I have never tried The Food Truck before until they were at Valley East Days 2024 ...My daughter and I shared their A La Pickle Poutine. it was amazing!!! Now I know some people do like pickles, this review isnt about that....you know when you eat poutine and the fries at the bottom are soggy? Not at this place!!! I like my fries well done, and the fries at the bottom were as crunchy as the top ones!!. this made for the best poutine I have ever ate!! I am excited to try the rest of their poutine as well as other food. Amazing job The Food Truck !! you have my support keep up the great work!.

Great service

The only place in town I know of that fries with tallow. Amazing crunch without that greasy feeling and aftertaste canola leaves. Hit the spot! Highly recommend.

They always seem to miss at least one item on group orders and are not the friendliest when they get called out on it. 3 times now they do this through Skip and just try to pass the blame but have no problem taking peoples money

Very surprised and disappointed. Ordered a large poutine which is not cheap and it was smaller than the medium poutine at Silver bullet. Update July 9 - I appreciate the offer and the effort you are making. Im not sure if you are aware but when I received the large poutine, it was only 40% filled. The container size might not be the issue and it might be good to make sure all staff are consistent with portions.

great place to find a smash burger and fries. fries are well seasoned for my taste, and the service takes a decent time to make your food fresh and ready to go! have been there multiple times. expect the price to be higher than a fast food restaurant, but their food greatly exceeds the value.

been here twice now and both times have been great. staff are friendly and their menu is simple and the wait time is reasonable. 10/10 recommend and their fries are hand cut and they have tons of parking, along with kid friendly options & reasonably priced. 10/10 overall.

I honestly didn t realize you could make a simple burger so uniquely delicious. It s hard to explain but with simple ingredients they managed to put together a burger that absolutely blows away the competition. I haven t tasted the rest of their menu yet but you bet I ll be lining up there very soon to try every single item

This food truck has the most incredible delicious fresh food. Fresh cut fries from russet potatoes. The poutine is amazingly layered. They bring your order right out to you. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Really great seating with umbrellas. The pogos are the best I ve ever had. I m excited to try their funnel cake and other desserts. They are always improving their menu and really care about making their food and service perfect. I m excited to go back.

Gotta give it to The Big Matt Sauce. A perfect burger was only made better by this sauce. The bun was perfect. It held together and added to the other toppings. The fries were crisp and hot. This is truly Sudburys best burger. Not frozen patties from Costco. My wife and I had burgers. Kids had chicken tenders and a handmade pogo. Portion sizes are excellent. Items came out hot and in a timely fashion. If youve tried the rest, try the best. This was my first visit. It was raining and they were still steady. I only wish I had asked for Big Matt sauce for my fries. Parking: Plenty of parking located around the site.

We ordered a smash burger W/cheese, poutine, pogos and the deep fried Oreos. The guys dont miss. Gravy was flavourful, burgers and buns are perfect, pogos have the perfect crunch and locks the flavour in. Going back again.

First of all, make sure you order a burger! Probably the best burgers in Sudbury. My only complaint is that the wait times can be a bit long (which is ok considering the freshness) and the portion of fries when I ordered a burger combo was very small. The churros were good, could use more cinnamon. The fries were good, make sure to add more salt. The jalapeno poppers were ok, a bit expensive though.

I didn t know this food truck existed until I went to BOSS supplements the other day and I am so glad that I found it as this will be my new go-to food truck. The staff was friendly, the service was quick and the food was delicious without being overpriced. I d definitely recommend this place and will be returning all summer long!

17 dollars for a large fries? i was stunned when she got home never again ... the poutine price is 15.50 for a large and i ordered plain fries... either thier prices changes to absurdity and the menu online does not reflect it .. or the person at the window screwed us ... good food but 17 dollars for large fries hard over cooked and cold??? never again ...

I found the meal to be expensive. I took the double smash burger the lettuce looked horrible (3 small pieces of lettuce mostly the heart) the burger was made wrong with the cheese on top instead of between the two hamburg, the poutine lacked sauce and was cold to say that this is one of the best place in sudbury and 5 stars is a huge lack of food knowledge, theyre not that good and too expensive. I do not recommend

The food was ok but the size of portions given are very small compared to other chip stands . I may need some convincing to go back .

Food tasted like it was cooked by a 10 year old not worth the price, music was overly loud could even have a conversation outside without having to yell to the other person.

This use to be my favorite food truck in all of Sudbury. I stopped in today and was very disappointed. Poutine was way too salty and there was barely any gravy with it. Deep fried pickles had barely any sauce with it. Hopefully this was just a hiccup.

Decided to try out your chip stand. Frys in poutine were dark brown and burnt and also very dry as if they were sitting for a long time and may have been cooked again. Cheese was the worst excuse for curds that I have ever seen. An additional fry was also burnt and dry. These were the worst frys I have ever experienced. Staff who send out product like this should be given their walking papers. Product was thrown out and I will not be returning. We are 3 minutes from you and ordered take out. Take a ride to Chelmsford or Sturgeon Falls and see what a good product is like. Music was so loud that you had to yell to have a conversation.

Tried the fire bird and regular poutine during poutine fest this weekend. There was not enough bird, sauce resembled buffalo style, it was not spectacular. Fries and gravy were okay.

Waited on hold for 50 minutes, commented on their post and didnt get a response until I made a complaint. There food wasnt even good. They served us food that had none of the toppings they were supposed too . Not once did they inform us on the missing ingredients and toppings and on top of that they are claiming I called them names and was ignorant . I was not. The food wasnt good and neither was the service. 1000% do not reccomend !

First when I arrived I was next up to order, I first waited 11 mins to even be acknowledged (while standing at the window) then waited an additional 6 mins for the girl to take my order. After the order was taken to my surprise the food arrived promptly and delivered to the table. (We had a very large order 7 people). The burger I ordered was excellent and also had specific instructions and the burger was made exactly the way I wanted. Also had the chicken tenders witch were also delicious! However the big downfall was the fries and poutine. The poutine was cold and fries were hard a rock and tasted as if they were cooked the day before. Gravy tasted like it came from a can. So basically the meat menu items were excellent but fries and poutine really needs work. Will be giving this place another try soon.

Not your typical greasy spoon. The food truck uses high quality, fresh ingredients from produce all the way to lean ground beef! The fries are fresh cut and locally sourced valley potatoes. The staff is very friendly. Owner settles for nothing less than perfection when it comes to customer satisfaction and it shows in the exceptional taste. This place has the best burger in the city. (period). The only place I have had a better burger is my back yard if I go the extra mile. Hand pressed patty and a lightly toasted bun. The fries were fresh cut to order and most of the food is locally sourced! In addition they told me they change their fryer oil every three days! The fries were amazing. YOU GOTTA EAT HERE!!!

I got funnel cake here and it was absolutely delicious. It did take them awhile to make it but I think it was their first funnel cake of the day. Would get it again!

Behold, the burger commandments. Follow these and prosper. 1) season thy burgers 2) if thy burger is thicker than thy bun, a smash burger thy burger is not 3) season thy burgers 4) if thy fries are still the colour of potatoes they are not crispy 5) season thy burgers At the moment, I really can t recommend this to anyone, but seriously it would take 20 minutes to fix the issues and make this place a great spot.

Update: the owner reached out and was extremely apologetic and cordial, and has made steps to make it right. Its fantastic to see someone stand behind their product. Will be giving them a another shot and Ill save further judgement till then. To start, I rarely write negative reviews and after seeing the raving sentiment decided to give this place a try. Purchased 4 burgers and fries, condiments were completely forgotten on 2 burgers. We did not receive gravy despite ordering and being charge for it. The fries were entirely inedible and looked nothing like what others have posted, WAY over cooked with likely old oil. Should come with a caveat that you have dental insurance before consuming as they were rock solid. Burgers were also over cooked with blackened edges.

When for the first time tonight the service was amazing and the food was some of the best food I have eaten up here I our almost 10 months of living in the Sudbury area awesome smash burgers and Poutine most definitely going back and will try other stiff as well .

I was just here 20 mins ago and I dont usually leave a negative review but this needs to be said while I was in the car waiting for my food I witnessed you eating fries and then liking your fingers I understand how the service industry is but unfortunately I will not be returning and if I can make a suggestion to put railings on your stairs for the elderly and dissabled please and thank you

I love this food truck especially the smash burger and fries ,but the price of the ice cream was to much ,I ordered three cone ,two cotton candy and one sea salted and caramel ,and it.came up too 18.90 ,way too expensive ,if it wasnt for my grandkids who wanted it I wouldve said never mind and go at mcdonald for a.2 dollar cone

The staff was great but our poutin was cold the cheese didn t even melt. The hot dog was all dried out as well. I usually don t complain but I was looking forward to the poutin. There were more cheese curds than fries and were small. Not sure if we want to try again

The burger was so thin that I don t think the cow even felt it being shaved off. How this establishment won any kind of contest is beyond me.
