The children got their food 25 minutes before I did, I had two glasses of wine while waiting, our server was kind only came to see us take our orders and bring our food I had to wave them down to get a second glass of wine, my children were done eating I still never received my food, I asked for containers to go since I couldn't finish my meal cuz my children were done eating 20 minutes before I started to eat! I don't usually complain about service nor did I complain at the restaurant but I felt it was necessary to submit a review, paying $70 for a meal not able to enjoy it was kind of disappointing, we were also the only people in the restaurant nobody was around, :(
Staff needs major training. Place was in complete disarray. Everyone was waiting for orders. Understaffed it felt like. Everyone’s orders were wrong. Everyone waiting. Arrived at 7pm and half the order came out 25min later and the other half right at 8pm making us 30min late for the yuk yuk show.
Not sure why the rating is so low but our experience has been amazing. Two dinners and a breakfast with no complaints. Dinner was exquisite, service amazing, prices fair and will definitely be back again soon
Husband had the spaghetti/meatballs and said the sauce and meatballs were very good. I on the other hand ordered a child size Alfredo that tasted awful….like flour and milk. No parmesan no garlic. It was very bland. Server was very polite and respectful.
Best menu hack is to add chicken to your fettuccini alfredo. It was so delicious and I will definitely be ordering more frequently. I decided to come as I live nearby but haven’t checked it out since the new chef started. So happy I did! Also the toasted ravioli bites are awesome.
The new menu is great! Started with the arancini balls and they were incredible! Best we’ve ever had anywhere! 10/10. Tried the eggplant parm and chicken parm sandwiches on their house made Kaiser buns. Omg! Delicious! And the wings were also great! The food was outstanding!
I was hesitant to eat here because of the reviews, but I really have to question the motivation behind some of them because my experience was definitely different. It was reasonably busy - 8 tables of patrons and a couple at the bar. The servers were friendly and attentive, and the food came quick. Ordered the clubhouse. The food was pretty decent. It wasn’t perfect: the sandwich was a little dry but it tasted good, and the fries were excellent. Honestly the menu is super reasonably priced, and as a hotel guest, I received a $10 off voucher for one meal, so my meal ended up being under $8, which was a steal for what it was. Edit: Had the Buffalo chicken wrap the second time I visited and it’s one of the best I’ve ever had.
Orders two children’s meals, simple and easy right? Now 50 minuites later and I have yet to receive my food, there excuse well we had a big table yet when I came back and requested my food the waiter slips it’s being cooked right now, now normally I wouldn’t be picky and could throw a bone and understand but when you have kids that are hungry yelling at you where is the food that was promised and go back 50 min later and it’s not even cooked, just Absolutley crazy out of all the reviews I’ve done and the food is just…terrible the kids thought it was gross and of course overcooked pogo, fries were cold
Food was awful, I had the pretzel burger. I think it was microwaved. Just awful, don t eat here. The server was super friendly though.
This has to be one of the worst restaurants in which I have ever eaten. We ordered takeout from the restaurant to our hotel room which is in the same hotel as the restaurant. The food was cold, visually unappealing and over cooked. The chicken parm I ordered was burnt on one side and the pasta was like mush. Do not eat here!
I had pasta for dinner. Horrible!!! The worst I ve ever tried. Breakfast buffets are just Ok. And the service during dinner was very slow.
This is still not open to public, only for hotel guests.
My food was terrible. There was only me at the bar and one sitting down in dining. Had nachos and beer and the nachos were stale and cold. I have to admit staff seem very friendly and polite so 5 stars for them. The food Im sorry was just not great.
Menu online is definitely deceiving, they must have new owners, nothing more than truck stop food with fancier tableware. Definitely a disappointment. Frozen fish sticks and clubhouse sandwiches with toppings on the side in cafeteria packaging. Dont waste your time unless your in a hurry and dont care what your eating.
I had dinner from this restaurant while staying at the Radisson. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wrap, it was of an average spicy ( frank red hot sauce flavour ) , but I felt that the wrap did not have enough chicken in it.
Nice quiet place with friendly service and good food.
Very friendly service and the food was great.
Parking: Plenty of free parking right infront of the hotel!! Kid-friendliness: My kids had the grilled cheese and fries and they all loved it. The servers were super friendly and the drinks were amazing!! Wheelchair accessibility: I seen a wheelchair ramp for access.
Was pleasant
We wanted to have a sit down lunch after 15 months of covid and we were very unhappy with the food we got . We will never go back again and l trust others that go be careful what you get.
Pestos is a nice quaint little restaurant where you can have an affordable quiet business meeting. Unfortunatley, they dont offer their lunch buffet anymore. It was the most affordable lunch buffet downtown. However, the food offered at Pestos is delicious and very affordably price and I highly recommend it.
Chicken fingers are the best and their house salad with their balsamic vinegar is wonderful. Great service and not overly busy. Very nice if you want a quiet location to dine with excellent food and service.
Not bad!
Food was disgusting, frozen burgers, frozen fries , dry chicken not good at all
Menu online is nothing like that in the restaurant- beware! Menu in restaurant is much more restrictive. Waited quite a while to get my meal which was tasty but potatoes luke warm compared to rest of meal. Would spend my $ elsewhere but handy as staying at Radisson Sudbury so this was convenient.
Amazing service, friendly staff the food was delicious !
My Vegetable Stir Fry consisted of one cup diced vegetables, 4 cups under-cooked rice, and one over-cooked chicken breast. When The waitress saw I left the rice she asked me how was it as if I had eaten more than 1/4 of the meal. I told her I managed to get through it which evoked no reaction. I ordered a beer and she asked if I wanted it in a can, I had to correct her that I wanted it in a glass. Dont bother eating there, just order in.
Friendly staff, and cozy atmosphere. The buffets are plentiful, and absurdly affordable. 10/10.
Had not been there for some time. Was there the other night and has a fabulous meal. Blackened pickerel
Come join us for daily brunch..bring your friends and family
I wouldnt call it Italian cuisine, more like international cuisine. In any case, inexpensive and good. Here you can safely go out for dinner and end the evening.
Very good pasta. Fast service.
We had an amazing dinner. Staff was great service was amazing. Also went for breakfast and ordered off the menu again great food and great service. Definately a place to eat very convenient if you are staying at the Radisson.
This restaurant is located within the Rainbow Center and serves as an in-house restaurant for the Radisson Blu Hotel, which is also located there. Good food at medium prices, nice staff.
Had their lunch buffet. Food and service both good.
Awesome
Excellent food
Great food...
Stay far away especially from the chef...very unprofessional and rude
Lunch buffet good value
Came here for breakfast. Decent buffet for 9.99$.
Good staff quick service and great food .
Food at lunch is buffet style for the cost its a good place. Quick and not busy at all. Good for a quick bite
