If you want a clean place with good food and you dont have to yell your conversation so you can muffle the music then this is the place. Loved it!

Eight of us, and no complaints about the meals. I had a Ramen bowl which I enjoyed. The serving was ample, and service was excellent.

Only the second time dining there and it will be our last. Restaurant is showing its age, chipping paint on window ledge, table was sticky and had a long black hair on it. Food was lack lustre at best and very expensive. Waste of a date night, sadly.

I dont know why Id never been here but I was pleasantly surprised by the interesting presentation and unique menu. I only had mushroom soup (it was a huge bowl of it and tasty) this time but my friends food looked amazing.

Really great staff, super attentive, food is flavorful and fresh. Had the Baja Tacos this time, with short rib app. Last visit was calamari and Penne pesto pasta. Everyone Im the party loved their dish.

The food was a huge disappointment to be honest. Everything was either cool to the touch or overcooked. Server wasn t very attentive, and didn t seem like she cared about her job. Also, I have never heard of a restaurant closing at 8pm. Very bizarre and an unpleasant surprise.

Very pleasant and very professional service and very good food highly recommended to everyone who is in the area of Sudbury Ontario pop in and enjoy.

2 empty tables and booths open when we came in. They placed us next to the door. It was freezing. The hostess refused to Chand our table. Appetizer was great. Both our Main dish were cold. Everything was spot on other then one waitress asked me if I needed a kids menu on valentines I wasn t too impressed other then that the food was amazing the service was fast.. Ashleigh who ended up serving us was amazing!

My wife and I dined at this establishment on January 29th, 2024. My wife had the Thai chicken/shrimp fettuccine while I had a Smashed Black n Blue Burger. They were both fantastic (not that we shared). I m happy I ordered salad with my burger cuz this burger was MASSIVE and there s no way I coulda finished the fries. Server got my wife a surprise frozen drink and they even knew how to make me a nice Tom Collins for me. A little pricey but can t complain cuz the food was great! Service great! Restaurant and washrooms were clean. Dietary restrictions: Server asked us if we had any dietary restrictions Parking: No probs finding parking but it was a Monday Wheelchair accessibility: Seem to remember a ramp and accessible doors

Heres how I rate it. Athmosphere :4/5 Lighting : 5/5 Pricing: 3.5 /5 very pricy but good quality Service : 3 /5 service wasnt great. There is a kids menu here which is nice! I probably wont return because of the cost and service.

We ordered burrata for starter and all the baby arugula in it were rotten. It was disgusting. I cant believe such an expensive restaurant using expired ingredients in meals.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in town! I love going in for lunch and bringing friends to experience fantastic, unparalleled customer service, great atmosphere and tasty food. I have to shout out the best waitress ( although they are all good, this lady really stands out ) Aly. I always ask for her when Im there as she always goes the extra mile with a smile. Went to dinner with friends. I had the Mediterranean pasta and it was good I wouldnt say excellent but very tasty.

Always a good vibe at Milestones! Our server was attentive and very personable. Food was good, fresh and while I felt my dish seemed overpriced, I wasnt disappointed in the flavour, presentation and portion. If your looking for a great brunch spot with the gals, or a business dinner, I highly recommend Milestones. Parking: Parking lot can be a bit of a disaster, but I think its because the lot is shared with so many other businesses.

I ordered a sweet chilli chicken bowl with the option of adding extra chicken that cost an extra 8 dollars and I received 4 little slices of chicken breast unreal highly dont recommended eating at this place or take out / delivery Called to see why and get someone very ignorant no respect at all.

Great place to go when you need to indulge yourself with great tasting food. Best meal youll have throughout the entire year. All personal preferences, but they are AMAZING

What a great time. Went with my family to celebrate my moms birthday. Gave a 4 star for atmosphere because the kids selection (drinks and food was limited). That being said the kids enjoyed themselves, as did the adults. Good was vary flavorful. Our server was top notch. Dietary restrictions: I had a nut allergy and they were very accommodating.

Great surprise on a visit up north to visit a friend. Havent been in Sudbury for DECADES so certainly nice to see a familiar face with MILESTONES. Shout out to our server ASHLEY....and to CHEF for a delicious and VERY GENEROUSLY portioned TUNA SUSHI salad. My only negative point was being seated close to a group celebrating a baby shower which made it a bit difficult to hear each other a times. Also....as much as it was a beautiful sunset it shone in my eyes down the hall. But we COULD HAVE/SHOULD HAVE asked to be re-located.

Amazing food and great service the servers are friendly and willing to chat definitely a place you need to take your time. Do not go here if your in a rush the environment is chill and relaxing have a few pints and enjoy the atmosphere.

Not usually one for chain restaurants but this salad is next level. They make their own pecans in-house and they add the best spicy, sweet crunch. So good I ve already been back to have it again.

This is my 2nd time bringing out of town family to Sudbury Milestones and again they are outstanding. Our server is personable and joyful. When my sister and I were both contemplating the same two meals she said how she could have kitchen separate on two plates for us. Food was quick, hot, fresh and delicious. Thanks for a great meal!

I dont usually write reviews but in this case I absolutely had to. We attended your restaurant on the 24th of June. I had the surf and turf. Kudos to all that were working the line in the kitchen that day. Compliments to your chef and cooks. The steak was cooked perfectly and melted like butter in the mouth. The shrimp and scallops were just as tender. It has been my experience to often expect a certain amount of rubberiness with shrimp and scallops but in this case I was pleasently surprised. The server was attentive and friendly. I thank you for a most pleasant dining experience.

Milestones Sudbury was always a 5star restaurant to me and the only thing that used to bother me was that they close at 9 which is really annoying specially at the weekends. However, in our last visit everything has changed. We arrived at 8pm and there was a TERRIBLY RUDE waiters which constantly was telling us about when they re gonna close. Also this time my mother in law was with us and she can t speak English but the waitress raised her voice twice to communicate with her which was shocking and made us really uncomfortable! I was ready to eat a lot but i ordered something small and we left with a %10 tip which i wish it was %0. I would still give a 2 star and not one star because of my past good experiences.

Service was poor, food was delivered but no one followed up on how things were cooked, in one word: OVERCOOKED

Food was tasty! The server even went out of her way to ask the chef what the ingredients were in the gravy for the chicken/mushroom pasta dish. My partner had the wagyu burger and although it was supremely messy, it was highly praised. Drinks were so-so but overall, the experience was lovely.

Ordered twice from this place (called Burger and Wings through the Uber Eats app). Both times there were issues with the order. First order was for a two for one poutine special (two for $18). Both containers had many fries that were charred and very little gravy. The second order was a two for one meatball sandwich special (two for $12.99) and a small thin crust pepperoni pizza ($9). Not a lot of meatballs in the sandwich and the pizza was made with an 8 tortilla shell with five slices of pepperoni total and burnt edges on the crust. Lesson learned. No more. And food was cold both times. From time of order online to delivery food should have been hot. I m thinking that takeout orders not as important because fees don t go to them but rather to delivery persons.

Absolutely an amazing experience to have dinner and great place to onwine and a great staff. Thank you to our waitress that served us with perfect grace and great humour. Just have to love Angela. She was the best and pretty sure still is.

We chose the date night menu. The food was delicious. Our server was excellent. We will definitely go back to Milestones.

Server was slow, not checked in on at all. The chicken parm was dry and the flavour combo of pesto and marinara does not work. The other main tasted okay but chicken was again dry. Server never asked how it was even when seeing a full plate when paying.

Excellent service. We indicated we were sharing our entrées and asked for a few extra plates. They took the extra step to plate each separately for us. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. We had the Butternut Squash Ravioli and the Asiago Chicken Penne - they were both excellent. We also had the California salad, which was exceptional!

Good food as usual. Service wasnt that good. Ordered a milk with my meal, asked for it twice, and didnt get it until I had 2 bites left.

My husband and I went for a nice dinner on a Saturday evening and were not disappointed. He got a burger and garlic parmesean fries and I got the rack of ribs with the Cajun fries. We started the meal with Calamari and it was easily the best I have ever had. So tender and not over cooked at all. My ribs were perfection. They were tender but not completely falling off the bone. However, they did come cleanly off the bone when I took a bite. I had enough food to last me two or three meals as Im not a big eater. Its definitely worth the money we paid.

The food exceeded expectations, beautifully plated and perfectly executed. So fresh and delicious. The atmosphere was inviting and it was clear the team had put a lot of effort into creating the best possible processes for COVID precautions. Like many places, we were turned away because we couldnt prove vaccination. I cant support a business that doesnt support freedom of choice. This is Canada, the true north strong and free. Lost customer for life.

Arrived at 7:40 pm and was told the kitchen was closing cuz they shut down at 8. Too bad they close so early.

Food was delicious!

Very professional service with obviously high standards. Our waitress Rylan was extremely helpful and constantly made sure we had everything we needed and were satisfied. Looking around the establishment, a similar trend could be seen from all the wait staff. The food was top notch and is more than reasonably priced.

Food and beverages are decent. Bit pricey for what you get but overall a great experience.

I ordered delivery of 2 meals for Mothers Day. What a brutal experience! Skip The Dishes dropped the meals off at the front door, without waiting for someone to answer, and the food stayed there for TWO HOURS. I called Milestones to discuss it, they said its not their problem and to call Skip The Dishes. Of course, Skip The Dishes claims to have done their job and delivered on time, blaming me for not providing more specific instructions. Milestones needs to take responsibility for the safety of their food, and the service that their customers receive. Never again will I order from, or visit, Milestones.

The customer service was exceptional. Lady served us in a timely manner and the food was delicious.

Came in for brunch with teammates, overall food was good. Ordered one of the special ceasar cocktails and it was loaded with garnishes just like pictures. My breakfast special portions seemed very small but was still tasty! Our waitress was also great, there had been an issue with someone s dietary restrictions and she replaced our dish no problem - so thank you!

My mother was given two $50 Ultimate Dining Cards as a gift. On the card it shows the various establishments that the card can be used at. On the bottom left corner of the card is MILESTONES . ( see picture ) A few months back my mother took my brother out for super at the Milestones restaurant on Marcus Drive in Sudbury. When my mother presented the gift card to pay the employee told her that they do not except gift cards. She told my mother that a new owner bought the business and is not excepting gift cards. My belief is when you buy a franchise business you have to except all the policies of that franchise. Gift cards should be excepted at any establishment printed on the gift card. The manager at this establishment is making up his on rules and not following the guide lines under that franchise. NOT EXPECTABLE . Contacted head office over the matter and have not gotten any response back. I guess they don t take customers concerns very seriously either. My advice is dine out anywhere but at this Milestones on Marcus Drive. Went to East Side Mario s and they said they except the gift card and told them what happened at Milestones. They could not believe it!!

Ate here July 19, Sudbury. Terrible meal. Frozen, bad fries. Dry hamburger. Chicken sandwich 5/10. Mushroom soup tasty but thinner and much more peppery than original. Inpast this was a signature item for Milestones. Overall Quality has gone downhill at this expensive restaurant. New owners, new menu (2 weeks now), service slow. I will not return and no more recommended to friends.

Delicious food, friendly staff and excellent value. The hearty salads with options to add salmon, chicken or steak are great.

Two of us were out for dinner on a Wednesday night and the place was empty. The food was very good but very expensive. Two meals with coffee and dessert but no alcoholic drinks with our meal or appetizers, cost $120 before the tip. We wont be doing that again unless the company adjusts their pricing. The staff were very nice and the service was good. Parking: Plenty of parking available.

Dietary restrictions: Very limited gluten-friendly menu which is very disappointing. Wish more items could be offered gluten-free. I would eat here more often if this was offered. Kid-friendliness: Good variety of options including a grilled cheese, chicken fingers, burger, pasta, salmon, and chicken. Includes ice cream or an ice cream sandwich for dessert.

I was not happy with the service. I wan in sudbury for few days and i invited my friends for dinner. We were 5 people. Our waitress was rushing us to order. Then foods were cold. Chicken was very dried. We ordered tea and dessert. The water in pot was cold. It was like tab water. I asked the waitress to changed them but she said this is all we have. In the menu says tea leave but we got tea bag. i will not go back agin and do not recommend Mileston resturant in Sudbury.

MILESTONES Well, it is a very good place the food is sooooo good and also drinks but sometimes. The flavours of the drinks are not always so good and sometimes you just feel disappointed. The food is good but looking at the price the size/portion of the dish is very less compared to the price we pay. They should really work on the portion of the dishes specially the vegetarian ones. Had not been there for awhile and the menu changed a lot. Everything is very high in calories. Hubby had steak and veggies and veggies were horrible. Not impressed.

Delicious drinks, pretty unique items on the menu and a lovely view from the patio. Im happy to finally see a few vegan options on this menu! I dont believe this is very new but I havent been in quite some time. We went on a dismal gray evening and only their patio was available if we wanted a table right away. It was actually awesome, their patio has a high roof covering with an enormous heater built into it. I didnt notice the heater until I got so warm I had to remove my jacket which I first thought was because of the very tasty mushroom soup I was sharing with my 5 year old daughter (who doesnt like mushrooms ) but I noticed it when I looked up. The service was very good, though (we never asked so no big deal) no one ever thought to give us a cloth or a few paper napkins or even coasters as the humidity really made for a lot of condensation on our drink glasses and soaked a large part of the table. The servers may not have been able to spot that from the angle they were at mind you but it would have been a nice touch. The service was still very good, courteous, prompt and some enternaing personality my daughter enjoyed her pasta with tomato sauce and a nice sprinkling of fresh grated Parmigiano, she was delighted with how yummy the cheese is all my itself my husband was a bit disappointed with his fish tacos as they were not as good this time as he recalled them to be and he didnt really enjoy his choice of root veggie fries but I thought they were great! I had the kale noodle stir fry and it was pretty good but I dont know that Ill order it again. It almost has a cream type sauce (vegan though which is awesome, thank you milestone! Wed love to see more choices!) I wish it had more veggies or something, Im not sure exactly. We will probably go back someday for appetizers and definitely try something else next time. If youre lucky enough to have a choice on the patio, I recommend closer to the north east side as theres a nicer view of new sudbury from that end but the entire patio is west facing with very lovely sunsets too!

$$$ . Hamburger meals at least $18 and mains are higher around 25 to 30. Not recommended if you are budget conscious. Otherwise great taste to burgers that I had.

There is do much to say but l will sum it up in two statements. 1-they discriminate handicapped people 2- they discriminate towards single people. Never would l ever recommend this restaurant. The servers, great, their policies, unbelievable. Didnt even order a meal,what a horrible place and the manager l spoke to, so indifferent. Willie speaking to a lawyer, and corporate. Fantastic roasted beet and goat cheese salad (added the shrimp skewers for an additional $8). Great service, proper social distancing practices and all in all a great meal.

Joe the manager was fantastic. I needed a itemized copy of my bill and he was pleasant, efficient and kind. Not to mention the food was fabulous!!

Soup not hot enough (and thats not a comment on the effect of snow and cold today), got more than halfway through butternut ravoili (seriously tasty!) before could request pepper grinder. Would say did not feel the love today. Expensive disappointment unfortunately.

The restaurant practices good social distancing.. Antibacterial hand sanitizer is readily available. I did have to ask the hostess to wash down our table b4 setting it as it was still dirty from the previous visitor. The menu has lots of lovely selections with large portions. However this is not often desirable by a senior. I took more of my beet salad home with me than I ate on site and because it was already dressed it spoiled b4 I could consume it all so sadly wasted money. It would b nice if they offered senior or half portions. What I did eat was delicious. The ambiance is lovely, warm and inviting. Parking is ample and the building is wheel chair accessible.

So many 1 stars and all owner can do about is say go submit survey. Like what? How about some quality service
