New Trevi Restaurant in Greater Sudbury

The food is decent, but a little pricey. Its really hard to get service though and its been that way for years. Basically if you want to get a drink you have to go to the bar.

Waitress just tossed the plates in front of us and walked away. The brunette with the lashes. Same with the debit machine at the end. Then just stood there like an entitled brat. Yikes.

Great prices on food and alcohol. The inside is pretty old and dark.

Great food. Had a staff party here, was a weird assortment of food in my opinion but everything was delicious and the staff was great. Although they did accidentally start two tabs for me haha but it was sorted out easily since I only had two drinks.

My husband went there for the Porketta Bingo. It was a lot of fun. We have eaten there before, and the food was great!! Parking: Lot of parking available.

We were here about a month ago, a group of us on a Friday night. Around the time karaoke starts. We took the round table near the stage. The server refused to clear the table (it was dirty from the previous people). So we piled all the dirty dishes and glasses in the middle. They stayed there the full 2-3 hours we were here. We also never received any service, we went up to the bar for our drinks. I was told I had to pay cash (Ive run a tab here every other time, just let them hold my credit card). I watched others run tabs, and when I asked why, the bartender made a joke of it. The staff was rude and abrasive. It was just a really poor experience. It seemed some customers received better service than us, but I got the impression they were regulars. Im not rushing back, which is unfortunate since the food was good the last time I ate here.

A genius place to share. First time we heard Latin music in Spanish in Sudbury!! We feel at home.

We had very good service from our waitress. We had 13 at the table and she was very efficient, friendly, and attentive. We had a few appetizers which were very good. The main orders were a little disappointing. I ordered a simple clubhouse and was asked if I wanted mayo. The sandwich has absolutely no mayo on it and was served with a side of fries( most assuredly not fresh fries) they were hard crunchy spears. I couldn t believe how small the coleslaw & gravy was. Looked like they came in those little paper cups you would get ketchup in. Well, maybe a little larger than that but really small. And $3 for gravy? Wow! The sandwich itself was pretty bland! My wife had a wrap which was supposed to come with ranch dressing. No dressing in the wrap. And someone had the hot chicken sandwich. Came open faced and is that chicken? Geez guys c mon! You want people to come back? I would have ordered wings, which are usually very good, but their pricing is ridiculous! Think it s like 15-16 bucks for 8 wings. You want to check out the overtime on Notre Dame because they serve food like they want you back and not overpriced either for what they serve!

It s a small town vibe and look, but those are the best places. The food is ok but not great, however booze is what most people come for anyways. Had calamari there and it was over cooked and the sauce looked like it was taken out of the freezer minutes before serving it to me. So if you are going for food, just load up on booze first so you don t care about quality! Karaoke nights are always enjoyable.

Extremely poor service, very rude staff. After receiving the wrong order I was hung up on mid sentence trying to resolve the issue.

We had great night at this place . The vibe was so good and the food was amazing and drinks were awesome as well. The karoke program was very nice. People were really excited for Singing. Overall we love the vibe. Must visit this place.

Rude service. Ignorant servers. The owners cheap. They do nothing to re-gain your business. Never again here. I found a hair in my food. The owner only gave me 2$ off. The wings were horrible, fries were under cooked. I recommend Mcdonalds over this place.

I rated this joint one star because I m generous. Mediocre service, abysmal food, for the price I paid for the wings, fries and gravy you d think I d at least be slightly satisfied but I ll just call it like it is. Don t go here if you want a god bite to eat. Never making the mistake of going there for anything again.

Lacks a bit of ambiance and in need of a desert menu a huge lack of desert options next to nothing but the food is outstanding. I have never had a bad meal there. Their soups are the best ive had. This is not your greasy spoon diner. All home made !

Was disappointed in the poutine, had way too much pepper, fries soggy. Great cheese curds! I was too shy to return it. Awesome waitresses. I wont return until a new cook is hired Was also disappointing that we had to watch horse race meanwhile the Maple leaf was playing on a tiny screen far from our party.

Went there a couple day ago with my son and girlfriend and had an amazing meal served by an exceptionally good waiter. The food was all excellent and served promptly nice and hot. The place was very clean. Really liked the whole atmosphere and vibe in there actually. Parking is unbeatable too. Id gladly recommend this place to anyone. Special thanks to our server. A1!

The worst 80$ Ive ever spent. We ordered nachos, a chicken wrap with poutine, and spinach dip over Skip. 3 of the 4 were disgusting (the spinach dip gets a pass - it was fine, though bland). The guac was thin with an odd taste. Poor quality ingredients all around and thus poor food. Never before have I had food so bad it warranted a review. Maybe their other food is good, but avoid the aforementioned.

Horrible don t waste your money. Fish was over fried to the point it shrunk to non existent.

My family and I ate here last week late, late at night. This is the first time Ive felt compelled to write a review. The food was absolutely disgusting. We ordered nachos, cheese sticks, bruschetta flatbread, wings, and a burger. The burger was completely charred, cheese was skimpy, tomato was complete mush, lettuce was wilted, and the red onions on the burger were disgustingly huge. The cheese sticks were really gross and had little to no flavor, the nachos were all stale and we had like 1/3 cup of cheese actually on the plate. The bruschetta flatbread was very bland and the bruschetta part just looked like plain tomato (Great job, guys). The wings were too crunchy and barely had any meat on them (The medium sauce also tasted horrid). The server was a really big sweaty guy who seemed to be having a lot of trouble doing his job and remembering things. We dont remember his name but he was very unhygienic and even dripped sweat into our food. This place all in all seems like a mismanaged disaster. We had more fun watching other people at other tables looking around for servers and laughing over the food that night than actually enjoying the food and an experience. 0/10

Terribly stale and distasteful food, super inconsistent, terrible lazy staff, bad atmosphere! Just spend your money somewhere else, they arent worth it.

They charged 16.99 plus taxes for just a bacon cheese burger only. What a rip off. Burger is not made out of gold. Too pricy. Dont eat there.

Is this what you called hot chicken diner?So I called trevi and it was loud I understand its a bar and she passed the phone and that lady told me it should be skip I will be calling not them , I told them why skip you guys are the who prepared my order not skip and she hang up on me!!!! sooooooo rudeeeeee not happy at all!!!

Service was good my sister had a clubhouse said it was good my wings were just okay customer a few tables away was obviously over served and passed out at the table and it was only 7pm smart serve was not being used...

Normally when I go, the service and food is 5 stars. Last night though, I had 3 different waitresses at my table. The first (I m assuming was the head bartender for the night) seemed tipsy, seated us and took our drink orders and never came back. Then as I complained that i had been watching her yell loudly, stumble around and play on her phone behind the bar, another server (setting up reserved tables for karaoke), over heard and came to take our orders. We also waited 20 minutes after finishing eating just waiting for somebody to come offer us our bill but all of them walked right passed our table. Until a new waitress came and asked if we needed anything. So I asked for the bill and a takeout container. Then she proceeded to do other things until the second waitress came back and got us our bill right away. I could have easily left without paying, and with how ticked off with the service I was, I wanted to. I work in the food and service industry, I have never seen a more mismanaged restaurant. I m not sure if it s new staff or just the weekend staff but I was unimpressed.

Well made food. Everything we had tasted really good. Homemade. The cheese sticks were amazing. Sauces were great, burger was good...fries 10/10. The chicken fingers and fries were 16.00 for 3 small to medium hand made chicken fingers. Taste was Amazing, but unsure what I paid 16.00 for.... Waitress was not friendly....she lacked...interest ? Personality ?

Had a really bad experience with a server a few years ago. Will never go back. There are much better places (foodwise and value wise) than this place. Id even go eat next door instead!

Wow just a fantastic diverse menu, from periogies to pickled eggs. And real poutine. One of the best burgers I ever had.
