About a year ago I gave a bad review of this place, because my sub was sub par. However I decided to take a chance and try again. And I am so glad I did! I loooooove the chicken cesaer sub so muchhhh. However, to get it tasting like it did in the good ol days you have to request no tomatoes and extra lettuce. I was also relieved to get actual chicken and not deli slices this time.

Ordered food from this place for the first time and it was very plain food the chicken looked a bit unhealthy and the price was high I just put everything in the garbage and ordered a pizza lost few bucks won t ever go back

1st time ordering since new owners.Meatball sandwich was average if they made meatballs from scratch instead of frozen am quite sure would make much better,sauce pleasant flavor&just need more cheese .The pizza was top shelf crust &fresh mushrooms,large pepperoni loook forward 2 trying homemade dumplings made from scratch

Dont listen to anyone. This place isnt called Sub-World. Its called Levack Jacks. If you want the best dumplings and pizza in town then this is the place. Staff is super polite and theyll take care of you. I recommend this place to anyone downtown looking for a quick bite.

Unfortunately the chicken on my sub was chewy and bread was soggy. They served a rude customer who came in 10 minutes after me! Took forever to get the sub. They did put olives on it for me! Im not even surprised to see how many amazing reviews are here! I had moved to London for 4 years and craved sub world constantly. They have the absolute best food, everything is incredible and always so fresh, fast and tastes like heaven. I order constantly and their consistency is EVERYTHING. Theyve never forgotten an item throughout all my uber eats orders and everything is always made how I chose. I dont even leave reviews but everyone needs to know how unreal this place is.

Do not order from here. They salt everything and consider it as a spice. Absolute worst place to eat in Sudbury. Terrible food and horrid service.

i went thinking it was the old sub city, NEVER WILL I RETURN!! it should be called sub dump, ordered 2 asst subs, tasted like it was tossed on the floor of the garbage room. plus it was made with real chicken chunks. NEVER will i go back.

Just found my late night taco place, just ordered through skip and the fish taco was good, crispy as hell but not burnt and not fishy tasting. Good guac ! And the chickie taco was just as good :)

Since it reopen, I am very impressed, the meatball sub was spectacular and the lasagana was equally good, great service, very polite and even better food!

It not the same as before. I order the big dripper and i got extra meat pay $4.50 for it . It didnt like loke extra meat dont enough butter and wasnt toasted in the oven. But they do make these Chinese dumplings theyre awesome

Best subs in town Ive now tried four different types including the Philly the roast beef the assorted chicken Club and every one of them is amazing the best thing that feels like youre back 30 years ago with real meat and traditional sub buns and best of all its a local business owner.

Must try Hidden gem! The Crabmeat Rangoon is extremely flavorful. Homemade dumpling are massive and delicious, I recommend the dill with pork. The the Philly steak sub price is the same as subway, except this has real flavor that makes you come back for more. I wish they were further away from where I live, so I would not go so much lol.

I couldnt decide what to eat. The menu is expansive. So many yummy options. I had the chive and pork dumplings and the dip sauce was the best thing ever. So tasty. A worker offered me a dill dumpling as a sample. Highly recommended! I aslo had fish taco. Had all the desired flavors you would look for. I will be back!!!

New ownership, Harry is the best of the best. The menu has a large variety to choose from including some Chinese options. Chicken/Fish taco s & chive dumplings were fantastic but don t miss on the honey pepper pork, it s so good! Highly recommend checking Sub World out if you haven t. I ll be back!

Ordered the Honey Pepper Pork for my 1st time today, and it was absolutely tasty and delicious! In my opinion, the regular order is big enough for 2 servings; it is so good, I cant wait to go back tomorrow, lol! My mouth is salivating just thinking about it! If you havent checked out Sub World since theyve opened 7 or 8 weeks ago, drop by to try their lunch specials; personal pizza and wings, fries and a soda are just two of the options! Went to grab dinner last night with a friend. The kitchen looks spotless and the menu is huge! There are so many options, it was a wonderful surprise. We ordered a pizza, chicken taco and crab rangoon(?) and it was all very good! and so affordable. Also, for two staff, they were quick. 10/10 would recommend!

After eating half a sub and two wings, I noticed multiple hairs baked into my third. Every other wing in the order has hair in it. I absolutely REFUSED to eat the rest of my order as I am now disgusted and sick to my stomach. When I ordered my food I certainly did not ask for extra dandruff on my order. How gross and horrible can a restaurant be that there are *multiple hairs* sticking out of *multiple wings* ! Also, not the biggest deal, but the last time I ordered I got one fish taco and one veggy taco . . . they both tasted and looked exactly the same . . .

Food is excellent, many choices (many more since reopening), great prices, great portion sizes, exceptional customer service. Will be happy to purchase any time. Dietary restrictions: I am on a restricted diet which they met with utmost exception and it was delicious. Kid-friendliness: My high school daughter went in, bought subs and came to my work near-by. She said the staff was so nice, treated her respectfully and with kindness that she never sees in other places that she has patronaged.

So I use to love the Ceasar salads here. It use to have a lot more ingredients. Kinda makes me sad because I use to order them here all the time. It was basically lettuce and sauce.

New ownership has been a breath of fresh hair. Reasonable prices with fantastic takeout food. I highly recommend you try the dumplings, hand made, generous portion sizes and PACKED with flavour.

Came here at 1:40 am. Best pizza Ive ever had. Better than my Moms pizza. Service was friendly and inviting. Service was fast. It was amazing. 10/10 would recommend their pizza to everyone I know.

They dont have dine-in... but what they do have is one of the most extensive menus in Sudbury Subs to Tacos, salads, pizza, assortment of apps for days like dumplings, wings, pasta, chicken burgers and thats just to name a good portion but they have a lot more for decent pricing and theyre open until 3am so really this is one of the best places to eat in Sudbury if youre looking for good food that isnt too expensive late at night

If anyone likes authentic Chinese dumplings, THIS is the place. These are the best dumplings I ve ever had, and I ve eaten a lot. In Markham, Vaughan, Toronto, Richmond Hill, etc., and these are BETTER. Tried both pork and chive and pork and dill, and I am absolutely blown away with how full, juicy and savoury they are. Perfect wrapper to filling ratio, not thick skinned nor too thin .these are some NEXT level jiaozi.

This was my all time favorite place to eat . It had the best food and great hours. Esspecially for those who work late or are night owls like myself. The meat monster was my all time fave and there desserts were the best and best prices. The delivery was always fast and great people working there all around.

Youre better off not paying for extra cheese.

I ordered a large spaghetti for delivery. They had to return because they forgot my beverage. Also the spaghetti was not fresh at all, some noodles were hard and crispy. The delivery time also was poor. Also forgot the parmesan cheese. I dont think I have ordered since.

We ordered three subs at 2am to be delivered, they finally showed up minutes before the restaurant closed and they had completely forgotten meat on two of our subs. We called to complain and were told to throw them out and they gave us a credit for replacements plus free delivery.. We tried to order the subs today and not only did the lady working the phone barely speak english she kept laughing well she was speaking to us, told us she had to put her boss on the phone and then hung up and wouldnt answer until we called from a different number and again kept laughing and interrupting well we were trying to explain. We spoke to another english speaking staff member that said they would handle it and the manager who apologised and said they would have to track down the employee and would get back to us. After forty five minutes the manager finally told us he believes us and theyd take care of the order.. Which they still hadnt even began to make. Its now been an hour and a half so we called the restaurant back and were told the food is ready but takeout taxi hasnt shown up yet and we should call them. Called the manager again and he told us they use takeout taxi for deliveries on the weekends and he would sort it out. I called takeout taxi to find out they called the order in at 9:08 pm, 53 minutes after the manager telling us he would have our order made. In total, we have waited two and a half hours for two replacement subs because they didnt want to fix the issue last night when it happened. I strongly recommend never wasting your money or time here.

I ll admit, the food is awesome, but the service (delivery specifically) sucks. I called at 9pm to order a pizza. At 10pm I called to check on it because I live right down the street and was told it would be there in 5-10 mins. I asked if it was already made because if not I would just cancel it, he said they had just made it and it s on it s way out the door. At 11pm I called again and he said the driver was on the way, I said I don t want a pizza that s been made an hour ago, plus the person it s for fell asleep . He rambled on and I couldn t understand what he was saying, but I said I no longer wanted it and to tell the driver (who was supposedly on the way) not to come to the door because someone was sleeping. At 11:30pm I get a call from the driver saying he s at my place with the delivery. I was not offered a credit or to get this delivery for free. I wasn t even given an apology. I think that s the worst service I ve ever gotten anywhere in my entire life. If you do order make sure to pick it up!!

Delivery sucks

This restaurant isnt very clean. It looks kind of sketchy. Its not in the best area. But for some reason, I love it. The food is awesome, and its cheap too. Their subs are honestly delicious, even though I believe that the store has been subject of multiple health violations. They manage to make delicious subs, that make me ignore that entire part about them. I think that if you try it out, you might find something you love. Edit: since changing from Sub City to Sub World its gotten even better.

If you need a good sub at midnight? Come to this place! Meatball sub is definitely the best drunk sub ever. You got to try it, its definitely insanely delicious!

Been to this location on three seperate occasions. First off it is the best late night food you can get in the city. The pizza is average imo but the sandwchiches, the meatball sub specifically, are outstanding.

Won t go back here , went inside for subs October 3rd 2018 and the girl was on her cell phone as we were waiting for her to finish her personal call and when she finally got off the phone she didn t listen to what we were asking on both our subs , needless to say both subs were wrong and only noticed when we got home.

Ordered spaghetti for delivery from here once and specifically asked what was in the sauce and the guy said lots of veggies (peppers, onions, mushrooms etc.) but no meat so I added the meatballs. When it came the sauce had no veggies at all and I got four extremely small meatballs. Also about 12$ more than advertised on the menu.

The best Hole in the wall for pizza and subs, desserts aint shabby.. The best thing I love about this place is that it is open the longest duration then any place in Sudbury. Probably the only place open latest on weekends. Delivery times are realitic and so are waiting times. I love their Pizzas the most, generous with cheese with a good choices of toppings. Best meatball sub Ive ever had!!

Used to love this place , idk what tf happend but their delivery was 1hr20mins when they estimated 45 for a simple meal. After all of that they forgot part of our order at the store then had to wait another 45 mins after an uncooperative phonecall the quality of the food is poor. The pizza was thin and burned and the salad was soggy. Never eating here again and to top it all off, overpriced.
