Quesada Burritos & Tacos in Greater Sudbury

I wish I could give zero star to this restaurant. Extremely bad service and food is stale, no proper portioning of food, a total waste of money.

My first time ordering from here. Wasnt that great.. the rice tasted like dirt and there was a lot. All the toppings were at the bottom of the burrito.

Rice was old and tasted like mold. We barely ate any of our burritos. The older gentleman working said what? It s good! As he ate a handful. He claimed it was Oregano LIES! When my husband disagreed (because we re adults who can cook and know what oregano tastes like) he continued to argue and made no offer to refund our money. My husband didn t even bother asking for one either. We rarely send food back or complain but this? It was disgusting! This place will never get any money from us ever again.

CYBER FRAUD BEWARE !!!! We placed an order on August 6th online. We received our receipt via email. We drove 15 min to the restaurant. Went in to find out there was no record at the store of our order. We showed them then receipt and the money leaving the account. They instructed us to contact quesada via email. There is no phone number to the head office. We had to reorder our order and pay in store. Once home we filled in the form. We received a confirmation email from quesada, that same evening August 6th. Still no one has contacted us.Today is the 13th of August. Still no refund. Hours of time wasted searching for a contact name or number. We have been ignored by the store, they claim there is no phone number to speak with anyone. We have resulted in making others VERY AWARE

Very little care taken into building their burritos. Rice is hard and they put too much of it, likely to save money. One of the most disappointing burritos I ve ever had.

Excellent quality burritos! Very impressed with how good the food was, and how courteous the staff are. Portions are huge and very affordable. One of the best in town for sure!

went there with my kids, and the portion of the burrito was really good. my son usually eats everything and he couldnt finish the regular sized burrito today. food was fresh and tasty. will definitely return for another round.

Sudbury location just opened and the food was excellent for a fast food chain on its opening day. Place was obviously spotless and the staff had some first day jitters but got the job done. Well done guys and girls!

Great burritos! Staff can be skimpy with toppings tho, like refried beans, rice etc, so dont be afraid to ask for a little more.

Service is efficient and food was good. For $12 I got a large burrito bowl that had everything on it and was very filling. If your looking to grab a quick bite and thinking Mexican then consider Quesada.

Good food good service

The people who work there are so nice! I have been there on multiple occasions with friends as well as order on skip the dishes and have never had any problems. Is cheaper than pita pit with higher quality food with options of something for everyone. Im not a salsa fan but their medium and mild salsa are probably the only salsa Ive ever been able to actually enjoy. If you order the chips and salsa, the chips come out warm which is a nice touch and they always toast your bread after filling your burrito to the brim. Ps. They also have churros!

Pork taccos were terrible. While I was eating, i kept thinking about how i would have rather spent my money on taco bell. Go to mucho burrito, or Taco Sol instead.

Terrible service. Terrible burrito. Quite a disappointment. The owner & worker were both unpleasant. At one point the owner mumbled something under his breath to his worker, which caused her laugh, and was clearly at my expense. So, G-F yourself, jerk. Also, the burrito was cold, dry, and just plain bland. An absolute waste of time and money.

Disgusting. The service was non existent and the beans (thats what they called them) were dried out off colour and when I asked the person working what she thought she agreed they were disgusting.

so i stopped their on my way home after a long day, as ive been there once before and it was good, this time i was almost done my burrito when i go to take a bite and boom bit right down on a rock maybe 3-5mm in size so i spit it back out and went to the counter asking for my money back and he proceeded to tell me he couldnt reimburse me because i had used debit and he doesnt know how to reimburse on debit he then said he would make me a new burrito but after the painful bite i had taken i declined!! wouldnt recommend it to anyone after this!!

Little hidden gem in Sudbury love this place. The food was great and the toppings are a little bit different then you would expect. I got the steak burrito with rice and mild sauce. Its very similar to pita pit but with burritos and tacos. I Definetly recommend trying this place if you are in the area.

Ordered a chicken quesadilla, so soggy i cant even pick it up, almost no cheese to stick the laters together, and i just bit into a huge bone piece! Waste of good money.

I like the food here. Its quite tasty and healthier than a burger place. I had a chicken burrito with grains, corn, burrito sauce, jalapeno chips, and roasted cauliflower. Very good and the regular size was very filling. I shall definitely go back. The service was pleasant and courteous.

After going to Barrburitto in Toronto a few times, I wanted to try a local option in Sudbury. I have to say, I was not impressed. The service was slow. The food didnt taste that great. Above all though is the price. Very expensive for the small portions you get.

I really like it and the price is not bad. My only issue with that place is that I like tomatoes with my buritoes but I do not like onions, so I wish they wouldnt combine the tomatoes and onions together in the same container. Other than that, good place for a quick bite.

Food is great. Dont deal with the grumpy old man if u can help it. All the other staff are wonderful.

The food is great and the portions are sizeable. Its going to cost you more than a trip to taco bell but the food is definitely worth the price. Personally, after eating here I wont go back to Taco Bell.

This place is delicious the only downfall is that the menu doesnt have a big selection other then types of meat or vegetables but it is always one of my favourites! I am always excited when someone brings up tacos from Quesada!

Dont deserve any star, I drove from south end to Quesada and guy was either over tired or not in mood to service. Made garbage burrito with cold rice and beans. Wasted my money, mood and time.

I ordered a Bigass burrito and they cheaped out on the portions. I usually get 2 heaping scoops of rice and pork, today I received a little over a scoop of each, not too impressed. I really enjoy the food here so I dont want this experience to stop me from coming in the future.

I was out getting my hair cut at a place nearby, and realized after this trim that I was quite famished. I wanted a burrito desperately upon seeing their signage, and they had them. So I ordered one. It was crafted in large format, with plain chicken. A glimmer of potential caught my eye as the worker composed the initial strokes of this meal. It was ultimately quashed by the stingy application of sufficient guacamole, sour cream, and salsa. In addition to this affront, the burrito was rolled in such a way as to preclude the possibility of equal placement of quac /sour cream to chicken and rice. In essence, half of this burrito is decent: you get a good bite of the meat/rice with condiments; the other half suffers from being overly dry, without guac / sour cream / salsa to mitigate this dryness. If they were to apply the condiments fairly and fully, this place could be better. As it now stands (at least in regards to burritos--Ive yet to sample the quesadillas and tacos) its merely average. The staff is efficient and stingy, and roll the burritos to the company tune of misery. Its clean and well appointed in an Ikeaesque parody of an eating environment that seems to work well.

Excellent, fast, tex-mex cuisine. The staff is quick and courteous. The tables are clean, as is the restroom. The food is well prepared and the portions are more than generous. This is a wonderful alternative to your regular sandwich shop.

Great place, like subway but with tacos, burritos, and quesadillas. Everything looks and tastes fairly fresh. Price is similar to other fast food chains.
