The service was superb thanks to Karan who ensured that my food was to my liking and the exemplary attention the manager Daisy extended to all the patrons made my visit even more pleasurable. As I left it was getting VERY busy with the numerous Christmas partiers descending upon your staff. The steak was delicious and done to perfection BUT I still miss the Prime Rib with Yorkshire pudding Wheelchair accessibility: Fully accessible

I go to Montanas regularlt in Timmins and was expecting the same great food and service but was disapointed. I ordered the fish and chips, fish was good, fries were unedible, hard and tasted like burnt oil. My wife had the buttermilk chicken, salad and vegetables were good, chicken was not the greatest. The corn bread wasnt cooked enough. Not going back here ever.

We came in the past just my husband and I and the service was so bad my husband said he d never come again. Here we are with a Christmas party for his work and Ashley s service is so absolutely incredible, we will definitely come back! Used to be my go to for a steak dinner but not anymore. First red flag was how quickly my meal came after ordering. I requested my steak medium well. It came well done and so dry it was obviously sitting in a warmer for a while. Wont be going back.

My friends and i always choose Montanas as our dining spot to catch up for its delicious food and great service. Tonight was no different with Excellent service from Mack. She always served us with a big smile and was very attentive to all of our requests. I was very impressed at how considerate and excellent her service was. Despite our large group, food and drinks were quickly delivered to our table and tasted spectacular. I would happily recommend Montanas to any large group looking to dine!

While the service from our waiter Kaden was spot on tonight, we ended up eating pieces of a broken bowl on our spinach dip appetizer. This was also after waiting for 15 minutes later than the reservation time we had booked in. We were probably too gracious about it when management came to ask us about if everything was okay because at the end of the meal we were asked who was paying for the dip. We couldn t believe it. We had to tell them we didn t want to pay for it and they removed it. The fact that we had to ask to have that removed and absolutely nothing was offered to compensate is unacceptable to all of us who ate there tonight. I m not one to cause a commotion but for the amount of money we spent there tonight between us 5, I m positive more could have been done to help correct what had happened. Unfortunately couldn t get a picture in time but at least still have my receipt that reflects the comped dip. We presented the broken pieces to staff as well, it was not just them taking our word for it. Make sure when you get the lobster spinach dip that it s just lobster shell and not shards of porcelain.

Good food. Surprisingly, they have one of the best lobster flavors in town though the portion size is relatively small for the price. Good steaks, good burgers. I like the Canadian Eh Burger a lot. The BBQ sauce on it is awesome. Great service, and its always very atmospheric at Montanas.

I just enjoyed a most delicious chicken taco lunch at Montanas in Sudbury. It was served quickly, fresh ingredients, loaded with juicy grilled chicken and delicious! My server Mady was friendly, courteous and had a great smile and wished me a good afternoon as I left. Awesome!

I ordered the BBQ Brisket, $19.99, waitress said it came with a choice of side. I asked what sides? She said fries, salad, or soup. I said salad she said what kind? I said caesar. She said OK. When bill arrived I was charged $22.99 , so I asked my waitress why I was charged $22.99 instead of $19.99. she said it depends on the side you ordered. I said you should have told me it was extra and it did not come included in price. She said nothing. So I paid $22.99 for a Brisket sandwhich the size of a slider. Then when I got home I noticed a charge for $7.49 for a Cdn Caesar. So I was charged extra for a Salad. Pathetic place that charges extra money for a cheap meal.

Although the food was good i was taken back by the price of a chicken sandwich fries and drink for 29 dollars plus taxes not including a tip. Only time i ever paid that for such a dish was at an airport.

Very consistent in food quality, service and the way my favorite dishes are made. They are almost always made the exact same way, which is great, so I know what I should be getting. Had a birthday supper here, and everything was fantastic! I also really like that the manager is usually always around, checking on customers, and asking how everything is. Very engaged in what is happening. This is my favorite restaurant to eat at in Sudbury!

Do not order the Mac and cheese with cornbread. I ordered it with brisket that had burnt ends and it was a mistake. The cheese was unappetizing to look at, the pasta texture was borderline overdone, and the brisket looked and tasted like the remnants of a fire. The dish itself looked incredibly unappealing and not like the photo online. I expected Mac and cheese and was served the Chernobyl elephant s foot. Nothing else to note about it and only that it was subpar.

Disappointing Experience After a Decade of Loyalty I ve been a loyal patron of this restaurant for over 10 years, often celebrating special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries. Unfortunately, my recent visit left me feeling more like a nuisance than a valued customer. On this occasion, my wife and I decided to treat ourselves to the brisket burger, a dish we ve enjoyed many times before. To our surprise, it seemed that the brisket burger had changed significantly, but the in-house menu had not been updated to reflect this. When I brought this to our servers attention, she insisted that what we received was indeed the new brisket burger. To add to the disappointment, there was only brisket in my wife s burger and no meat patty at all nor lettuce. We had to request a remake, which felt frustrating for both of us. The lack of communication from our server about the menu changes was a letdown, especially since we had come to expect a certain standard from this establishment. What should have been a celebratory meal turned into an inconvenience, and the service felt less like hospitality and more like an afterthought. Also the fries portion was cut into quarter what it used to be and when we asked the server she coldly shrugged and said this is the new portion. It s a shame that such a longstanding relationship with this restaurant has soured. I hope they take customer feedback seriously moving forward. Dining is not just about the food; its about the experience, and this time, that experience was sadly lacking.

Man the service was mediocre I m not even Ben that upset now but this is the first time in my life I ever eaten out and never tip I ordered beef ribs and I specifically say please make sure they are fall of the bone and soft and they where so hard I had to tell the waitress return them and the second was was not prepared good at all I was so fed up that I told the waitress I need the bill and just paid and leave I would not recommend this place for anyone like literally montanas is one of the only places I find the beef ribs are good in Toronto and other cities but the food here was garbage a waste of my $72 cause I had that and my partner had wings with 2 beers what was the point of replying
