I normally don't leave reviews anywhere. But this one had to be made. I was purchasing a chicken shawarma wrap and when I went to pay, the cashier entered a 15% tip for himself. After that when I went to pickup my food from the counter, the employee wouldn't say anything and wouldn't even acknowledge me, with a dirty look on her face. This restaurant has a miserable environment to it and the Staff like to try and tip themselves without you knowing. The food was a 5/5 stars, but I would give the customer service a negative star out of 5 if I could.
Yesterday i tried their falafel on salad and it was very tasty. They serves the best food in city. Provides healthy and vegetarian options too. Highly recommended .
Today I tried osmow's new crispy chicken wrap and it was awesome. I really loved their food. Staff was very nice and friendly. Highly recommend
Today i visited osmows Algonquin location and i tried today’s special deal that is Friday’s special falafel oz box, I am vegetarian and honestly I really loved their food . It has great taste as well as provides sufficient proteins and cals , hence a healthier option.

I tried lots of Osmow s over the canada that was the worst ever i ordered half and half chicken ,and regular size poutine with extra onions,that was horrible poutine bowl was full of liquid even can spill and the half and half chickens smell so bad look like they do not ever throw waste chicken,not gonna try ever again at this location

I visited osmosis last week and I tried falafel saj wrap, wrap was awesome. I liked the taste of vegan sauces specially hummus and vegan garlic. On the other hand, they provided good customer service as they greeted each customer calmly and wonderfully, it was such a nice experience and highly recommended for veg or non- veg .. Vegetarian options: There is ample vegetarian options for people like they can try falafel in wrap, on stix, on salad, on rice or one can try falafel oz box or saj box with vegan sauces ..
The service and food was great.. the environment could be a little cozy though. Its not as suitable mainly because of lack of space. Also personally, I wouldnt want people sitting exactly at the entrance of the shop because its so convenient. Imagine sitting there eating quietly and you get distracted by each and everyone entering the store. However, to each their own. Vegetarian options: The falafel was so goood.. and well cooked. Never had one better than Osmows!

Food quality is going bad day by day. It used to be a good restaurant in the past. But the food quality is going down and the staff is mostly rude or doesn t really care about any customers.

Me and my friend visited Osmows yesterday we ordered chicken on the rocks and beef on the rocks , both of us enjoyed the food the toppings we asked for were properly added and the sauces were very delicious. The staff was very friendly and behaved so nicely. We really love Osmows .
