Food great, I work there and my personal experience is pretty good. Great staff for the most part and the people are pretty chill, great environment for a kitchen job, but my field doesn’t get many shifts, great atmosphere but not the greatest for a full time job if you are a busser. Other than that would definitely recommend this place for a venue
We recently held an event at the Caruso club. It was excellent service and everything unfolded as we had requested. John and Marty were very helpful and made our event a success. I highly recommend this venue and there is lots of parking.
Had my wedding there and I was extremely impressed on the delicious food the very warm and friendly staff..they made our evening that more special ..thank you for making our night into a beautiful memory
I got married here this past weekend and I have nothing but great things to say. I highly recommend the Caruso Club as a venue. John is so easygoing and friendly. The food was amazing. The staff were all so kind and helpful. Our bartender was a great person and everyone loved her. She even joined in on our conga line and held up the train of my wedding dress! Finally, the venue was much more affordable compared to other venues we looked at, too. Highly recommend!

Great place for large gatherings. The upper hall can hold up to 500 people with a stage. The lower hall has lower ceiling and probably can hold another 300+. The cater food as well here. Pretty good quality. The staff is excellent and professional. The parking is not sufficient if there is a large attendance.
If you're planning a big wedding with lots of guests I think this place is ideal. Lots of room for tables and dance floor, you can really get creative with decoration plus the food is really good. If you want some bridal party pics or family you need to think of a second location because this place I think it works really well with reception/ceremony.
That Italian food Festival was a great experience. I love Italian food and Caruso satisfies my taste. The food served is enough for me to feel so full.

A fun place to have a buffet supper on a Friday or Saturday night. It feels cozy and there are interesting vintage photos of the Italian community in Sudbury.
Great Project X wrestling show
We were a group of 10 and we were disappointed. The room looks like a cafeteria, not at all as pictured on their site and their food was acceptable. Service was ok.

Buffet lunch was great...assorted salads, tortellini soup with parmesan...fresh buns, chicken was delicious.plus risotto, different desserts and coffee included all at a reasonable price...on of sudburys least known secret Italian treasures

Jacked up food prices about 67% recently, claiming rising costs. Wish I could get a 67% raise to keep up with them. Makes the gouging grocery stores look charitable!
You cant beat Italian food. Excellent and the portions when you take out are huge. Definitely, you get 2 meals.

Over priced, mediocre food and TERRIBLY rude service
Dependable flavours. Tastes the same now as it did decades ago. Tastes like home. Best buns around. Pasta is very plain, which is easy on the tummy but a little bland. Chicken is excellent when not overcooked. I find their kitchen is often not taking orders when their hours suggest they should be, which is very disappointing. I think if they didnt have such a well known name in a small town with few options they wouldnt do nearly as well.

Always a good time with great service from bar staff. Bathrooms are clean. Parking gets tight...but that is more of a Sudburians dont carpool much.

For the second time in a year, we were extremely disappointed in the house wine served with the dinner. Absolutely the worst red wine weve ever tasted. The main course lacked flavour; the chicken Parmesan had tomato sauce but very little seasoning. The pork and the chicken on a stick were dry and also lacked seasoning (and therefor lacked all flavour). For the chicken on a stick, adding spices to the dough would help. For the pork, an accompanying BBQ sauce is recommended. The venue is nice, with good audio and slide projection equipment and the staff were friendly and efficient.
The venue is good but, if youve eaten there once or twenty times the food doesnt change. The food is good but, I feel they need to change up the food menu.
Great food. Good prices. Always a great go to for Italian food. Great take out and catering. Always buy their meat sauce and tomato sauce for home.

Jello.and sliced meat dont go on the same.platter. lol. Lasagna noodles.and tomato sauce is not a.lasagna. if you ask politely about the ribs if beef or pork you get yelled at. Even pizza at the end was like wheres Waldo with the cheese. I thought Italian places.loved cheese. This place is like lactose intolerance.

What a GREAT EXPERIENCE working with Irene in the downstairs venue . She went above and beyond to help us hold a 90 th birthday party . Made Great suggestions on the seating and table arrangements . The servers were courteous and professional . It went off without a hitch . Thank you so much . Highly recommended for any function !!!

Went to an event here two weeks ago. The bathrooms were unclean and most stalls had no toilet paper. Would not suggest if you have to use bathrooms lol

It had been many years since I had a meal there. It will be many years before I go back again. Salad was terrible. No flavor. Chicken was extremely dry. Everything was just luke warn. Very sad this used to be your go to place for good food.

Bland. I feel this is the most appropriate word to describe the food at the Caruso. We had salad, chicken, pasta, and a bun. The chicken was flavourless and dry. If the chicken had been good, the pasta with plain tomato sauce would have been fine (considering there was grated parm). The salad was boring, I think it was only oil on it, maybe with a little salt. The bun with butter was the best part. Ive eaten at the Caruso a number of times over the years, Ive never enjoyed the food. And after this many years making food, I dont understand how they keep missing the mark. The 2nd star is for the serving staff, they were nice.
