Typically I don’t do reviews but I’ve given this location many chances and every time I’m beyond disappointed with the food. The service is great, the staff is friendly however every single time I order here, the food is either very very undercooked and doughy, or beyond dry where I feel like I’m just eating the box. I find myself going to another town instead because they’re doing it correctly. I even tried the breadsticks this time and they tasted like they’ve been sitting for hours.
Besides the fact that they take forever to make pizza and never ever have any hot and ready pizzas they tried to charge me $2 for extra pizza sauce. I understand extra charges for toppings like cheese and whatnot but sauce come on now. Literally every pizza place does extra pizza sauce for free. I know they do too cause I get pizza here at least once a week for my kids and you can order pizza online through their website and there is an option for extra sauce that doesn’t cost anymore money. They just tried to rip me off thinking I would pay without thinking about it. Probably trying to pocket the extra money. Wonder how many people they rip off daily and pocket the extra money. Will not return to this location. It has gone way downhill since they hired all new staff. I attached a pic of their online ordering showing that extra sauce does not cost anything. Shame on them for trying to rip me off. I hope the owner reads this and takes action. This kind of practice can and will kill a business.

I stopped by to order breadsticks and macbites they said it would be 15-20 minutes When I went back 20 minutes later to pick the up,I ended up waiting for an hour along with a few other customers that weren’t happy.
Got there 8 minutes to close, was met with “we don’t have anything ready, goodbye” and wouldn’t make a Italian cheese bread which they could have made in that time lol.
Very friendly staff. They pizza was fresh and absolutely delicious, it was a Hot 'n Ready Canadian with breadsticks, also nice and fresh. Last minute supper for my son and myself as we were running late for a meeting. 2 yumms up😎
This is a wonderful establishment with wonderful employees who care about all the customers. Great customer service as well I recommend the bread sticks!
The pizza was over cooked.
If youre planning takeout, expect to wait. Ive never had it be ready in the anticipated timeframe.
Ordered from Uber eats Little Caesars confirmed order and started preparing at 4:45. Delivery driver got there and at 5:26 they have any even started my order received my order at 5:55 was missing a pizza. Uber eats driver did say that he questioned them saying that theyre supposed to be four pizzas and Little Caesars said no theres three. I really couldnt do anything I had to go through Uber eats which I was credited $8.80 that doesnt even cover the cost of the pizza. This wasnt Uber eats fault as the guy was fantastic and tried to help me out a lot.
The prices are to expensive for what you get.
Worst location.. after 4pm the store is ran by kids... they forget to put the items in the portal.. and they lack toppings..last pizza was bbq meat overload and there was barely any toppings... not the first time I have had issues with this location... stay away!!!!!!!!
NOT hot and ready
Some people in these reviews have no idea of how food service establishments operate & it really shows. Ever since this location had opened, Ive almost nothing to say but wonderful things about the taste, service, etc. Yes, Ive had butter & parmesan missing once or twice on my Stuffed Crust but this is as far as it went really. Youall want Hot & Ready 24/7 but Im willing to bet my annual salary that the first day they provide you with that, a bunch of them will end up in the garbage bin after they close. This place seems to be working for quality, not quantity (comparing to the Lasalle location) & thats commendable by my standards anyway. Humble yourselves & youll have a good time!

served with a smile. placed the order in-store, and the staff brought it out to my vehicle. a bit disappointed not to get a poster with my Batman pizzas, as I know many people have gotten a poster with their order. stop crazy bread was great, and overall a great experience.

On July 4, 2022 I walked in to make an order of Stuffed Crust Pepperoni with garlic sauce base instead of tomato. Hazel T. took my order. Then, Hazel T. delivered my order out to the car in about 15 min. The pizza was absolutely delicious with added parmesan cheese around the edges! Loyal customer here!
Best tasting pizza ever! However, I m a bit ticked off with the service I received tonight. I called in for 2 orders of stuffed crazy bread, and they denied my order because it was 12 minutes until closing time! It only takes 10 minutes to cook them! I was seriously disappointed :( A lot of this is contributed to kids and their poor work ethic . But still, upsetting to say the least.
I would leave half a star if I could, tried to order some crazy bread, 40 minutes to close, for my pregnant wife, because she has cravings. They had turned the online ordering off because they were closing soon, then proceeded to charge me more because I needed a coupon for that deal, and being rude saying I better come soon because they were closing. Constant rudeness the whole conversation would never recommend.
2nd time in and nothing in the Hot N Ready ovens...food is good but of tpur claim is hot and ready there should be something in those ovens
They are always quick and prompt with our orders. We love their food and the online ordering is very easy.

A few weeks ago we ordered 2 slices & stix pizzas and some wings. We have ordered this in the past and it was great. This time the pizzas were extremely dry, hard (very tough) to eat. We ended up throwing most of it out. I called the next day nd told oh well sorry it happens and they let me go. I sent a few emails into Little Caesars through their email. I have never even got a response from them. I guess my business isnt that important to them. We will need to think long and hard before returning to them. AT LEAST YOU SJOULD TAKE THE TIME TO RESPOND TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.
Quick service and friendly staff will bring your order out to the vehicle and they now make large size pizzas to order!

Suppose to be hot and ready and its wait for pizza all the time... Do a online orders say it would be ready in 25 minutes 45 minutes later still waiting... Dont need your hot and ready ... Ill order from cousin Vinnies ... Better pizza and made faster
Great Little Caesars Pizza with touchless pickup. The pizza is not swimming in sauce, its just right and you feel good after having a half a medium ;)
