I got the build your own honey ham, as I m a genuinely picky eater and the staff was able to make my sandwich exactly how I asked and it tasted amazing. Will definitely be coming back soon

I went from rating Firehouse subs with a great review to now changing the review to much lower. I have came 1-2 times each week for the last 3 weeks. The way service has fell in that short of a time period is unreal and doesn t show high hopes for this location to last. The girls who have been working( same ones usually) need to have some customer service training. Hearing them mock customers than intentionally not letting them know their food is ready is extremely disheartening for a new restaurant. Food is great when done properly and if you get it warm. Service is lacking a few things. Kid-friendliness: Not much for available for seating options, so gets very crowded

We got our food in less than 5 minutes and it was delicious!!!! The staff was very friendly and welcoming!! The place had a great vibe and I definitely will be back!

Walked in and there were 5 staff members yelling welcome , dont really need that but sure we Ordered a large sandwich and a medium for me and my husband sat down and 10 mins later thought our food was ready but there were 3 people that order after us all for the orders and we are still waiting. They were working on another order and again someone else got theirs we sat there for 15 mins and no one was in the restaurant when we came in it was dead, 4 people after us for orders except us, so we got our money back and went else where they said that they didnt get our order, but funny how everyone else after us they could see their orders. Not impressed with their service now at all, we will not be returning

I knew Firehouse way back in Toronto and i was excited when I heard that theyre bringing one to Grande Prairie. And I was there lining up on their opening day with my hubby. Im still amazed at how tender the meats are and their bread is like brioche. Their iconic sauces are tangy and sweet and fiery...you can choose which taste suit you. What more can I say...will always come back to this place. I just wish they have a bigger location.

I dont want to give this place to much praise only cause i dont want it to become to busy but holy!!!!! Best food ive had from any shop in town in years. And price is so reasonable compared to all other sub shops. Cant wait to try them all.

Sensational subs and service

Great quality meat, but no training on how to build a sandwich. They put the wettest ingredients on the bread first so youre left with a soggy mess. Disappointing to say the least

Ordered the Thanksgiving sub a few weeks ago and it tasted like the turkey had been sitting in a fridge for a week already. After 2 bites I threw it out. Today I gave them another chance. I ordered at 1:07. Got my drink and chips was told my sub would be a few minutes. At 1:40 I finally left to eat across the street at Cozy Perogi They called at 1:47 to tell me my sub was ready. When I told them I already ate somewhere else she begged me to give them a chance. I told her this was their second chance already and that I wouldnt be back. She could eat it herself or give it to her staff or a homeless guy. But I wouldnt be back

The way they cut the subs, half of the stuff falls out before you get it out of the container, Subway my goat still. Great staff tho, 10/10 staff.

Only customer in the store, three employees: I politely asked for no onions and I got onions and no lettuce. 16 bucks for a turkey sub with tomatoes. Wont be back.

I m soooo happy that we got Firehouse subs in Grande Prairie. I ve been a fan of their subs forever and they have done an excellent job in the new restaurant. Harpreet is awesome she has been friendly and always gave me great service. Their subs are tasty, their restaurant is clean, love their decor and how fast they prepare the food. Worth every penny, you won t be disappointed with any of their subs. They have way more food than any other sub you can get in town. Kid-friendliness: Super friendly staff , especially Harpreet.

Ordered a sub without mayonnaise to go, the sub came I left, should have checked thatthe sub was correct. I was surprised glad it didn t have mayo, however it didn t have the mustard, onions or cheese that came with the smoked meat. Literally just a pile of meat and a bad pickle in a bun. I sauced and cheesed it up at home. Meat was good, but please have your staff pay more attention when making food, honestly this should apply for all restaurants here in Grande Prairie, just pay attention and put some effort in. I ll return but I ll be sure to check the sub over before leaving next time.

Ordered two subs both wrong cornbeef no cheese or mustard. Italian sub ask for it not to be heated it s heated, took them back in still wrong second time, third time I just ate them terrible

Best place to grab a sub

Went in this evening and wanted a snack. Asked if there was only medium and large subs. Guy behind the counter said they do have kids subs, but they are pretty small. That was perfect for what I needed so I ordered a kids Italian. I didn t want to buy a medium and throw some of it out by not being able to finish it. A second guy came over and looked at the till and said I couldn t order that. It s only for kids. As if it works like a privilege like a senior s discount. Except it isn t. You pay for a little sub and get a little sub. I wonder if this is a company policy. Will have to check at other Firehouse sub shops. Just won t be back to this one. For frame of reference the medium Italian is 930 calories. I just didn t need that much food.

First time trying a Firehouse Subs and it was excellent. I had the Montreal smoked meat (w/o onion) and it was quite filling. The bread was fresh and soft but held together well. The pickle on the side added a nice acidity to the savoury meat. You get a lot of meat on these subs! The staff were friendly and seemed well trained considering the restaurant just opened. I only waited about five minutes to get my food which was surprising since they were busy. I look forward to being able to order on their app which I assume will be enabled in the future. I look forward to trying their other offerings. Best of luck on your new business venture.

We went to Firehouse Subs today and it was awesome!! I have never had such a delicious sub in my life. I got the Italian and my husband got the Veggie. Great service from all including Alishia! I will be going there again soon!!

My husband and I loved this place and will be recommending it to everyone we know. Firehouse Subs have taken everything you ever thought you knew about subs, thrown it out the door, and instead made something so good that it ll make you drool.

Our first time at firehouse subs and it was so good. We got the meat ball sub, Canadian sub and the brisket. It was so delicious we loved it.

The food itself was amazing. The meat was super juicy and tasted good. Customer service was not good, the language barrier made it very difficult to place my order. The Atmosphere was dirty, tables were all dirty. Floor was dirty, other then that it looked pretty cool. Overall 3 Stars
