They must use a different brand of hot dog buns, the last few times the bun seems more dry. I like that the condiments are added by the workers and not the community containers. Miss the braised beef poutine.

I've been meaning to write a review here for a while, but I just wanted to say that this is my favorite fast food restaurant and I have 3 favorite workers here. every time I see them they put a smile on my face and they make my day. I always order a large poutine and they always make the food perfect for me. I wish there were more locations in my city. they truly deserve a raise. thank you. - I wanted to add an update, I been going here to get fries for a few months now but just today (Nov 21) I ordered a classic poutine online, and it arrived only for me to find out the ingredients were changed (I think). The gravy tastes horrible now, It tastes like really old cabbage and made me a bit nauseous after. I'll update this next time I get a poutine because maybe this was just a one time issue/coincidence that happened. Update on the gravy issue: second time this has happened (december 3rd), it seems like the gravy isn't replaced a lot so around closing time is when the gravy goes bad. I just got a poutine and I can already smell from the bag that the gravy is old... Disappointed cause I really love going here

New York Fries continues to be the most in demand and busy restaurant within the Prairie Mall, and for good reason. The food here is always amazing and the fries are unlike anything else. And at a very competitive price-point, New York Fries is the perfect place to cheat on your healthy diet. Always come here every time I visit the mall and will continue to do so. Get The Works and the Chilli Dog; perfect combo.
From time to time I like to purchase my food @ New York Fries . The price for food is on the high side but it is always freshly prepared and served warm. Staff is friendly and courteous.

Id leave less than one star if I could. They dont seem to care to check to see that their food items are still safe to sell, I just got a hotdog with a moldy bun and all the staff said was Oh.. Im sorry Im appalled at this.

The workers were so kind as to help us out with the coupons, as myself and my parter are NWT evacuees. I highly reccomend all evacuees take the opportunity to utilize the coupons to help save on costs.
Hey I bought hot dogs from you yesterday, I came home, gave some to my kids and now they re all sick! They re complaining of stomach ache and vomiting. It started from my last two and now my 3rd. I pray my 4th doesn t get sick. But letting you know. I ll be taking them to the hospital. Should things get worse, I m suing your company. Just keep an eye on the food you re serving to the public. It could be food poisoning from what I m seeing.

One of the employees needs to check their attitude. I completely understand if they are swamped, extremely busy. I get that, but it was me and one more person that s it. And the guy had an attitude with me and even shook his head when he turned around. I was extremely nice to him. The other girl was lovely. He didn t even give me extra cheese like I asked and paid for. I love new York fries and some of the staff are great, but have been disappointed lately.
I mean, its New York Fries: fast food hot dogs, fries, and poutine. But, consistently tasty at something approaching a reasonable price.
I ordered fries at 11.15 am and they were definitely from yesterday and they have reheated and given to us . Not happy with experience this time.

We have been passing through Grande Prairie on our way to our destination and had to stop to grab one thing we forgot so we stopped at the mall. Of course kiddos got hungry so we decided to grab something quick to eat there and OMG so glad the kids chose the New York Fries!!! What a spectacular service! We all chose poutine bd I must say it was the right choice. It was DELICIOUS!!! My picky eaters agreed and would say it made their top five list of the best poutine they ever had . 100% try it if you in the area.

Tried to eat there today, staff was absolutely awful, couldnt even take my order properly. Went elsewhere rather than deal with it. They need to be trained.

This location of New York Fries is awesome. I order here occasionally and the quality is always good. One of the items I definitely reccomend is the Butter Chicken Poutine. It is so delicious! The staff is efficient and friendly. My only complaint is that sometimes a batch of fries is kind of dry and overcooked just a bit, making some odd fries that are bitter and meh. That is all really.

They fries are fresh, but they could was the potatoes before cooking them... sick of dirt in my teeth. Also their gravy is not my favourite, but others love it so I guess it is a matter of personal taste. My daughter loves the place.
