Went to get dinner tonight and for the third time I experienced the worst customer service from one of the lady who worked there , she was soo rude with a very bad attitude and didn t even care when told that I would make a complain to her manager.

This is a great little fast food place. Awesome flavors especially if you like some spice. The staff are friendly and super helpful. Skip McDonald s, try Osmow s instead.

One of the worst experiences of my life, I was there today, i walk in to the till, i was not welcomed, not even a simple Hi. The lady there was making an order on the unit (about 10 ft away from the counter), and with half of her face towards me she said: what can i get for you? . I was like: I m going to place an order . She said : yes go ahead . I ordered a Sajj shawarma. She said: Veggies? Everything is ok. I said No. Then she turned her face back and kept murmuring with her workmate in different language. She was looking at me up and down while making my order, and then threw everything in the bag and gave me that rude Thank you . I really like the food there, but the customer service is ZERO!!

The staff were friendly and chatted with us. The beef shawarma on rice with Greek salad was delicious. The chicken shawarma poutine was gobbled up by my kids.

Really bad experience customer service. Store environment was not good no music. she ask me to wait for 5 minutes when I enter the store. I was surprised because there was no customer present. Staff was really rude. I requested to give Philly sauce instead of garlic and tahini she was charging extra for that. It should have been free. Instead she started arguing me with me telling it s only $1 extra. She even didn t care to stop me when I ask to cancel the order! Worst staff I ve seen in Osmows till now.

Best customer service, the girl with specs always knows my order before hand and makes it ready petty quick. Definitely worth trying :)

My friend and I decided to try a couple chicken shawarma wraps from here and they were AMAZING. The flavor from the chicken was explosive, the ladies were so helpful on helping up pick spice level, sauce choice and wrap choice! The ladies serving us put the term service with a smile to shame. They had the biggest smiles on their faces and were so charismatic they make me wanna come back here every time I m in GP! They also gave us a baklava and it was sweet and delicious as expected! 10/10 food and service. I ll be back !

Excellent service and good food! Was helped to decide spice level for my chicken shawarma and it was perfectly spicy. The flavor was spot on and the regular size was more than enough food for one. If you re debating going to Opa or here go here if you want tasty food and fast, friendly service!

Shawarma poutine and chicken on the rocks

I have liked Osmows in the past in particular the falafel. Yesterday, I went for lunch and got the box special with a side order of 5 falafel. I paid a dollar extra for the greek salad asking for no onions nor I believe olives. When I opened the box there were 2 pieces of tomato. I went up and asked for a bit more tomato. The response was you only get 2 pieces. Reluctantly, they said this time only, I could get 2 more pieces of tomato. This time, the falafel were thinner and harder with no sprinkling of Sumac. I suppose because now you open your own packet of garlic sauce to top. I started on the falafel and with last 2 went to counter and asked if I could get from squeeze bottle a bit more garlic. Response, That will be extra charge. I felt like I was being nickeled and dimed after paying almost $20 plus the tip. That was my last visit to Osmows.

Osmow s used to be arguably the best place in GP to get food. The quality was very high and service was always amazing, it s somewhere I used to be excited to go for lunch/dinner. Lately though service is hit or miss and the food isn t prepared with the same level of care as when they opened. The last few times I ve gone I have had an issue that put me off of finishing my meal. For example, the Saj wrap I ordered had the root and skin fragments of an underprepared onion inside which was very disappointing and threw off the whole experience. At times the meat is overcooked and way too dry. Hoping they return to the level of quality they once had!

Quality has gone downhill significantly

Food quality is poor. The meat came super dry and overcooked. Rice is undercooked. The food is nothing near mideterrean cusine. Service courtesy is nonexistent. Cashier has no time to discuss options. At one point the Cashier was carrying cleaning soapy water and wipes. Had to put that on the table on front of me to take the order. Bad food, bad customer service, bad experience.

I enjoy getting food here. I have always had good food and good service. Today however when I went the service was great as usual a little slow to take the order but they had a few orders on the go so no big deal, I ordered food and took it home. Once home though we sat to eat only to find the lamb was overcooked to the point it was basically burnt. Not happy with this trip this time around. Hope if we go in the future it will be better and will definitely be double checking it before leaving.

DO NOT GO HERE, GO NEXT DOOR TO EDO OR THE BURRITO PLACE January 20@4:40pm Went in and asked for beef on rice, they gave me chicken on fries. I said I asked for rice. They said beef? I said no, I asked for chicken on RICE. They said this is what you get, I said can I have this with rice like I had asked for, she said beef? Ok, this isnt going anywhere.... And I left. It was $40 bucks for a salad with dry chicken on it and something I did not order with a pop. Not worth your time to go here. The chicken had been cooked earlier in the day and was sitting out for god knows how long which is why it was dry. Dont waste your time going here when there are fresh options next door at edo. For the price this was certainly not worth it. Had it been freshly cooked and I got what I ordered Id say it was fine but it wasnt, its not and its not worth your time or money to go here either.

A good place for a filling meal. The unique spices and sauces that Osmows uses give food a completely different taste versus most fast food in GP. Try this when you want something a little different and maybe just a little spicier.

The only shawarma joint in GP gets love they dont leave

Food is very good. The Falafels were some of the best Ive had; crispy outside, creamy inside. Note the spice levels! Overall its very hot. For first-timers, try a spice level one or two below what you normally order. For example, if you like hot, then try the Medium or Lite the first time.

Dietary restrictions: We have Avery bad customer service I never seen that before sorry about that

I will most likely never eat here again. The Shawarma black flavor, the garlic sauce tasted by clean mayo and the meat was very fatty. I ve eaten shawarma in many different places and I have to say this is by far the worst Shawarma platter I ve ever had. In Grand Prairie you re limited to choices but I would hands-down recommend Titos way more than this place.

We didnt even get a chance to order, because we stood in the store for several minutes while the employees sat in the back room on their phones. This was our date night, but were taking our business and money somewhere else.

First time trying falafel

Meat quality is very hit and miss, always seems to be bits of cartilage in the chicken but the beef is good. Dont recommend bringing kids though cause while we were eating there, they were playing r rated music that was definitely not censored, including the n bomb.

I ate the chicken shwarma plate with the house salad. It was fresh, healthy and most importantly delicious! Restaurant was also very clean and the girls working were friendly enough to help me order the right amount of hot sauce! Oh and make sure to order the dessert thing they sell as its also really good.

I went osmow s yesterday with my friends in the evening. I tried ths philly chicken wrap combo with their osmow s guava juice, the taste was so good, staff way friendly and customer service was on the top of everything I really like the was they were representing and interacting with all their customer with their warm smiles even it was busy. Overall, i would like to recommend to go to osmow.

This place has fantastic chicken Shawarma. I always get rice put in my chicken shawarma with extra garlic sauce. Usually it is fantastic last time. I went service was okay closer to close. The lady was frustrated with the person who ordered before me. Which in turn made her very unpleasant. Andidnt put what I wanted in the rap. Other knot rest place is a go 24 me at least three times a week when im in grand prairie

I have 2 all time favorite restaurants here, Osmows is one of them! I get the large chicken on the rocks every time, always with extra garlic sauce. That sauce is absolutely AMAZING, I love my dish drowinging in it hahaha. I also really enjoy their drinks such as: -Guava - mango - carrot and mango Scrumptious My boyfriend gets the wrap and absolutely loves it every time! If you have always wanted to try shwarma or just really like chicken and rice I recommend this place all the time.

It smells excellent and the food is really good. If you like spicy food you also have some options to really push it. Atmosphere only gets a 4 since it was so quiet but maybe thats a good thing? The service is truly great. Friendly staff that really now their stuff. 5 star service!

Super greasy, hardly any spices. You can taste a flick of what you should, and theres so much grease it literally ruined one of my shirts. I see people say its authentic then youve never had real shawarama because osmows, saij and titos are below the bar. I was hoping osmows would at least be better than saij which was flavorless and too chewy.

Absolutely delicious.

Delicious! Very fresh and tasty shawarma wrap. I had lamb, but there were plenty of choices. I would ask for a little more vegetable next time but the taste and flavours were fantastic. One tiny criticism, the sauce is too thin so it tends to run down the bottom of your wrap. I asked for spicy so the last few bites were a near-deadly surprise Highly recommend.

Food is good but the last 2 times I have came in theres nobody in line and they have me waiting for 5 minutes for some random reason. Not a single person in the restaurant. Thats pretty brutal in my opinion . This will be the last time I come here. 25 minutes for a wrap when nobody is here

Too spicy to eat (and we can handle spice and sumac) but yet beyond the sauce, theres no flavour. Rice was like minute rice, chicken shawarma was not good quality meat, not worth what we paid for it at all. $56 with tip for three people. Disappointed and wont be back for a second time.

My new favorite!! I have waited way to long to try this place and rarely write reviews for franchise food joints but this place deserves all the praise. The chicken Shawarma Poutine is absolutely dripping with flavors, chicken super tender, and fries crispy. Also tried the beef shawarma and rice and the combination of sauces makes any dish from this place epic. Havent tried any of the wraps yet but they look deadly. Word of caution, when choosing your spice level. Medium is hotter than you think. Go with mild or little if you dont like spicey. Also dont pass up the baklava!

Very nicely surprised by this Mediterranean cuisine restaurant. You can eat different food than the usual fast food and it was really delicious. I got Tuesdays special Phyllis chicken and it came with rice, chicken vegetables (tomatoes, pepper, onion, salad, zucchini). You get olive oil and the sauce was wonderful. Will definitely come again for trying a lamb shawarma next time!

I went in wanting a beef shawarma. However, they do not fresh cut their roasted beef and pre mix it with tomatoes and onions. I dont like tomatoes and dont want warmer tray beef. So I had to settle for a chicken shawarma. Ive had better. The garlic sauce wasnt very garlicy.

HAD TO PUMP THE BREAKS ON THIS BUSINESS... I HAVE ORDERED TWICE MORE FROM THEM SINCE AND AM SORRY TO REPORT A SERIOUS DECLINE IN THE QUALITY OF THEIR FOOD. So very disappointed if I owned that business I would be very worried chewy cold greasy meat next to no parsley HUGE chunks of white onion OLD white onion falafel was dried out to the point of ? Saw dust, what a shame the flavour is there just not the quality old hard dried out wrap more like a tortilla chip but tasteless sad really. I DID have one wonderful lamb wrap there about a month ago what a difference a month makes... I GAVE IT 2 MORE TRYS AND WONT BE BACK This is rare....I can t remember the last restaurant I actually gave a positive review to and I m NOT that happy to please. I had the lamb shawarma I ate EVERY BITE the lamb was a little chewy but the flavour more than made up for it. The tomatoes were FRESH not soggy n pulpy like every other restaurant in GP, THE ONIONS WERE FRESH and not great big mucky pieces either. I ve been in GP for over 2 yrs now and had given up COMPLETELY on eating out. The service was great, informative, polite and genuine. I WILL be back and I will tell everyone I know about this place. Good job and thank gawd you are here in GP.
