I went to popeyes after a long shift in law enforcement I ordered the deluxe chicken burger extra pickles amd extra sauce. I was with my son a toddler in the car who loves mayo and bites of dads burger. I then got home noticed that I got a regular chicken sandwich spicy and not deluxe I called the location disclosing I cannot eat the burger nore can little noah. The manager disclosed in broken English that was not really legible I can give you a dessert its just lettuce and tomatoes. I disclosed that I am diabetic unable to eat the dessert. He was rude to me saying thats what I can do refusing to accommodate on the phone. if anyone wants a dessert due to the fact a law enforcement officer was denied a re emburssement due to a cultural barrier and refusal to take responsibility of a mistake. You can have it the name is my email. they refused me another burger this place is not an honest business at allllll I was very disappointed will not come back.

I order a chicken and It wasnt fully cooked some of the chicken was raw from inside. Really bad service. I pay for the chicken not to eat raw, all waste of time and money.

Ordered Popeyes on Uber eats and our courier was great! We usually love their chicken but tonight our fries had a huge curly hair attached, as well as our burger. Absolutely killed our appetite

Received the wrong order at the drive threw called to complain and was told forst of all they would not completely compensate me for the order and secondly he said that the order would come out of the staffs pay to make me feel bad about complaining about a mess up they made. Food was good. We received it via delivery so I took that into my assessment. Chicken dinner was done perfect. I found the seasoning a bit salty, but i am very salt sensitive. Chicken nuggets were greasy but Chicken dinner wasnt?

I paid so much money for 10 piece chicken and I get a chicken wing which barely has any meat on it. This shouldn t be part of their menu.

First time trying this place and was pleasantly surprised. I was expecting an over hyped experience, but the food was quite enjoyable. Nice texture on the fries. Good portions. The chicken in the chicken sandwich was moist, tender, and the coating was both crispy and light. Would definitely return again.

Waited almost 15 minutes in the drive through to get dried up chicken. Not impressed

I got a delivery order today and was very very very disappointed with the quality and taste of our food. The shrimps were so overdone and was only crust. The chicken was mild but not actually mild, was extremely spicy, even the onion rings which were soggy and falling apart. The Mac salad was only half full and the beans and rice were dry. It was my first time having Popeyes and Im very disappointed. We spent $80 and was fed garbage quality food. Very upsetting.

App order. Great to deal with, let them know my order#, showed it and they deliver. Its great chicken(especially if you like spicy) and the fried are amazing (Cajun flavored).

Poor customer service, denied us a seat in the restaurant at 9:20 pm even though closing time is 11 pm, fried chicken was disgusting to say the least, fried in ages old oil evidently, buckle up your food quality or put a shutter on it, better still change your garbage management

food flavor is less strong then most fast food. i like it alot. wont be like super thirsty 15 mins after meal.

Just moved here from Thunder Bay where the Popeyes was phenomenal everyday and unfortunately, the Popeyes here is just horrible. The chicken and fries smell and taste like shrimp which Im guessing is because they fry it in the same oil. Disgusting and off-putting!

Chicken sandwich Is a must try. Their wide selection of sides is nice. Wish it was made to order, the chicken would be much better. Aside from that, I enjoy the taste Popeyes offers more than KFC. It is definitely the better option of the two.

Service was horrible. Waited 15 minutes at drive thru to give my order, then another 10 to receive it. All I ordered was a chicken sandwich. It was awful. No condiments and the bun was wet from the steam. I wont be going back. Very disappointed.

ordered a chicken sandwich combo with onion rings...the rings were soggy, the chicken sandwich was edible but far from good. and all my food had a fishy taste. They should use a seperate deep fryer for the fish

Food is soooo delicious but probably the worst service ever. I often go during my lunch hour, and on multiple occasions the service has made me question ever going back. Trying to order through the Drive Thru is frustrating.. especially when the workers are talking over you when youre trying to order. If you ask me a question, let me answer before you start talking over me. MULTIPLE times Ive had missing items, wrong items, wrong drinks, no straws, no napkins... As someone whos worked in the industry, Im usually pretty sympathetic, but when it happens multiple times theres really no excuse. They need to listen with their ears and not their mouths.

Zachs customer service through drive thru was not only friendly but so refreshing, you can tell he cares about people and is so polite made our visit better even just within the few moments of being there! Thank you and Great job Zach!

Have gone multiple times and was hoping it was just a bad day but unfortunately it wasnt. Some of the worst customer service in town!

I just purchased a 16 pack of mild chicken and I was told I had to wait 7 minutes. After picking my order up and going home, I bit into 2 rotten pieces of chicken. My wife and I thought we could smell bad meat in the truck, we found out after eating it at home. This should have never happened. I am truly discussed in the service we got. Inexperienced staff and bad management is the cause of this incident. This will definitely keep me away from ordering Popeyes again.

I am looking for zero star but unfortunately there is no option .. this restaurant used to be my favourite, today i took my meal but it was not good in taste then i drive back to restaurant from my home instead of helping me out manager just started arguing with me In comparison of this restaurant all other have good customer service

As a customer, if I find something wrong with my food and I complaint, management should help me out either by replacing my food or by refund but here they just started arguing with me and ended up saying we cant do anything. My meal was not expensive as I just bought it and drove to home and I find it not good So, I came back but they prefer arguing over solving problem. I think it might because they dont change their oil or fry everything in same oil. Strict measure should be taken.

Probably the worst customer service I ve had in my life Order 4 meals for family and first response is we have no white meat so it will be 12 minutes! Ok not so bad but no white meat? Really? It s a chicken restaurant. So 30 minutes goes by and I ask if it s ready! So on 6 occasions over the next 30 minutes I m told another 4 minutes! So after an hour and 8 times told 4 minutes I say this seems unacceptable! I was informed that my whit meat was given to the drive through customers cause they are in a hurry! WOW!!!! Another 15 minutes of waiting I finally get my chicken. All the other food was cold but I was not going back! So unprofessional ! Why lie 27 times! Just say no chicken we need an hour or so! This snowballed to many customers as the only enough chicken per Order! 3 gentleman before us had been there hour and half!

I wish I had taken a photo of my food to accompany this review but it was too good that I scarfed it down. I ordered the 5 chicken tender combo with a mac and cheese for the side and gravy since it wasn t a dipping sauce option. I must say I am impressed. I was waiting a bit after they opened because it was always so busy when I d drive by but today was the day. The chicken tenders are almost the same size, big and tender, not dry at all. I love that they aren t insanely salty like KFC chicken tenders. The mac and cheese was great, noodles weren t soggy and the gravy was really delicious, I enjoyed the small bits of chicken in it versus just a plain liquid gravy. The service in the drive thru was quick and the staff were friendly. 10/10, I will be back!

Unless you want Kraft dinner for a more expensive price, do not get their Mac and cheese. The chicken although is good depending who s working and the day it is. MAC AND CHEESE IS A NONO

The food is good but expensive, also they WILL make a mistake on every order and you WILL have to wait for your food even for a single meal at the drive thro. They also lose points for not having coupons that do not require paying with credit online with their app.

I have only been to this location a handful of times, but the staff are always awesome, and so is the food - at least the items I have ordered.
