East Side Mario's in Greater Sudbury

Today after 7 hours of shopping and 14 stores to shop we decided to go to our favorite place to eat in Sudbury. East Side Marios we gather there a lot, special ocassions and girls night out. Today was a fantastic 5 STAR supper. We had Avery H as our server and she was so bubbly and polite and on the ball. Great to have when doing Christmas shopping. We had a drink to celebrate being done our shopping and had an amazing meal. Garden salad always, just love the dressing they make. We had the L Fett L Alfredo, Chicken Parm, with Lasagna. It is a great way to relax and start the Christmas session :) Merry Christmas everyone and if you get a chance stop by East Side Marios and have a fantastic time. Parking: Plenty of space

Good meal with great service from Jerry ! We visited on a really busy Wednesday night. We were pleasantly surprised as everything was great and the food came fairly quickly. We got the pasta special with me getting the spaghetti meatballs and my partner getting fettuccine Alfredo. The AYCE soup, salad were great with only the spaghetti meatball pasta leaving some room for improvement. The great service from Jerry was like cherry on top of the good food . Had some mixed experiences in the past here, but we ll be coming back after this.

Normally I like it here for dine in but we ordered Skip and half our order was missing. The female manager (I presume) seemed thoroughly annoyed I was calling. Some of the worst customer service I have EVER received. All I wanted was for them to make it right. She finally offered me a $25 gift certificate by taking my name and number for next time I visited or ordered. If I order or go there again (BIG IF) we will see if I actually get it. Really wasnt enough for the inconvenience but by the time we got to that point I just wanted off the phone.

I remember this place having character and welcoming atmosphere. My how times have changed. Not only is the appearance of this establishment subpar, the customer service is way below a subpar. Basic business tip... CUSTOMER SERVICE, which means acknowledging customers, communication, and making things right to get repeat customers. Invest the time to provide proper training, along with teacging professionalism. A lesson in infection control and proper handling of food would be beneficial as well. I literally saw the young girl behind the counter picking a piece of salad out of a take out container, close the container and put in the bag. I asked to speak to the manager, who didnt even try to rectify the situation, instead blamed the call centre which I placed the order with. I was told the order would be ready in 20 minutes, and waited 50 minutes, which gave me a lot of time to sit there and observe. So disappointed in a restaurant that I was once very fond of. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit to ESM. Aurevoir!

Horrible. Just..... horrible.

Amazing service, amazing meals and well priced. The staff were friendly, and on top of their game! I love having their unlimited caesar salad, bread, and Tomato Soup and bringing home most of my meal. Dont forget they accept CAA discounts and have Scene Points!

Like i say, few of my reviews are about a poor restaurant, but this one makes me feel obligated. On one hand, the service was actually great. But the food we got for the most part, was unetable, and we sent it back, and just ate the bread and salad. We did opt to try the desert, and it was ok. Also, to their credit, they also did not charge us for the one main course. We will not be taking a chance to eat here again. To cap it off, there was no soap in the mens washroom

Cole McPhee is the greatest server of all time, gave me lots of time and was really quick to the table always kept checking up on us and making sure we were doing well second time having him ever serve to us and well deserves the compliments

Ordered a Caesar salad, half the lettuce was black and wilted, no bacon, no croutons, no cheese. Charged me 15 dollars for that garbage. On top of the tax, delivery fee and tip. I live across the street and it took them an hour. Ive been on hold for ten minutes to complain.

The service was terrible. We went for lunch on a Sunday and it wasnt even busy. It took forever to get our food. I ordered the soup and salad trio. I barely got any soup and then asked for a refill on my salad, and it took so long, everyone else was done eating so I just gave up waiting for it. My moms pasta was dry. Also the restaurant was dirty and there was a huge wasp flying around the window beside us. We hadnt been there for about a year and we had the same experience then too. Very disappointing.

This review isnt related to any single visit, rather a combination of all the times Ive been recently. Service is always terrible. Slow to seat us, slow to take our drink orders, slow to come back and take our food orders, slow to get the food...and none of this slowness is caused by the restaurant being busy as Ive been there during both busy and slow times. The wait staff seems young, inexperienced and poorly trained. As a management team, more needs to be done to train your staff properly.

Poor service.

Service was definitely the best part, just top notch all around. As a vegetarian, I was like a kid in a candy store which does not happen much, I was stoked. I was excited to see that they served hot tea, but it was so bitter. It needs to be served with honey or sugar by default (I had to ask and they only had brown sugar for it, which worked!) Pepperoni pizza (according to my wife) was ok, not a lot of sauce and so much pepperoni that not all of the pepperoni got crispy which was disappointing, but a good personal size. The tiramisu was disappointing. It was like, a cake with coffee topping on it. Not tiramisu. The flavours were also very muted. Atmosphere was probably the worst but not horrible. The seats were as comfy as L seats could be, but the cushion at the bottom was nice. The tables arent secured to the ground so they can move but at least theyre heavy so this isnt often an issue. I dont like the blinds though, I would much prefer they had some sort of curtain because if you get the wrong booth the sun is just going to be going straight into your eyes. Overall was very happy though, definitely going to come back. Vegetarian options: So many vegetarian options! Bread and pasta and salads and soups and sides, all stuff that is just naturally vegetarian too. Parking: The mall is often busy so parking can be scarce Wheelchair accessibility: You can get from the parking lot to the sidewalk because it dips down, but the ramp from the sidewalk to the entrance is SO steep! You need super strong arms or a helper to get in there :(

Had a great time at East Side Marios thanks to Jerry, our waiter. He was super attentive, checking on us frequently and making sure we had everything we needed. Jerry s friendly attitude and attention to detail really made our dining experience exceptional. If you re heading there, ask for Jerry you ll be well taken care of!

Food and service were good, but the restaurant could use a bit of sound proofing. I came before the rush and it was still quite loud. Also its not the cleanest I even found a loose tampon next to my booth. Overall not but but could definitely improve.

Came in around 3 on a Sunday. Was not busy. I think waiters name was Sam. She seemed miserable to be there. Barely talked to us. Felt more like we were an inconvenience. We didn t get a single refill on anything. Were charged 2 home loafs only received 1 because our table was never checked on. Bathrooms were disgusting and food wasn t good. Last few times we ve been to this location experience was similar.

Arrived with a party of 9. 40 min wait for a table. Went back in after 40 min and wasnt organized. Then a woman named jo made a spot for our party. Our waitress Jennifer was all over the place! She was clearly overwhelmed with tables. Not good service at all! Usually way better. If it wasnt for Jo, I think a manager? We would have left. She ran for our table as Jennifer could not give the attention needed, she was clearly not giving proper attention. In total we were there for over 2 hours!!! Plus the AC was bone chilling!!! Half our table froze. The food was very good Jennifer needs proper training and thank you Jo for making out visit better!!!

Parking: Not enough handicap parking went inside to ask if I could use a spot for pick up food orders as I had a person in a walker I have trouble parking the person at the front was so rude and did so move your truck I said to her how can I get a 88 year old in here she said she dont care find a spot on the other side I said well I wont be back here went out phoned the party I was supposed to be with and said I wont be staying here they got up and left as well

Waitress Lexi has been a great server to us tonight! The food has been a little dry with the sauces like the salad and pasta. I asked for extra rosée sauce but everything else was great! Food was well cooked and server was great!

Brutal! Waited forever to be seated and then waited a server who walked by us 5 times without even an acknowledgement! I understand short staffed issues, but even a I m sorry for the wait would have been ok! It wasn t busy so I don t understand why we weren t served, so we just left! PS. The hand sanitizer when walking in has soap in it!!!

Waited over an hour and a half for food. We were a group of 9 (5 adults and 4 children). About 50 minutes of waiting for our main entrees, we were told that the veal Parmagian was frozen as a block, and they tried everything to defrost it. Sounds appetizing, doesnt it? So we had to change our order. Our waitress was hardly seen. We all wanted more salad and bread after waiting the 40 minutes to get that. Refills on drinks were never offered. We had to keep flagging down other servers to ask for refills and such. We finally asked if we could get the kids meals out as they were now beyond hungry and cranky. Kids wanted ice cream, but we had to say no because at that point, we were going on the 3 hour mark of being there and didnt know how long getting ice cream would take. Needless to say, the service was horrible, the cappelletti tasted burnt, and the sausage penne pasta was cold. We were never asked how our meals were, and we were beyond frustrated with the whole experience. We understand restaurants get busy, and we dont mind waiting for food. If we were able to get refills on salad, bread, and our drinks, that would have made things a bit more tolerable. Also, communicating that the kitchen is backed up and things may take a bit longer than usual would have been appreciated.

I took my family for lunch on Monday, the civic holiday. Three pasta dishes and one chicken parmesan. Two soft drinks and water. $95.00!! Pasta was gluey and dry. Chicken coating was burned, hard to cut and Im not sure it was chicken. Worst meal ever and SO overpriced. Never again!

Have been to this location twice now and wouldn t go back. Small portions, bland food and last time I went I got food poisoning. Waiter and host were very friendly, but they seemed understaffed.

The establishment didst present a feast most pleasing to the senses, with dishes fair and fragrant, crafted with the finest of ingredients. The meats were tender, the pastas rich and flavorful, and the sauces did dance upon the tongue like a minstrels tune. Yet, among all these delights, it was Kamilya, a maid of rare grace and hospitality, who didst truly make the occasion one to remember. Her manner was kind and courteous, her smile like the first light of dawn, and her service most swift and attentive. In sooth, it seemed she didst foresee our every need ere we voiced it. In this house of victuals, where each dish doth sing the praises of the chefs art, it is Kamilya who doth stand as a shining star. Mayhap she be the reason many a soul doth return to partake of such bounteous fare. Long may she dwell in such goodly service, for she hath won the hearts of all who cross her path.

Amazing experience at East Side Mario s today. Our server Kamilya was so kind in helping our family enjoy such a wonderful experience. Definitely will be returning. Kid-friendliness: Kamilya put a huge smile and laugh on our daughter s face. When we arrived our daughter was feeling a bit uneasy and within moments she was smiling and laughing, it was very welcoming. Such a positive and bright person!

My family went here for my mom s birthday. We were a party of 7 including my 4 year old son. We made a reservation and still had to wait 15 minutes before being seated. We then had to wait over 2 hours to be served. My mom didn t like her drink and we didn t even have the opportunity to tell the waitress because she was no where to be found. She apologized at the end of the night but the bill wasn t compensated. The food wasn t very good either.

Waitress ignored us so long I got up and went to the bar to get a drink myself. Then was upset that I had done that..after a 20 minute wait. Then when she did come take our orders it was a 30 minute wait for some beers.

Pre ordered lunch for 3 and it was ready and served to us within minutes of arriving. Food was hot and ready, and for a lunch portion it was okay. Waitstaff was polite. Overall a good visit.

Came in for a late lunch today. My wife ordered a wrap and I ordered the sausage penne and my daughter got chicken fingers and fries. We got the calamari Diablo as a starter. We got salads just fine. Asked for bread and told that it was in the oven. The calamari has been changed to a cheaper product but was still fine. When I got my main it was cold and had to ask them to remake it. The chicken in the chicken wrap was dry and burnt to a crisp. Wasnt given small plates or napkins at the start of the meal. The server seemed like we were more of an inconvenience and she didnt want to be there. The atmosphere is dull and boring. When we told her about the burnt chicken in the wrap she just said Ill take it off the bill but no apology. Didnt even ask if we wanted it remade or nothing. She just grabbed it off the table and left. So my wife just kind of nibbled off of our plates. The floors are gross the bathrooms are gross. This place used to have such Wicked food at a decent price. It just seems so boring and dull now that nobody cares to put any effort or care into what they do or what they make. Sad to see this restaurant crash and burn just like the other one did. Shame. Dont think well be coming back here again. We were halfway through our mains before we got our bread after waiting about 25 mins. She finally brought us one tiny loaf. Had to ask for another right away... save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else and eat.

Alex was a great server, smiling, polite and checking on us often. Great job...I was wondering why most of the staff were attending a funeral!!!! Somber face... then I noticed Joanne, the manager...giving orders and rushing the staff. She even came to our server while he was serving our main course to tell him customers arrived at the next table. Im sure Alex is not blind and noticed them. Its a corporation run restaurant! Food was good. Portions were decent. Price was ok. The service however was incredible! Not because the followed CORPORATE rules and regulations but because he enjoyed his job and went the extra mile to make everyone happy! And not just with our meals but everything including small talk with us about non job related subjects and getting me my water bottle filled foe my dogs in the truck! Not sure of his name?? Alex? Wed, July, 17th around 8/9pm, 3 adults, 3 kids, up by the windows! He and his backup the blonde lady (Sorry, I didnt catch your name girl! But I super appreciate your service just as much!) were the make of the make or break this deal. They both deserve praise from the owners and managers of this establishment and in my opinion a minimum $1 raise minimum, effective immediately! Why? Ive not enjoyed my servers company this much in 20 years! They know their jobs, do thier jobs and treat you like friends theyd invite over to their house for a bbq, rather then a customer! Well done you two! Parking: Decent, needs more spots probably for busier days/nights. But at this time, I had no problem. P.S. dont try to quickly drive around the building via parking lot to try finding a spit again! Just turn around and drive back! Its like 20 blocks to get around the damn place via its own parking lot! Poor GPS had to recalculate a half dozen times! Kid-friendliness: Its east side Marios! Of course its kid friendly. And picky eater kid friendly too! They will make substitutions or additions or subtractions if need be, within reason KAREN!

Our server was so pleasant and accommodating Kamiilya. She was friendly and even with the place being packed and so many birthdays. Me and my sister were very pleased for a dinner out.

Came here for supper and it wasn t very busy but our waitress was very slow. To start, we we re 3 adults and 3 kids and they sat us at a table made for 4 people. We we re very crowded. Then it took a good 10 minutes before the waitress took our drink order and then when she brought it the glasses were dirty. We asked for a new one and she kept forgetting so finally I just went and got one myself. They changed the salad portions so we kept asking for refills and it would always take a while before she served us. Then when we we re served our meal, it was cold!!! Very disappointed and upset with the service I received here.

Had to be the worst ever experience. Got up and left along a other tables. Service was brutal tables were left uncleaned. Was sat at a table 15 minutes still no waitress to even take a drink order. Same thing for the table across from us. Just brutal service. Wont be back at least not to this Eastside until they can actually show things have improved. No management in sight.

The wait was a little bit but expected on a Friday night. We had awesome service from our waitresse Mackenzie

While I still had a good time see my family and eat with them the service was just awful. We were told a 10 minute wait to be seated meanwhile an hour passed by and walk ins are getting seated before us. We bring it up to the manager who was snooty. Finally we get seated to a dirty table salt all over our chairs and food residue. Our drinks took a while to come out which I understand it can get hectic but after a while things calmed down and our waitress was just very slow. Inexperienced staff for sure hopefully the management improves.

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Alex yesterday evening and he made the entire experience an outstanding one. He was incredibly kind, polite, efficient, and patient. The food was delicious as always and we left with smiles on our faces.

Unfortunately this service at the restaurant has nose dived. We have gone twice in the last month but will probably not be returning again anytime soon. Both times we were told that they were short wait staff and both times I watched the older ladies, who appear to be the managers, do next to nothing to help out. They didnt clear tables, take any orders or anything. The job of a manager is to manage the work flow and customers as well. Unfortunately the food has also been less than was expected as well. Salads with so much dressing that there as a soup bowls equivalent of dressing pooling in the bottom. Soup bowls only half full. Pasta dishes that were barely warm. I dont know if those was because they waited so long to be served or that they were just poorly prepared. As well there was no offers for refills or drinks or even desserts. There was other tables that actually got up and left as they had been seated for over 20 minutes with no server even coming to the table for drink orders or acknowledgments. This used to be a favorite restaurant for our family but it has become more of a disappointment than it is worth to haul everyone out to dinner for.

Well we re at your location on LaSalle in Sudbury on Friday June 7 at approximately 6:30pm. We were greeted to our table and asked for drinks. We ordered our food and everything showed up not long after. From then on it s like we didn t exist. We asked for more salad and bread which we did not get. Everyone wanted cheese which we didn t receive. The server showed up with our salads when we were basically leaving the service was terrible!! Disappointed to say the least

The spaghetti was cold and no flavor But the tomatoe soup was good Dietary restrictions: I am allergic to margarine and thats all they have there and I had already had some of the bread when they income.out and said that it might be brushe with some margarine ..... not happy at all

Went here for dinner lastnight and cannot believe how horrible the service was!!! Waited for a very long time for our drinks, finally got them. We ordered are food write away as we were hungry and thought we could eat are salad and bread while waitting but not the case! Are food came before we even got are salad and nevermind getting parm on it cause that was impossible, had to ask for bread almost 10 times before getting it and then are food was cold at that point. Absolutely worst service ever!!!

Service was fine, but food was not very good. Pizza was not very good specifically the pepperoni was pretty bad quality. Also my gf got food poisoning from the food. And the management seemed very unprofessional talking to workers infront of staff in a derogatory way and about other workers who weren t present.

I ve had bad experiences there a couple times now but nothing like I had last night which prompted me to review. To start, I got there with my group at 8 pm which is 2 hours before closing time. The server was professional but none of the other staff could be held to the same standard. 1. While we were eating, the manager showed up and was yelling at an Indian employee directly beside our table, very rude in front of customers even if we were the only ones there. 2. My boyfriend ordered pizza which had the worst tasting pepperoni any of us have ever tried and we have had many different pizzas around the city. 3- my brother in law ordered a saucage and pepper penne dish which he described the sauce as tasting like it came out of a can from Walmart. 4- while we were finishing up, the manager and other employees started talking loudly at the bar area about firing some other Indian employees and laughing about it. They were being seriously racist towards Indian people as a whole. 5- to top off the horrible experience, I got food poisoning from the linguine chicken tetrazzini. Based on the onset of 30 minutes the only possible type of food poisoning I could have gotten is Staphylococcus aureus. The only way the bacteria can live on the food is if it was stored at the wrong temperature. This store needs a serious health inspection and change of management

This place never disappoints. This location especially was great service. A guy named Cole was our server and he was funny, charismatic and efficient! I highly recommend!

Our server Alex was awesome and went out of his way to make sure we had a good time. Great food as usual. We were there with our granddaughter to celebrate her birthday. She chose the restaurant and we were more than happy to go there. Always a great experience. Kid-friendliness: Alex made sure to cater to our granddaughter and made sure she had her birthday dessert before leaving.

If i could put 0 I would because we never got served. Got sat right away and waited 25 minutes and no one ever came. Got up and left, it s a monday night so it s not like it was busy

Never mind everything else (which was great!) but the star of the show for sure was Mackenzie. She is a credit to ESM. She was charming, attentive and kind. There was nothing that was too much of an issue for her. She was friendly and made our experience all the more wonderful. She deserves a raise! :) Kid-friendliness: Mackenzie was amazing with my daughter! So chatty and friendly, she handled a chatty 4yr old so professionally and my little one loved her!

Our experience was fantastic. We ordered 3 apps & 7 meals and all the food was excellent, and our server Mackenzie was very friendly and attentive and quickly responded to any requests that we made. I feel the food is underpriced and I was happily surprised when i received the bill.

Honestly one of the worst experiences by far that I have ever encountered at a restaurant . Was there around 7pm on Saturday May 18th walked in and had to wait a few minutes so they could find a server that they could free up so we could go on the patio which is understandable sit down and was told a waitress would be right with us 10 minutes later one arrives and asks us what we d like to drink again said they would be right back with our drinks 10-15 minutes later.. a different waitress came out with a beer but not the other beverage so she rushed back in and grabbed it only for the original waitress to come back out with low and behold a second beverage that was already brought so sure that s fine things can get a little crazy especially in the evening but it wasn t busy at all, half the booths were filled and barely anyone else in the building we order our food and I think it took about 45 minutes to get everything we ordered even the appetizers took around 30 minutes which were only mozzarella sticks and wings not to mention that they forgot the Cesar salad that was supposed to come with the wrap that was ordered and I never received my chicken Cesar salad until asking where it was lol . lots of young staff so again I get it but with how cold anything hot we ordered was it seemed as if we were forgotten as others showed up on the patio they were getting great service from what I had observed even both the salads were soggy and pretty bland for the type of restaurant also was unaware that free fresh garlic loaf wasn t a thing anymore??? But also could have just been the disregard of the waitress that night. It was nice to at least get out on the patio but that was honestly the only good part of the experience . For anyone who sees this. Save your time and just go to the one in the south end. The experience was not worth the 70$. I could have got something from Uber and had a better experience sitting on my tailgate for half the price. Might I add the table wasn t even cleaned that they sat us at nor did they bother to clean it when there was clearly food matter left from previous guests left all over it Poor management is my guess.

Mackenzie was our server to a big group for a birthday. She did an amazing job taking care of us. There was a hiccup with the reservation we made and she managed to care for all of us. It was a birthday celebration and the celebration from the staff was loud and embarrassing- just as we had hoped!! Parking: Big lot just not a lot close to the restaurant

East Side Marios on Lasalle has always been my go to restaurant since it first opened. Slowly this place has become a dive and has officially hit rock bottom. I went in for dinner with on April 1st at 7:50 p.m. It was very quiet with only two other couples in the restaurant. The ladies washroom was dirty, no toilet paper and paper towels all over the floor. Overall the restaurant itself was unkept with paper/food all over the floor. I ordered spaghetti with tomato sauce and my grand daughter had cheese alfredo. My daughter in law ordered wings and fries but never got the fries as the waitress said they didnt look good. My son ordered cheese cappelletti which was so dry it was inedible. This simple order took an hour to arrive at the table. There was supposedly an argument in the kitchen going on which caused the delay. Since the overall food and experience was terrible I asked the waitress for a deduction in the bill and got a measly 20% off ($14.39) from the total. At the very least the inedible and untouched cheese cappelletti for $21.99 should have been removed from the bill. Unless this place cleans up its act and rectifies the unjust bill I had to pay, I will never go back.

This was my favorite growing up. Im pretty picky and they have 4 things I love. Hells kitchen, calamari, chicken parm & the endless garden salad. I would never say no to coming here. Kid-friendliness: I like that it has loud music. Kid friendly 100%

Eat in experience was good,twice now I ordered delivery and my order is short items,,First delivery was just missing one meal item.Second delivery was missing 4 out of the 8 items ordered..was very disappointed to say the least..So many other restaurants to pick from,last time I order delivery from that restaurant.

After being shown to a table, we waited over 30 minutes without a waiter coming to take our order, although the other tables that had seated after us had been served. During service, out of 3 meals: the pasta was cold in one and they served the wrong sandwich in the 2nd. Only the 3rd order was ok. Although the waiter apologized multiple times, it remains a very disappointing restaurant, I do not recommend it.

Had dinner there on Sunday 3pm , got seated right away, wife had all you can eat soup and salad, I had hells kitchen chicken, soup took about 20 min to arrive, but server did come by to say sorry its taking time to warm up the soup? We ate the cold soup and waited another 15 min for another bowl. Long time since we eat at east sides , was our go to in the past. Boy things have changed , should have just asked for chicken and wedgies, not really sure what that was, hard time to cut the chicken with a knife. Wont be back.

If I could give it no stars I would have. When we walked in at 8pm we had to wait for them to clean off a table (the resultant was empty) the staff were all standing around talking to each other while almost every table in the place was dirty. The hostess moved the dirty dishes from our table to the table beside us and sat us down. Service was terrible she never once came to our table other then taking our orders. I had to send my son to ask the 5 people standing around doing nothing if we could get the water he ordered. My pasta was cooked in away that the noodles were all fused together in gigantic thick chunks.

Dinner for 5 ordered all you can eat 20 minutes for bread ,2 loaves for 5 . All you can eat salad 25 minutes only one serving entree came and it was wrong not item the way it was ordered. One of us ordered soup and salad all you can eat and the entree came before the soup. Chicken parmesan dinner had hair in the chicken parm.very limited all you can eat salad or bread delivered. Confusion was blamed on busy kitchen dining room w. as emptying and still no better service. Second all you can eat salad never arrived ate my calzone ,soup and first salad and no second salad so much for all you can eat. As a $6.99 add on for an individual salad as all you can eat not happy. Manager passed blame to busy kitchen. As a person from the restaurant industry very disappointed in the whole experience. Unfortunately I enjoy the food but continuous poor service is unacceptable. Seems every visit ends up bad experience. Not sure what to do but at some point something has too change.

What a horrible experience! We arrived at 5:30, had reservations but there were no tables in the dining area even though there was a reservation, had to sit in the bar area. Ordered our apps, soup and salad. Some of us got our meals before our soup and salad. Waitress was not on top of anything. Had to ask for everything, all you can eat soup and salad wasnt a thing for our table, meanwhile every other table around us was served promptly. Waitress forgot to change someones pasta to bow ties, then took another 20 minutes for his meal to come back. Meanwhile someones salad still didnt arrive and he paid extra for unlimited soup and salad. Ordered my favorite meal and it had a brown hair in my chicken parm, how disgusting by the time I got a new meal back everyone was done their meals, not wanting to waste everyones time cause we were there so long to begin with. And the one person still hadnt received their salad they paid for. Never will I be returning because this hasnt been the first time with issued but this is the worst!!!!!

Went for lunch this afternoon. We were served by Emilie and her service was impeccable. Everything was prompt and we never waited for anything. She truly did an amazing job and has a very pleasant disposition! The food was delicious and our bread was the freshest that Ive had thus far.

Beautiful place to eat and pretty good portions. Food was cooked well. Atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing. Servers however forgot to ask us for drinks and had to wait over half an hour for someone to start us off with drinks. We understand they were probably really busy so we are hoping we dont have this happen again. We would recommend eating here. The fish is really good!

Used to enjoy eating there for lunch or dinner until last visit. Italian wedding soup was quit bland and noticed the bowls were quit abit smaller and when I asked the server about it she was pretty point blank saying they got rid of the old style bowls and they are the same size just different shape while I tell you my spoon was not completely covered with broth and had to dig to find any meatballs at all. Cannot believe how far downhill East Side Marios has gone what a way to destroy a great name. Server was not busy at all but seemed to focus on the alcohol drinkers rather than families just looking for food and coffee

A friend and I went to ESMs for dinner. It happened to be Valentines Day so it was very busy. There was a small hiccup with the reservation but it was corrected right away and we were seated quickly. The food was fantastic! (I had the Grilled Chicken Milano and my friend had the Chicken Parmesan) Our server, Aditya, was fabulous!! He was extremely polite and attentive, without hovering. I cant say enough good things about him. He was great! Based on todays experience, I would definitely give 5 stars to the restaurant and the server, and hope to return again!

Food: terrible. I ordered chicken milano, looked awful with a tiny piece of overcooked chicken, no tomatoes, tiny chunks of goat cheese drenched in pesto sauce, it looked like vomit, was not tasty (this is typically my go to dish), the potatoes were inedible and dripping with grease and the veggies consisted of a pile of soggy green peppers and 1 piece of broccoli. Kids cheesy Alfredo stuck together like glue and was not touched. And waited 45 minutes for these cold and gross dishes. We were sat near the bar where me and my 2 young girls had the opportunity to listen to staff talking beligerenty amongst each other and about other staff members. I told my waitress that the food was terrible and she brought me the bill and not once offered for me to speak to a manager or try to rectify the situation. Never again will I come here. Its a shame because it used to be my girls and my favorite place to eat out together.
