hosts talking disrespectfully about my family after we just attended a funeral at the front in front of other customers. I was there on Friday the 22nd, and I was not pleased with how the hostess was talking about me and my family.
The pricing is disappointing, I only started coming there again for the spin dip & street corn dip. They took the corn dip off the menu which was so disappointing. The patio is nice, and good vibes the staff is awesome. But I do wish their pricing wasnt wild and theyd stop taking all the good food off the menu.
I think im going to have to retire from going here anymore. Last time we went, I ordered the chicken sandwich. There was little to no chicken. I asked the waitress and she said it looked normal to her. So I just unhappily ate it. Then today, we went in and ordered the beef sliders. There was hardly any meat. I think 1 slider actually had more pickle than meat. Im not sure if this is the value theyre offering now a days or I just had bad luck last 2 times. Not happy with the price to value ratio.
I took myself out for lunch today at Earls. One of my favorite places to eat in GP. I ordered a Mai Tai and a house salad to start. The house salad was tasty but the quinoa topping was super crunchy and got stuck in my teeth easily. My main was a 6 oz top sirloin with lobster tail, truffle butter, mashed potatoes and thanks to my wonderful server, some delicious asparagus spears instead of the other offering of squash. My opinion is: THE BEST LUNCH EVER! The lobster and steak were cooked AND seasoned to perfection. The potatoes tasted like real potatoes and the asparagus was tender, tasty and cooked well. It was the Truffle Butter that took the meal to the next level and although its a bit costly for butter, you wont regret adding it to your plate.
Great staff!!!!
Chicken Alfredo with Cajun chicken! Love it. Garlic bread used to be way better but inflation likely impacted that. Good place to take the family for sure. Kid-friendliness: Good spot for kids!
Stopped in for a margarita pizza and a drink. Fantastic service! Delicious espresso martinis too.
Good food
Service was horrible, it was my birthday and I got my food last, an hour later.
Service is slipping here and I m not sure it s worth the extra price of going to earls.
One of the best places in GP to go out for supper! Food is always amazing and service is top notch!
Good atmosphere! Great service. Great food ! Parking can be tough here, and the traffic noise is loud on the patio. But a great place to meet with friends.
Food was very good, service was also good.
Always love dining here. Recently management went above and beyond to fix a delivery issue. Have had consistent, great service at this location.
We were honestly a little disappointed at our experience for Mothers Day this year at Earls. The wait staff were great and friendly, but what we did not expect was the huge jump in prices since our last visit and the lackluster food that accompanied it. Thinking I may get a steak dinner, I quickly changed my mind when the cheapest decent cut on the menu was $64. The parmesan chicken my wife had was poor, with chunks of what looked like deep fried chicken skin mixed in, but the risotto was good. The blackened salmon was ok, but dry and the rice was very bland. For the four of us to have 4 meals that were at best 3 start meals, and pay $180, was disappointing. While the atmosphere and wait staff are always great, I am not sure we will be back with the let down of food quality and price combined.
Food Server and atmosphere were all excellent
Good food and Service
The food was great, but the service was abysmal. We somehow had two waiters, and between them, we didnt get a single refill of our drinks. We sat at the table with empty plates piled up for 20 minutes, and neither of our waiters checked on us once the food was served. The waiter tried to chat us up when he brought the check, likely trying to make up for how terrible the experience was, but it was too little too late. The patio is amazing. Between the fresh flowers and the decorative ones, it feels like youre in a ritzy greenhouse.
Prices have gone up and the server seemed uninterested and slow in service
Perfect buffet
Run dont walk away from eating at this Earls.. coke was flat, clam chowder was ice cold, rice was hard and chunky. Very disappointing
This place is an absolute gem. They Greet you with a smile, they Pay attention to detail. The food is good. They have specials. But honestly its the team. They are so warm its truly a great dining experience. Im definitely coming back on my next visit. Hassan really dies un pas de plus.
i got chicken wings and they were very good. server was friendly and helpful. nice ambient lighting and comfortable atmosphere
I am not impressed they took the soup, salad, pan bread combo off the menu. I know many people that really enjoyed it. Its also completely ridiculous they dont have a kids menu. My 5 year old cant even get close to finishing an adult size meal. Food
5 across the board. Atta girl Kendall. Really pleasant server. Food : 5/5
Very friendly staff - 1. Nice lighting. A homey feel to it. So, its pretty not bad. There are a bunch of new tall plant/trees in there now. It most definitely adds to the atmosphere. Its perfect for the whole family to enjoy. Food
You can expect consistency with the quality of food, which is a big win in my opinion!
Had a great experience at Earls recently. Good food, great service. I highly recommend you try it.
Great food, appetizers and drinks.
Awesome
Terrible experience last night! Tuesday is the sushi and wine half price, I tried to order sushi, and they said that its not available because there is no rice to prepare the sushi. Unbelievable! The waiting time to receive a drink and food is so high. Earls never more!
Loved the food
Amazing staff and service!
Good service , good atmosphere, good food.
Really expensive
Very Disappointed in Earls .. No where near what it used to be as it now appears to be a price gouging dive like so many others . Happy hour menu does not even have a burger any more . The Happy hour pizza is a very sparse pizza when an extremely thin tomato sauce and 3 little dabs of cheese . My wife and I are seniors so we stopped in at Happy Hour and the bill was $57 for 1 Coffee ($5.00 and was old coffee) pizza and The Bigger Better Burger was offered a choice of sides with the burger ( Choice Clam Chowder, salad, Onion Rings ) but wasn t told the choices were an extra $3.00. This used to be a good burger but the Bun was so old and the light toast on the bun had totally dried out the bun so it crumbled as you tried to eat it . Then you get the bill and minimum Gratuity is 18% For What .. Ya AVOID THIS PLACE There are far better establishments than what this place has turned into .. Very Disappointed in EARLS
If I could give 0 stars I would. First, we weren t informed about 18% gratuity, second we weren t told that we would get a different waiter half way into the service. We attempted to wave down a waiter for 10 minutes to address missing food but no one was paying attention to us. Take in the fact that the restaurant side was EMPTY. All of the food was staggered, some people finished their food and some people at our table were still waiting for food. For example, it took us at least 45 minutes for one sushi taco & after the taco was delivered she was still missing one!! After reminding them multiple times about it. Probably the worst service ever!! Earls is not what it used to be, do better!!
We loved Bill our server. Super patient and great at his job. Vegetarian options: Tofu wad great Food : 5/5 |
We visited Earls on the weekend to celebrate one of our friend s birthday. Manager Hassan went above and beyond to serve us Halal Chicken meal. We had a really good experience. Excellent customer service by the manager and delicious food. Highly recommend Dietary restrictions: Halal Chicken
Ive frequented Earls quite a bit over the last 7 years, but the experience I had on Saturday night was one of the best yet. Alhasan at Earls managed to arrange halal meat for my girlfriends and I (dietary restrictions) so that we could come enjoy a fantastic dinner. We did have to give him a 3-day notice to make arrangements to bring in halal chicken for the dinner, but it was a seamless and convenient process. Alhasan ensured that we were well taken care of throughout the evening. Our dinner was fresh, tasty and well presented. Dessert and drink options were also on par. Exceptional service by him and other staff members. Thank you for a great experience! We will definitely continue to return for this reason.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Earls Restaurant, and I must say that the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment we pre-booked for a large group, to our specific request for halal food, the manager, Alhasan, and his team went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was exceptional. Firstly, the pre-booking process was seamless. Alhasan was incredibly accommodating and understanding of our large group, making sure we had a suitable table reserved well in advance. He was attentive to our needs and made us feel valued as customers from the very beginning. One of the highlights of our visit was the attention given to our request for halal food. Alhasan personally took the time to discuss our dietary requirements, assuring us that the restaurant would take all necessary precautions to provide us with a delicious and authentic halal dining experience. This level of care and respect for our dietary needs was truly commendable.
I had a dinner with my friends and Manager Hassan was there to receive us his service was so amazing he arranged halal food for our muslim community he did his job well and he gave us peaceful environment
Amazing service and management by Alhasan ( the manger )..how he mange halal food for Muslim friends. Really appreciate it
Awful service. Wasnt busy and their staff continously walked by us multiple times chatting to each other and we waited for 10 minutes before leaving.
Totally decorated for Christmas. Place was busy but there were lots of staff!
we had a really good experience in the earls. the server Parth was really good. he gave us a good recommendation. he recommended their new and notable item truffle parmesan chicken it was a really good. Mushroom rissota was delicious. we were just appetizer but server approach to have a full dinner then we also had their seasonal dessert which was molten ginger bread cake. If i get a chance for reservations ill do at earls. overall it was nice experience.
So salty and the music was so loud the waitresses couldnt hear us. Try next year?
Ok so me and my friend sat down waited for about 15-20 minutes before before we were served our drinks. We didnt get our food for close to half n hour I ordered the truffle parmesan chicken and my friend ordered the Cajun chicken mine was undercooked and my friends was undercooked as well also the staff seemed really stressed which doesnt look good for management and when I asked to speak to the manager because our food came undercooked twice it really wasnt a busy day she tore a strip out of our server she doesnt sound like someone who can inspire staff anywhere her name is renea and the way she treats her staff.... Yikes might wanna look into new management.
Delicious food, great service- will come again in the future
I used to love the Earls happy hour, but its changed so much that it just doesnt hit the same. The atmosphere is the reason I continue to come here as its decorated so beautifully. Service is always top notch too. The seasonal gingerbread dessert was so good! The chicken lettuce wraps are made with a spicy peanut sauce.
Enjoyed my New Years alone here!
It looks a lot better than the food tastes. The steak was overcooked with little flavor, I requested a horseradish cream and BBQ sauce to try add flavor. For the atmosphere it projects, the food is definitely sub-par
Sudip was was amazing, absolutely loved his service and friendly manner! 6+ stars for service. Dinner was good but he made our night. Thank you so much for being so absolutely professional, friendly and sharing your experiences with us! We will be back and ask for Sudip Food
Their exceptional customer service began when we walked in through the doors; since it was a little quieter they took the time to find us a cute little table on the beautifully decorated patio. Our drinks were delicious and fast, our seafood tower to die for and our server was kind friendly and knowledgeable! A mistake in our order (which we didnt even notice) was corrected before theyd let us leave. It was a special night for us, and this team ensured we felt that way our whole dining experience. Thank you Earls GP for being a part of such a memorable evening !
Had the blackened chicken fettuccine alfredo with a skewer of shrimp. It was such a great meal and very filling!
I recently visited Earls in Grand Prairie and had a fairly decent dining experience. The food was acceptable, but not particularly memorable. It was well-prepared and presented, but I felt that it lacked a certain flair that would elevate it from just okay to something more impressive. The dishes were good enough for a casual meal, but they didnt stand out as exceptional in flavor or creativity. However, the highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the service we received from Alex. Her service was truly remarkable, deserving a solid 10/10 rating. Alex was attentive, personable, and extremely professional. She made sure we were comfortable, checked in frequently without being intrusive, and had a great attitude that made our dining experience much more enjoyable. One small piece of advice I would offer to Earls, based on my experience, is regarding the wine service. Its customary, and a nice touch, to allow a guest to sample the wine before pouring a full glass. This practice helps ensure that the wine is to the guests liking and adds an element of sophistication to the dining experience. Implementing this could enhance the overall impression of Earls. In conclusion, while the food at Earls in Grand Prairie was just average, the outstanding service provided by Alex was a redeeming factor. Her professionalism and charm greatly contributed to our overall experience, making the visit worthwhile.
Expensive
I ve lived in Grande Prairie my entire life and often go to Earls and lately I feel the quality of food has gone down, while the prices are on the high end - the Thai chicken curry bowl has zero flavour and I ve ordered it twice, after the first time was underwhelming, I thought I d give it the benefit of the doubt and try it again but was disappointed. The wife and I both ordered the truffle tortellini and steak and both ordered our steaks to be cooked medium and one of the steaks was rare while the other was medium rare. Our server Chaselyn was probably the worst server we ve had there - had to ask for our drinks to be refilled because she never came back then ordered a dynamite roll to go and waited for 20 minutes watching her stand at the kitchen socializing with other servers before we went and asked about our order, which was sitting in a bag up there, so overall not impressed with the food or service the last few times and probably won t be back for a while.
Amazing apps and entrees. We had some guacamole, calamari and my wife had a steak. Everything was on point and service was impeccable. Prompt drink service and just the right amount of check ins. All in all a great visit.
Nice food, great variety. Good brunch dishes. Tasty food and good service!
Fried chicken was extremely greecy
Great time
This is the tiniest piece of chicken that came with my takeout... Are you serious? A Junior Chicken from McDonalds has more meat than this... What a joke...
Busy Friday evening, but server was prompt bringing water and menus. Gave us some additional time to view menu and food was delivered quickly after we ordered. Generous side of garlic potatoes and vegies with my steak. Steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned.
Food was tasty and high quality as usual. Their new brunch potatoes are delicious! Happy hour has great prices! Bri has served us on the patio a few times and always impresses us with her level of service! She keeps us coming back! Vegetarian options: Nice selection
Kayli was amazing. So sweet and best service.
Great place to visit with friends. I love their seasonal decor.
Great
Absolutely loved the food here! Ill be back for that and the service was amazing as well.
I walk in and get seated at a table that has food under it. Normally Grande Prairie Earls is not all that bad. They really missed the mark this time. Koen our waiter was amazing tho
Cool atmosphere on the patio, and delicious food as always. Some very minor blips on the service, overall great experience!
I was sadly surprised today when I went to earl s for one of my family favourites which is clam chowder first you get half the portion and second earls no longer has pan bread! which was one of the best things on the whole menu in my opinion first time ever going to Earls and left feeling ripped off. i paid more money for less food. the staff did everything they could to make me happy, so hats off to the staff, but the way that corporate decided to give people half as much food for more money than what it used to be is very disappointing
Great place to take the kids! We took em for the first time tonight and they loved it, our server bill was very nice and polite. Service was fast, food came out quick. The manager Al was awesome, he came over talked to the kids and gave them a slice of very delicious cheesecake! One thing I would recommend is writing up a kids menu. Great experience overall :) Dietary restrictions: Bill made sure to ask us of any allergies before giving the kitchen the order.
Its been a while since I was last in Earls and I feel like Ive been missing out! The patio is decorated in such a gorgeous way, the ambiance is incredibly enchanting. The food , albeit a bit small in portion size, is absolutely delicious. Our server was so lovely and attentive without being overbearing. A great place for date night. Parking: Although the parking lot is big, it is hard to find a spot at times.
Getting a little pricy lately, and staff turn over a lot, but food is usually exactly what i want. One of my favorite go to places in GP.
Small portions and expensive food. Some of it, like the sushi, is not even good. The service is decent - some servers are really great, some servers are downright rude. One server insulted me for not being sure if the dish she was bringing was my dish at a table of 17 people for whom I did not know everyones order. One server took pictures for us! The atmosphere is nice especially on the patio. Id only go if I had a gift card.
Atmosphere was great. Apple blossom decor is very nice for Summer, makes you feel like you are in Japanese garden. The food was good. Had a dry piece of bread with chicken ceasar sald, which was weird.. you guys should change it to classic garlic bread or toss out dry piece of bread all together.
Cant believe that we were so treated like Royalty. The waitress was awesome, the manager was extraordinary. And yes, check this place out if you have an already.
The waitresses kept the Coca Cola flowing to the table for 6 thirsty guys. I don t remember her name, but I really appreciated the effort, even when the bartender wouldn t let us have a pitcher. Anyways, the 5 stars are for her. Food
very dark, music was loud (waitress couldnt hear us), VERY expensive, mediocre food
Ordered take out.. The chicken fingers and fries.. Asked for just a little bit extra citrus sauce.. Got burnt tiny pieces of chicken with fries that looked like it was a kids meal.. And not even enough sauce for 2 of the tiny chicken tenders.. If I wanted a kids meal I would have went to McDonalds.. At least I could have gotten a toy.. Overpriced burnt, super small sized food.
The food was okay. No great super tasty for the price the 3 of us paid.
Good food, great service, Kathrine was excellent
Both my food and drink were amazing! The food was incredible and I loved every bite. The atmosphere was great as well! I was able to talk with my family and not have my voice cut out from the people around me. And service was amazing as well!
Weird menu, decent food
The worst bartender service I have experienced in my life. I asked what the grape was on the house white wine and he had to ask 7 people what it was. I didn t ever get an answer. After 20 minutes I just was just given a glass without an explanation or thank you. It was a long day of travel for me and all I wanted was service. The bartending team had zero menu knowledge and while I was finally getting a sip of wine, one of the bartenders was eating out of the garnish tray. He snuck oranges out and looked around before he ate them and didn t wash his hands after. This bar staff is disgusting. It was August 8th 9 pm
My sister and I are from Edmonton and decided to stop in for happy hour. From just outside we could see the beautiful pink flowers and decor and asked if we could sit there. We were seated right away snd then Kieran our waitress came right away. We ordered red sangrias and street corn guacamole and Cajun chicken Caesar salad ti share. She divided the salad for us snd was quick with our food. It was so delicious, happy hour prices were great, the service was amazing and the place was beautiful!
Had the Ribeye meal and was served a Chuck Eye Steak as ribeye. Taste was fine but shouldn t be Ribeye price Cesar salad was fine and the mashed potatoes were good as well. Been noticing Restaurants these days are struggling to server a proper AAA steak.
Its a very nice restaurant, with a very nice ambience to it. Staff was very friendly and very helpful, and food was great. Definitely recommend.
Rylea was an amazing server! She was interested in speaking with us even though my wife and I only came for dessert. She came back multiple times to ask about dessert and asked us if were going to try each others and compare. Very friendly and welcoming! 10/10
Overall a great place to meet people. They have great appetizers. The wings are my go to.
I had a fantastic experience at Earls. Our waitress Rylea stood out with her excellent assistance in choosing drinks (didn t know you can sample drinks before ordering). The meal was flawless, my 9oz steak with prawns and my wifes peppercorn 6oz sirloin were both delightful. However, I noticed a minor issue with the glasses, which were not perfectly clean.
Had an anniversary here awesome service. Always great.
Took a surprisingly long amount of time to be asked for beverage order after quick seating at 1 pm on a Wed w/very few patrons in the restaurant. Lots of wait staff walking about, but everyone keeps to their own thing. Might not have good morale if they cant work together to efficiently serve guests. Food was well prepared but value for cost is in question for this 1st time visitor to this location. No rush to come back.
Food only présentation test disgusting Meat burned with burned black pepper Disgusting disgusting disgusting Food : 1/5
Had a lovely experience at Earls! Delicious drink menu. We had tge chili chicken over jasmine rice (the rice is not listed on the menu just ask your wonderful server) and the new angry lettuce cups. Everything was AMAZING!! highly recommend trying. Always love the decor as well. 5 all around
excellent service, and very friendly waitresses with an excellent personality, they helped us with everything we asked for, I will return to this place!
Food was very good, had the blackened chicken which was meh, but the warm potato salad and coleslaw was absolutely amazing! Service was very good. It was a warm September evening so we sat on the lounge side patio. This was a really bad choice because the smoking area was immediately outside the front doors. First, anyone coming in has to walk through a cloud of smoke. Second, it really detracted from our experience flowing into the patio. Im not anti smoker, this isnt a knock on them, this is a really bad design and should have been fixed a long time ago with a nice smoking area on the side or back of the building. Because of this design, we will never go to the patio again which is really the primary driver for a summer visit. Will be back in winter for that potato salad though for sure!
Great service and love the decor
Unimpressed last night, with the prices going up youd think you would get the same food. Almost 30$ for a chicken Caesar salad and now you only get 4 slices of chicken. I was here a few months ago and got a whole chicken breast. Absolutely ridiculous
Pretty expensive, nothing special, but certainly not terrible food or anything. Servers were nice
Great Ambience and delicious food. I believe our servers name was Adersh. Even though he said he is on training. He did absolutely fantastic with his great service. Visiting back again.
Food was outstanding and our server Journey was very friendly and efficient
Menu hasn t changed in years. And than the get rid of the dipping bread.
Amazing food and hospitality. Great service by Dave , such a wonderful server !
Great place to visit if you are starving for delicious sushi rolls. Great service by Adarsh, he took good care of our table with his multiple follow ups.
I visited Earls with my family this week, Amaazing food! The whole experience from start to finish is great. Hassan is so friendly and kind. He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect item. I was very impressed with the quality of the product I received. Will definitely visit again.
Service was amazing! Atmosphere was very nice. Ive not complaints of food, only a 4 star as I had a salad and theyre nothing adventurous and most places make them all similar.
It takes a long while for your for to be made when you are waiting to deliver a order
Great place for date night
The food was awesome. Our server Adarsh reccomended us the hunan bowl which more than worth the price. He was very kind and humble. Was our first visit to earls, Had a very good impression.
Had a good evening. Food was good, service was not to bad.
I recently dined at Earls Kitchen, and I must say the Experience was nothing short of delightful. The food was incredibly delicious. Our server Dave, was an absolute gem.Her kindness and attention to detail made the evening all the more enjoyable.I can t wait to return to Earls kitchen for another culinary adventure.
Good food great service, I couldnt have asked for better service, the food was good ( eyes bigger than my stomach). My son continues to amaze and surprise me
Food is so delicious and its taste is consistent as always. Our server Adarsh gave great recommendations and was so friendly.
My daughter and I had so much fun yesterday night with our server Adarsh, He made us feel like at home!!! The food was magnifique!!! Thank you Adarsh for the wonderful evening!!!
It a great place to eat and they also have a vodka pink lemonade on tap. The steak was amazing! Rare and juicy just how i Like it.
Terrible, save your money.
Everything was excellent and the surprise we got from the manager was awesome, thank you Earls for the great service food and, overall the most amazing deserts I have ever had, thanks again Earls.
Good food and good service. Beautiful decorations!
Very slow service. The table was sticky.
I went out for dinner with a friend, both of us clearly underage and we were sat in the lounge and offered drinks without any requests for id. The food was amazing but as we left the building we were chased out by a random lady who was not our original server and she accused us of not paying and tried to get me to pay twice. We did originally pay and the transaction went through, she was just mistaken. After we settled the situation, very embarrassed by the girl yelling at us in the middle of the restaurant, we received no apology. Very bad parking, no space anywhere.
We were so exited to try earls for the first time and the food did not disappoint! the decorations were amazing! on the other hand after the dinner was payed for and we where told we where good to go and have a good night. Some random worker (that was not our server) screamed at us lady s! And chased after us accusing us of not paying. then she asked us to pay again even when we said we already did. She looked back and realized it was her mistake. A bit embarrassing and we received no apology.
Always well decorated and with a great all around menu.
We visited Earls first time in grand prairie, had an wonderful experience to what we had expected, all because of the friendly staff/crew at the restaurant and the amazing manager Hasan, such a kind person, he helped us so much during the visit with the family. It was worth the visit and price.
Took a surprisingly long amount of time to be asked for beverage order after quick seating with very few guests in the restaurant. Lots of wait staff walking about, but everyone keeps to their own thing. Might not have good morale if they cant work together to efficiently serve guests. Food was cold and tasteless could have stayed home and enjoyed cold pizza for the outrageous prices No rush to come back.
Went here for lunch got the blackened steak which had good flavour but was over cooked then what was asked for. Got a beer that was on special but was charged full price.. burger was just over $30 and was blah and dry no sauce. Also spend $11 just for a little portion of fries as they don t have a kids meal. Service was good though.
The waiter brought me the wrong dish, he let me keep the first dish and eat it while he placed the correct order for me free of charge. Very impressed. Dietary restrictions: Asked if we had any allergies before placing the order.
Great place and food. Night out for pizza. Tasty! Decorated for Christmas. Parth Patel took excellent care of us. Vegetarian options: Margarita pizza very good.
Had a great time at earls for family Christmas dinner, the service we got from Parth Patel was above and beyond. Thank you.
Successfully delivers the Earls experience. Good place to have brunch or dinner. Recommend the Cajun chicken cheddar sandwich.
Terrible experience, our waitress was new and that was fine. But the manager visibly yelled at her and made her cry. They treat their staff terribly. I got the rib eye and it was a terrible cut of meat, it had barely any marbling and was over 60$, my wife Beth got the blackened chicken and they literally halved the chicken breast when butterflied. Who would pay over 30$ for half a chicken breast. Multiple bounty hunter friends of mine agreed that this place is over priced and they should be taken to jail for these crimes. Dog is not impressed with the overpriced menu and terrible attitude of the managers. The consensus is that this place is way too expensive for the food quality and its more expensive than the keg for less food. Also they have the audacity to charge 128 for the seafood tower, you literally get 6 shrimp and 6 oysters and the driest lobster tail ive ever seen. they grill it instead of poach it in butter. You have ruined my Christmas earls.
When I was there tonight .y sister gave me a Christmas card I was there between 3 and 7 was wondering if it was mabe still there . Everything was excellent thank u
Good food, Good service. This was the best served corporate Christmas party meal we have had in many years! Earls was well equipped to handle a group!
Food is good but pricey. Always seems like we have a waiter or waitress that just started. Place could use a reno. The over-the-top decorations can only mask so much.
