We have never had an issue here before, but this time was really weird.. The girl who served us showed up to take our order and then we didnt see her again until we were ready for the bill. She was also busy working the bar, but another girl dropped our food off... Our nachos had no queso whatsoever and our chicken bites were quite overcooked. Whats frustrating is that we are a couple and a full pan of nachos would have been cheaper, probably would have had queso and definitely would have been a larger serving. Those half pan nachos looked like someone with a blindfold threw them together. There was also no queso, which would have paired well with the extra quacamole we ordered... We also paid full price for one of the chicken bites (They were very overcooked) Both orders were supposed to be half price with the purchase of a drink and we got 2 ginger ale as we do not drink alcohol (a staggering $8 DOLLARS for fountain pop) The server did confirm the drinks did not have to be alcoholic. We were also told that the half-pan nachos were $10 but they were actually $12. When I asked the server why, she simply said, "sorry about that." Wait....What!? I actually thought it was a joke LOL. We always come to eat after our Costco outings because the appetizers are affordable and we like boneless bites. We also love the sonoma salad. It's unfortunate that some badly made nachos, overcooked chicken bites and a less than hospitable server will have us reconsidering where to dine out when in the area.
Had an outstanding dinner at Kelsey’s! Our waitress, Tiffany, was exceptional—friendly, knowledgeable, and super attentive. She made us feel like VIPs from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back for the blue cheese pasta
We had an amazing experience at Kelsey’s, thanks to our incredible waitress, Tiffany! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Her warm personality made us feel right at home, and she went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. The retro menu was a fun throwback, and the food was absolutely delicious! Tiffany’s recommendations were spot-on, and her service made our visit unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back, and we hope to have Tiffany as our server again. Highly recommend!
From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. Linda, our server, was fantastic—she offered excellent suggestions and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Her service was attentive, friendly, and truly exemplary. Every recommendation she made, from the appetizers to the wine pairing, was spot on. We felt well taken care of throughout the evening.
The food was great but the service was even better. Our servers Linda and Saircia( her first night sorry for spelling) were super friendly as were everyone we interacted with. We’re from North bay and will definitely be back. Thanks so much🙂

Great restaurant, in my opinion I choose this over wacky wings due to the half priced wings with the purchase of a beverage on Thursdays eating comfortably while watching whatever sports is going on the many TV’s and because their house sauce is delicious, enough to make you want to buy yourself a 345 ml bottle to take home. Been coming here often since 2012. Linda is an amazing server you’d be lucky to get her, makes you feel at home. Try it out, you will not regret it!
The food presentation was great but the burger taste was very basic however it’s full of ingredients but you will not enjoy it. I asked mushroom melter but the mushrooms has very poor taste i will recommend the one from fat burger over this in the taste not the quantity They don’t follow the ingredients as per the menu exactly but they accept to change my sandwich Overall the place vibes was good but the need to invest more in the taste The value against the money was 6/10

I was waiting not 10 minutes , but 7 , and sat myself , used restroom and returned , place was not busy at all but only once I got up to leave I was spoken too , I expressed im okay ill be leaving i was here about 10minutes when asked for a menu by sandra, she chose to argue i wasnt there for that period of time rather than remediating the situation .... yeesh

Me and my dad went to Kelsey s today and I got a mushroom melter and my dad got ultimate bacon double cheeseburger and me and my dad was amazed by how good it was we are definitely coming again this is the best restaurant ever they have really good burgers and they have really nice staff especially Carly I love how she is so sweet and positive i really love having her as a waitress i would absolutely recommend Kelseys roadhouse

Typical Saturday night leading into the holiday season and they were slammed but I was still made to feel welcomed. Sat at the bar and enjoyed a great burger. Carly and Chris gave great service. My location afforded me the opportunity to see lots of staff interaction and I was super impressed with how respectful they were with each other despite how busy they all were.

Nothing too outstanding with the food. They tried to make a steak sandwich look fancy, but they overcooked the steak. Other member enjoyed their chicken parm. I think this place is too comfortable around their waistline Staff was great, however.
Kelseys in Sudbury has the friendliest staff. Always smiling, happy to fulfill yor order and follow up to ensure you are pleased with your meal. Good food, good atmosphere, good value. Will go back again and again.
I had to ask 3 times for water the first time, and then had to ask another 3 times for my sons water, which never came, I eneded up sharing my water with him. Wasnt impressed that such a simply request couldnt be provided, they were not busy, maybe 3 tables in the entire resturant and yet the waitress could never be found. delicious food, I almost would go back just for the food, but I like to have a drink with my food, especially when spending enough $$$ on said meal.

I loved the restaurant and enjoyed the food, all though the wait for the food was a bit too long, and the food items I had ordered were way too smaller, particularly in size and shape, rather then how it had looked on the menu. I would treat this restaurant more as a bar rather than even a restaurant to begin with, all though the food was still good and customer service, the atmosphere as a restaurant just wasn t sufficient enough. To make things worse, my girlfriend ordered BBQ wings but she got buffalo instead, and it was slightly spicy, which she DOES NOT tolerate for her health, but oh well, what s there to complain about? I already paid for it right?
