Hidden gem! Why is noone talking about this place? Blows cowbunga out of the water. Taste comparable to North of Brooklyn from Toronto. Tomato sauce is so on point, perfect balance between sweet and salty, you can really taste the tomatos in it. The crust is crunchy but soft and not a jaw breaker. Wish I took a picture but I was too distracted by all the goodness I didnt really get a chance... Will be back sooner than planned.

I must say I was a little shocked to see the prices. A little steep. But I like to support local businesses. This was the best pizza I have had in a long time. Worth every penny. The topping were abundant, fresh. Perfectly cooked. It instantly made me compare it to the pizza I had in Rome. It is that good.

Very disappointed. Ordered dinner for me and the kids and the pizza was soaked in oil and soggy. Crust was hard. Wings were cooked in dirty oil, overloaded with salt to try and mask flavour, was so salty it burned. It s unfortunate the pizza was so soggy and oily because it looked amazing till you picked it up

Had a wonderful experience here. Was greeted at the door from our waitress ( Haley) with a big friendly smile , Got a nice table by the window and Haley quickly got our drinks and was very excited to tell us the special and all about their menu! Started with salad and followed with a large pizza that was very good!! Sour dough crust and sauce was excellent. Well Cooked , right amount of cheese and the cup and char pepperoni topped it off amazingly , Waitress came and checked on us often . I would highly recommend dining here for great food and service

On our way home, we decided to randomly stop at this pizza place. We are still talking about the pizza! Soooo delicious!! It was the best we ve ever had. It was a custom pizza, but I can imagine the others are just as delicious! I rarely leave reviews but it was too unique of an experience i had to share my gratitude. thank you so much!

Bad customer service.

I m sorry guys, I don t usually do this but I spent $50 and I work hard for my money, I thought I d give this place a try as I ve never been before, and I was so sadly disappointed, I ve actually never in my entirely life had pizza this bad, undercooked in the centre with no cheese, the meatball slices were like rubber, almost no tomato sauce. The Callimari was tasty but the portion was palm sized and for $15 dollars I could go to Kelsey s and have three times that amount of calimari for the same price. The cheese bread tasted better than the pizza which I couldn t believe. I m open to giving you guys a chance to change my review but I d be expecting a freshly made pizza for free. That was the most insane experience of my life and I m sorry once again, when I say worst pizza I ve ever had I m Italian, I eat ALOT OF PIZZA, that was Theeee worst!

So I tried this place for my first and last time. I ordered a pizza and 10 wing for my wife and I. It came up to about $40. When I saw the pizza I was surprised how small it was. It tasted ok but definitely not worth the $20 and change. The wing were dry and over cooked and had little to no flavor. I probably would have been better off going to little ceasers.

Craving pizza? This is the spot to go to! They have very fun and tasty pizzas. Always fresh and always a treat. The fried cheese curds are also amazing!

Eat in or take away, one thing is guaranteed, the pizza will taste amazing! Friendly staff and quick service. By picking up, ring ahead as everything is done fresh so they need 20 minutes from order to it being ready, well worth the wait. There is even a couple of parks facing the lake less then 2 minutes away if you dont want to wait in the restaurant.

FOOD delicious...demeanor of staff seemed ignorant....asked for a menu for future orders and was told to look up online...not cool..I guess that is the way of today...however when I spend $50 for pizza I dont care much for a dismmive response!

Been here 2x, First time pizza was excellent. Good amount of all toppings. Second time tonight, pizza unfortunately was not the same, barely any cheese, very dry, only a few pepperonis around. Was really looking forward to that first pizza we ordered, was sadly disappointed with this pizza tonight. Consistency would be appreciated.

We came in this morning for some donuts, and they did NOT disappoint!!! they had a huge selection to choose from each donut was flavourful/fluffy and with a rich topping/filling. Not to mention they are absolutely beautiful. Also very reasonably priced I feel like this will be our new Saturday routine thanks so much great job guys!

Prices are quite steep for some very ordinary food-including the pizza. I did not appreciate being charged more on pick up than what their website shows. Pizza dinner for 2 is $55 including HST and tip!

Pizza was over cooked and hardly any cheese present. The veg lasagna was so small (only filled bottom 1/3 of the container) and disappointing. Pricing differs on the website vs what they charge and they won t honour it. A shame, this was a favourite for many years

The pizza from this establishment is a 12 out of 10 it s absolutely delicious the unfortunate part is the woman working the front desk taking all the orders and dealing with customers is atrocious she is angry and has no people skills, if you have to deal with people and you see them every day and you re annoyed by everybody that walks in the front door maybe you should think about getting a different career. Both my wife and I have been honestly offended by how aggressive this woman is and how annoyed and bitter she seems when dealing with us with taking a simple pizza order. If the customer service at this establishment where is good as the pizza is that comes out of the oven s this would be a 20 out of 10 establishment hopefully this review is taken seriously and the person that deals with the customers is either replaced or replenished

Had dinner today 5/8/22 We frequent there 2-4x a year Our server Darren was excellent. The food was great we had Caesar salad wings and both got our own pizza. No complaints and we will be back.

Delicious pizza!!

May 27 visit, and 630pm. Ordered over the phone for pickup, and the girl sounded completely lost, so we made sure we had some extra patience when we went in. Unfortunately, two girls were chatting together while we waited over 5 minutes for them to even acknowledge us. They were rude, disinterested, and honestly, this was some of the worst service we have experienced.

We ordered a small salad, 10 wings and a small pizza through Skip. Only the pizza was sent. I contacted the restaurant hoping they would fix the mistake but sadly no. The only response was to contact Skip. Pizza was just ok.

Very friendly staff. I walked in 40 min before closing and they didn t tell me to leave like most restaurants would, the food came out very fast and the pizza was cooked to perfection. One of the best pizza joints I ve ever been to.

Spent $52 on a medium pizza and fried cheese curds. Spent an additional $3.58 for green olives. They were cut in halves- in total there were 4 olives. Super salty and pretty much the worst pizza I ve had. Definitely do not recommend this place

Easily the best pizza place in the area; always super friendly, pricing is on-par with all the other pizza places around (except they do a really good $12 pizza deal on Thursdays), and their food/ingredients are always fresh and delicious. They dont overload the pizzas with cheese, and have really cool options for toppings; my favourite is the Pierogi Pizza, but you honestly cant go wrong with any of the specialty pizzas.

Best pizza in town, and you definitely pay for it. Probably best vegan pizza in Niagara, even better than Bellas but again, more expensive and less specialty. More than one occasion Ive had terrible customer service when I recieve wrong orders or a piece of plastic in my pizza. If you want quick easy pizza in Grimsby go elsewhere. If you want the best pizza in Niagara, make the drive to St. Catharines for Odd Bar. If you want to spend 60 bucks for 2 delicious pizzas, an hour pickup wait time, and poor quality staff, you got your place here. The owners have been great everytime im there. Their staff are just less than okay.

not bad but good food.

Good pizza, but i dont think I will buy from here again due to the poor customer service. The woman who takes the take-out orders appears quite unprofessional and has made rude comments the past 2 times we have ordered from here. I am lactose-intolerant so I appreciate that they have a dairy-free cheese option available, but I received a judgemental comment from her when I asked to put some meat on the vegan pizza. I think it is comes off very unfriendly and deters me from ordering here again. Hopefully some improvement in customer service can be made!

the girl that cashs you out when you arrive is rude ... she is not polite at all , owner should seriously look into this .. lots of people in that area stop going because of this issue... its well known!

Quality ingredients (brick cheese) and amazing toppings makes this one of my favourite pizza places ever ! The Sweet and Spicy and The Bronx are my personal favourites !

Sadly I was very disappointed in my order tonight. Almost everything was over cooked. Pasta was so over cooked it was dry, peppers where so over cooked they where soggy and all the cheese melted out of them, wings under seasoned, dip given with carrots was watered down and tastless. Sadly this is one local spot I will have to stop supporting since this is not the first time food has been poorly prepared.

We just had the best time at You Had Me At Pizza! It s my daughters favourite restaurant and was so excited to take her friends there for her bday. The food deli should and the waitress was amazing! (even as she juggled deliveries, tables and pick-ups) This is a Grimsby treasure.

Waited just under an hour for a pepperoni pizza? Was told 25 minutes on the phone, ended up sitting here for over 50 minutes and was told pizza wasn t ready as we sat and waited. Won t come back nor would I recommend this place.

My sons favorite pizza spot! He loves the pizza. I cant get enough of the pasta-less lasagna. My wife loves the wings and Cesar salad. Always a nice night for the family.

Who the heck charges for cheese on a pizza......... I m Italian and this is by far the worst take on Italian food I ve ever had. Pizza was Completely burnt yet soggy at the same time....terrible sauce....barely any Italian toppings to choose from. These are key factors in making a decent pizza. You re charging insane prices for food you don t even know how to make/cook...... one big scam

Best pizza in Town So sweet and professional staff

16 3 topping pizza and 2 pounds of wings $60 takeout. Good thing i messed up the tip. Pizza looked like my two year put it together. Wings were almost black in color. Flavor of mine were ok but her salt and vinegar dry rub was terrible.

Good LASAGNA . The chicken wings were BURNT. NOT GOOD. Couldnt eat them.

You had me at pizza, but you lost me at the price... after calling twice to place a pizza for takeout I placed my order - 16 Build your Own with chicken and 4 vegetable topping. That will be $40 (and change) . Absolutely ridiculous pricing. $4.00 per meat and $3.00 for each vegetable - I wanted some peppers and mushrooms, not gold flake...

And thats saying something because It was my birthday and even telling her that didnt make her lighten up any. Nothing but condescension because I dont know what a Detroit style pizza is and because I ordered two alcohol drinks for myself to celebrate my birthday. Had to ask for my water, pizza dip and drink twice because she just forgot to bring it. Did I mention my partner and I were LITERALLY THE ONLY PEOPLE IN THE RESTAURANT... And she couldnt remember to bring us our stuff. I wanted to leave before I even ordered because of her. If I could zero star I would. I will never go back. You honestly arent missing anything special other than an amazingly terrible waitress.

Will not go back. The waitress is mean. Made me feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable. The food was meh. Got the spaghetti and meatballs and the pasta was undercooked. Meatballs were okay but for the price and the service I expected a lot more. Never again.

Fantastic!! We ordered from You had me at pizza for the first time tonight. We won t be ordering from our local place again. The ingredients, crust, and everything about this pizza is fantastic. We ordered the mushroom based pizza, the perogie Stromboli, and the pepperoni Detroit style pizza (which was a good 1.5 inches thick.) The cheeses on the mushroom pizza were mouth-watering. Everything was flavourful, and a perfect temperature when served. So glad to have discovered this new Grimsby gem!

Service was great. We also had fried cheese curds and stuffed peppers for apps, tasty! And pizzas were all fab as well. We all want to go back to get everything else we didnt get this time.

Unpretentious, comfortable, relaxed neighbourhood go to! Love the sit in option for pizza. If I could stop ordering the Detroit Style Pizza I could speak to the rest of the menu. This Pie is NOT your typical fast food!

Had the meat pizza and the salt and vinegar wings. it was so good i reordered the next day because my guests ate most of it during the game. best wing i have had and i never heard of the flavour before. If you try it you will love it and so will your guests. Pizza was also amazing with HUGE big toppings. quality is back at this place. My new go to place for sure

Best Vegan pizza ever! We dont normally like fake-mozz but the cashew almond version they make in house is amazing. Toppings were generous and fresh and top of the line in quality. They also zip it up with garlic vegan parm. A definite go-to for us.

They brought us half our order then the other half 5 minutes later. Garlic bread seemed to have no garlic flavour. Kids cheese pizza had barely any sauce and cheese was salty! Veal parmesan was dry/burnt and spaghetti was cold. Kids pasta dish was flavorless. Not what we were expecting. Hoped it would have been alot better
