Amazing food for a reasonable price, not like some other places (ex subs) that cost waaayyy too much for a sub sandwich - ridiculous. Mucho Burrito was fantastic. Ordered through Uber, and they stole my order the first time. Uber refused to do anything. Instead the manager Tyler went above and beyond compensating. Definitely worth it!!

Tyler and the staff are incredible. Call in, order, and everything is made fresh and exactly as requested. I dont believe there is another place in Sudbury, quite as efficient, consistent and over the top. 100/10 rating.

Went there to grab lunch, the person behind the counter was very rude and impatient, they put the wrong toppings on a burrito before even asking what I wanted so they had to remove them, and later on when I ate it, the rice in the burrito was almost crunchy because of how undercooked it was and it had a bunch of toppings leftover from when they put the wrong ones on, and the price isn t even much better than the competition, overall bad experience, will not be returning

Stopped for a quick bite while returning home. Great place to stop by for a quick bite, food was good though I took one star away for not being as flavourful and the white rice was slightly undercooked and not seasoned enough. Overall recommend to stop to grab a bite.

Awesome and fresh!

Had catering from mucho for our wedding rehearsal. The staff for ordering and delivery was super friendly and helpful. They helped with set-up. The food was outstanding and everyone complimented it and asked where it was from to try later! It met everyones dietary requirements, and there was food left over that we could keep for hangover food. On top of that, my husband and I just love going to mucho for lunch/dinner. Its wonderful food, and would definitely recommend for catering or just when you dont feel like cooking!

Last week I ordered 2 burritos from somewhere else in sudbury I wont mention and the burritos were tiny. This week I ordered from Mucho Burrito and I was afraid a regular burrito would be small like the other place so I ordered two mucho sized burritos. These burritos were huge!! You werent kidding about mucho! And stuffed! Wow! I am shocked and a little worried about my son and I eating all this food but challenge accepted. Made quickly and delivered within 15 ish minutes and Tasty too, couldnt be more pleased. We will have to get our burritos here from now on.

Home of the Ghost pepper burrito. Food is always awesome here. Fast service. Never any issues. Vegetarian options: Tons of veggies to choose from, rice, and lentils. Parking: Large open lot, room for 17 cars. Easy to get into off Lasalle. Wheelchair accessibility: Sloped curb right to the door. easy to get in.

The people who make your burrito are super patient, and the portions are generous. Great atmosphere with plenty of seating. Their ghost pepper burrito was delicous. 5/5 would go again

Great tasting food, fast service

The service is great in person however I ve ordered through Skip the Dishes and my order was not good (more than half my rice bowl was pickled onions and very little other toppings). I sent an email to their head office and was told the local owner would contact me - I have yet to hear a thing. I sent my original email on April 3 and the head office contacted me April 18. That is extremely poor customer service! This review is from 2020 - I corrected spelling in my original post and it s moved it up.

My 6 year old wanted to try Mexican food. We were not sure what to expect. But our experience was amazing. Staff was very friendly and so very helpful. Our food tasted amazing and restaurant very clean and was inexpensive. Much Burrito you did not disappoint and we will definitely be back.

Food is great but make sure to check the bag as they screw up like 80% of the time for smaller things like drinks, queso, salsa, etc. You get home and they are missing.

Nothing better than a perfect healthy burrito bowl

I eat here all the time and the staff are friendly. Its one of my favourite places, however I have been noticing lately that the portion sizes have been less or inconsistent. For example, I always get a chicken bowl and sometimes they only put in a few pieces of vegetables and half a scoop of chicken, other times I get the full scoop. I have also been noticing that the food is cold, even when I eat it right away. I wish they would come up with a measuring system that was more consistent. I get upset when I am paying so much for half a bowl of food! Ill still eat there as I love the taste, but definitely might start trying to make it at home if Im going to be shorted.

i had the ghost pepper burrito and i want mucho burrito to be proud of their sauce and ill tell you why theyre sauce is amongst only a small percentage of companies hot sauces that have been able to capture both flavor and heat, the majority of extremely hot sauces made by companies rarely focus on the flavor of hot sauces and only make it hot, which makes the taste horrible, so if your a person who wants to try extremely hot sauce but still want it to have flavor and good taste i recommened this burrito for you 10/10.

I ordered via Skip today. The chips tasted bitter and greasy. However, the chorizo burrito was good. Edit: Gave the restaurant another chance today and everything was back to perfect again! :)

One of the best fast food locations in New Sudbury! Food tastes great, you can grab a beer with your burrito and the staff makes some pretty good recommendations if you ask. One of my go-tos if Im near the mall.

The staff is courteous and attentive, but I must say that the food, though healthy and visually appealing, was on the bland side. We were in a group of 4 people, we all had different meals, and we all were left with an unsatisfied feeling after finishing our food. It just seemed to lack the layers of smokiness and spiciness of flavours that most people are accustomed to with Mexican food. I gave it 4 stars but it more accurately should have been 3.5 stars. If youre looking for really healthy food at a medium price point this is a good choice, but not if you expect to experience the punchy flavours of Tex-Mex

Worst food we ve ever had. The lady in front don t even know how to talk to customer neither does she make the food good. Very bad customer service also very bad food. Chicken was so bitter. Will never return.

Just found Mucho burrito a couple of months back and I have been eating it like crazy since!! The food is wonderful and the amount that you get for the cost listed is remarkable! Friendly and kind staff and very clean and put together establishment. I will be returning to eat there again!

Staff members behind the counter are always friendly and greet you. They appreciate your business and the quality is always top notch. I ve visited this location numerous times. However, I have to point out the lack of air conditioning. It s not only hot in the sitting area, but I m sure the staff isn t all happy with working in such hot temperatures. I brought a thermostat and it registered above 80F. Hope they fix this for staff and customers.

The chicken was very dry, the rice was incredibly overcooked and by the time I got home the burrito was mush from all the moisture in the toppings. I live 10 minutes away from the store and took it to go.

The best burrito place in town, we go as often as we can to get some amazing chicken burritos. Love the fast service, the options and all the different add ins. The sauces though!!! If you like trying different combinations, you should try the pineapple habanero or any of the cremas. Reasonably priced for quality food.

Went today june 22 around 1:30 and wow the goirl that work ed there was brutal just throwing all the food in the bowl and the way she was putting the burrito and taco together was so brutal she obviously hates her job and to top in off took her mask off half way into making my order and saying she hates the mask so man did this ruined it for us and first time there.

I will say that my first experience with Mucho Burrito is mixed... I enjoyed the Veggie bowl with Beyond Beef and Guacamole, though I should have skipped the Beyond Beef option to make it more cost comparative to others I have had. It cost me $15.20 for lunch, no drink. A bit over the accepted $11. Like I said, I enjoyed the food. It was fresh, well stocked, and ready to go. 5 star for food 5 star for service 4 star for price (again, I chose an option I didnt need)

Great food and big portions. (Beware the food coma if you eat mucho size) also the churros are freashly made to order and freakin delicious. To compare mucho to taco bell is like comparing a gtx 3080 to a gt 710.

Burritos are gigantic. Portions are great. The regular size burrito is huge on its own. Probably width of your forearm. Tons of toppings to select from and sauces. The bowls weigh a ton as well. This place is way better than Quesada. Only complaint would be that they could have toasted the burrito a bit longer. It was a huge burrito. Needs more time to warm thoroughly.

Ordered a pork burrito online for pickup the burrito was filled with nasty rindy chunks of pork fat. Worst burrito I have ever had. My suggestion is if you are contemplating takeout from mucho burrito on lasalle that you go in and order. When you order online your not sure what your going to get I for one no longer eat there.

I discovered this place only this summer and I love it. I really appreciate that I can see my food being prepared. The staff are very helpful, enthusiastic, and very pleasant. This place provides excellent value with regards to cost. Parking is free, the restaurant is clean, and the menu has good, healthy food. Its not upscale. Its definitely low cost, but great for take home. I will be returning as often as I can because this place is now on my short list.
