Came here tonight for dinner with my husband and the service sucked and the food was horrible, I ordered a steak sandwich which wasn t cooked the way I wanted, the onions and mushrooms wasn t fried, my husband ordered the fish and had gravy on the side - the server spilled the gravy and some got on my husband which we were both pissed and she couldn t even apologize, $75.00 for 2 people such a waste. I won t be coming back here ever again! Hell NO!

The food was great, staff was friendly,the atmosphere was laid back and relaxed, you can play pool or darts if you d like and they do have vlt s.

Not bad food decent service. Was charged for items I did not receive and $2 for a tiny thing of gravy. Come on guys. $58 for a father and daughter to have dinner with no drink or dessert. $2 for gravy was ridiculous. Should of been a bowl a soup of gravy for that.

Recently relocated from Ontario to the Grande Prairie area. Checking out as many local spots as we can to find our favorites and this is gonna be one of them. Paula was wonderful to our 2 year old and helped to calm her down with crayons and pictures to colour. Great service & food. Arnold voice* well be back

Waitress was friendly, service was great, she was always checking to make sure everything is good. Food was amazing, great atmosphere and open mic night was fun with a lot of talented people. Will definitely go again.

We went out for a friends birthday tonight, and let me tell you the customer service is terrible from our server (Terri) - We waited for over an hour for our food, and not once were we asked if we would like refills. She was rude & condescending when we simply asked her a simple question about the beer she was serving us. We had a friend show up, she was there almost an hour and our server didnt come one time to ask if she would like anything. We stayed for a few hours, and when we ran out of drinks or needed our bill, we had to find her. She was too busy flirting with all the men at the bar to worry about her other tables. Honestly, I feel as if we couldve walked out without paying, and she wouldnt have even noticed. Thats how little she paid attention to our table. The only good thing about tonight was the shuffleboard table. This is the worst customer service experience that Ive ever recieved. Ive been here a bunch of times, but Ill be thinking twice before coming here again.

Sat myself and was greeted promptly despite a busy lunch service. Asked about Fish n Chips that was immediately endorsed by my server. Reasonable wait time for the meal. Fish batter was slightly doughy (which i didnt mind), however, did not lack good taste. Fries are obviously fresh cut and not frozen. Coleslaw was exceptionally delicious. I was pleasantly surprised that the meal was accompanied by sufficient appropriate condiments such as tarter sauce and gravy, as I usually have to ask for additional. Noticed that server did not return during the meal to inquire as to my satisfaction, although I had no further requirements or concerns. Very reasonably priced considering quality and quantity of food. Total visit time was about 45 minutes, including my leisurely meal consumption. Will return if my travels provide the opportunity.

Didnt eat but had a great time was immediately greeted by the owner who was fabulous!!! We are from out of town and never felt more at home. Great band and the bar servers were amazing. Highly recommend you visit tractor jacks if your looking to have a great Time!!

We ordered spinach dip, asked for all naan, got all corn chips instead, our server interrupted us when we ordered it not once but TWICE, when we brought it up to michelle she LEANED over the table and shoved her note pad in my friends face. The cheese curds were so rubbery In the poutine, the fish for fish and chips, was DRIPPING in grease, squeeze it and u can make a lemonade with it. The Cinnabon French toast was stale and not to mention, the chips for our dip was also stale. Michelle was kinda rude and not great service, I don t recommend this place, we are unsatisfied. Wouldn t be surprised if we got food poisoning.

Stayed in hotel overnight! After long drive just wanted a burger and a beer! Burger was absolutely delicious and beer on tap was ice cold and fresh tasting. Went back the next day for lunch and had another delicious meal! Service was excellent!

I am from out of town and came to this place the first 2 weeks i was here. The service and food was so good, i am back up for another 2 weeks and i am back again..the staff are so friendly and always have a smile. Nicole and lindsay you guys are awesome. Its very refreshing knowing there is still people out there that give incredible service..thanks guys, see you next time...

Absolutely horrible service, waited over 30mins for the bill, 30mins between rounds of drinks, and were more or less ignored as she chatted with friends. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the food was good and the kitchen deserves the credit.

One of the last true brunch buffets around in Grande Prairie. Great selection of food for brunch, including a delicious lasagna and great desserts. Price for adults is comparable to other places but the price for children, $7.99, cannot be beat. Overflow for patrons on the pub side and the kids love seeing where their parents go to play pool and other games. Give it a try. The staff is fantastic and you wont be disappointed.

The brunch was disappointing for $25. They only do the full spread (prime rib seafood etc.) on special occasions.

Great food staff are so down to earth and amazing

Service was great. Everyone was happy to help one another out. Buffet was hot. Food tasted great! So happy to enjoy meals out! Staff were very kind and had such patience for my kids!

Food was fantastic. We had the combination plate. Lots of food and sauce. Kettle chips where the bomb. We also had their baked potato poutine. O.M.G. delicious the homemade fries and gravy so much cheese CURDS!!! The way it should be. Spring rolls so so good. Alcohol drink went down good. The banana one nice Waitress was young and trying to gets us out fast lol we didnt take it heart. She was young and probably her first job. Very pleasant and polite. We are definitely going back to try different items on the menu.

Enjoyed a delicious supper of Ginger Beef and rice. The beef was tender with a nice crunchy coating .. a tad to sweet but good. Hubby had fish and onion rings. The fish (cod) was amazing with excellent dipping sauce - not an over abundance of batter. Onion rings were perfect. Service was great with a very friendly, cheery waitress. Will definately return.

17$ for 8 soggy wings. Was more or less ignored by staff. Had some live music that was generally ok, but not really a reflection of the bar. Had deep fried pickles too, they were average. For the 35$ I spent on food and 20$ for 2 beer, I could probably have a ribeye steak and a 6 pack at home, with change.

Good food.. When they GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT!! We have ordered food twice from the restaurant on Skip, and both times, the order received has been wrong. Kitchen staff show little appreciation for order details and getting it right.

I had schnitzel and my brother had a hamburger, we were both satisfied with our choices. They have consistenly good food here and the service is good as well. My only complaint is some annoying electonic buzzer that keeps going off. Not sure if it is the phone or an ipad skip the dishes order notification but real annoying because it is fairly constant.

The food was terrific... and even though the weather slightly chilly the patio was a great option to dine out on.

Missing items and poorly cooked meal, tried to call back several times with no answer. So disappointing considering Majors/Tractors has always been a go to favourite.

Was starting to feel a little impatient after my (yummy) appetizer (chicken noodle soup) before my entree came out.. But turns out the wait was needed to make room. Came out plentiful in size, I have a huge appetite and couldnt finish it all. The hot turkey sandwich was incredible, Id recommend that to anyone. My friend had the pierogies and kooby which was also large in portion and delicious. Will be back!

The breakfast buffet was just exceptional.

Last night I we with a few friends. We order the spindip which was extremely garlicky. My friend order the chicken strips and fries. Neither had an flavouring. Then another order the poutine. The fries within the poutine were over cooked and again no flavouring added. The gravy was bland as well. Otherwise our server was great and the drinks were great but definitely won t eat there again.

Sam the Pizza man is king of making pizza! Delicious and piled high with toppings, but cooked to perfection every time. Sam personally delivers his pizza to the table, has a quick conversation with the customers and makes you feel right at home.

Excellent food and customer service. Had the fish and chips and it was super tasty. The tartare sauce was fantastic and portions was good. They have a wide variety of dishes on their menu. Would highly recommend this place.

The pizza here is fantastic. The kids dont agree but they arent buying. The old greek guy (?) who makes the pizza comes out to talk to you while your waiting. Just a super friendly nice older gentleman Cmon...you dont get that anywhere these days. Not genuine like this.Pretty awesome

Definitely the best place in the whole entire city to get poutine its a huge portion theres so much cheese so much flavor its amazing dont even bother with anything else on the menu. But when you get it you have to ask for the regular smaller fries. the bigger fries are good but theyre not awesome like the small fries. Also if you go on Wednesday you can get it half price so a $12 poutine is now $6 talk about awesome!!!

Real burger patties, friendly staff, took a while on skip the dishes and in restaurant so I am going to believe its because they use real ingredients. :p fairly clean although outdated. Family friendly. Moderately priced. Has never been overly busy when I have gone. Resturaunt and lounge seating options available. Karaoke nights available. Dumplings good, burger good, fries good, gravy a little grainy like (too much thickener maybe) and thick but alright flavor. Overall good enough.

The service and the brunch

Was there at the buffet, so much food!! Dont make my mistake and fill up on the breakfast end before you hit the crab legs and prime rib section.

Dont know how anybody could come up with a review without saying absolute perfection! Ive come here 10 times minimum for the last couple years there pasta sauce is the richest ive ever have. I could go on and on about the food here but it would write a book on perfection. ill try to leave it short and sweet the food is the best restaurant ive had EVER had 15 years from across canada. The serving size is enormous, filling coming from a guy that has a huge appetite dont bother buying appys even if your hungry always a bad decision on my part. The price is point is amazing theres a reason ive come 10+ times coming from a hotel way down the rd that has a restaurant its because this place is amazing. Wish they would franchise so i could have it at home. Surly gods gift to the world. Staff is the most important to this operation always make you feel at home 100% family run operation. Period.

If there is one place you havent tried yet, but you want to try: I recommend Tractor Jacks! Sunday brunches have the greatest variety out of everywhere in town. Wings are great! Good variety too. Burgers are one of the best in town (in my opinion.) Staff is friendly, but sometimes the service is a little slow (very hit and miss; thats why they lost a star. But the staff is extremely friendly.)

Not a fan

We have had appys, entrees and burgers here in the past that were delicious, but last night we tried the pizza, it was not good. The crust was like burnt, tasteless cardboard with way to much sauce. The crust was like those precooked ones you can get at the grocery store, on the other hand the service was great.

Got the fish n chips fish was good, but it was more like fish sticks n super burnt fries i find the cooks are too lazy alot of the time to cook like their menu actually describes, service is good but i had to use the mens room a little sooner than if it were McDonalds, im only going to this place for drinks and if a friend pays for my food

The worst service in grande prairie the waitresses have zero Class and are rude took over 45 minutes for a Poutine 30 min for 3 drinks poor poor poor service and there is maybe 30 people! Waitress was the rudest most ignorant person can t even call her a lady she was not a lady in any way!! Pooor service do not recommend!!!!
