I got a medium pizza and 2 pounds of wings for $47 , the medium pizza is actually the size of a small in my opinion it s over priced for pizza , anywhere else it s $10-12 for a medium not much flavour to it both the pizza and wings.

I ordered a medium pizza.and received a small pizza instead. Price was over $20 ridiculous. I do order from pizza pizza alot, and know this was not a medium size. I called the store and they ignored my request to solve my problem. They could have help to work with me to solve my problem. But they decided to feel customers do not matter. So I would ask people to be aware of this place or be cautious of your order or you could be duped. I ask them for Pino the original owner, but they said he is no longer ger ther over 8 years ago, but I spoken to Pino the owner two years ago, so you can see something is wrong here lying is not professional. So think before you order. I do t hate this place, but be professional and work with customers

We order wings and pizza for a party on the weekend. Loved the pizza, crust was perfect with a little char. Wings were cooked and sauced well. Will definitely be back.

Delicious pizza always

Used to be my go to place in Grimsby for pizza. Went after the ownership changed and not near as good unfortunately. No different than any other middle east owned pizza place. I wont be back.

We ordered for delivery. We ordered three small pizzas, two orders of wings, and a panzerotti. My family really enjoyed the wings, my son said his panzerotti was good but not the best hes had, and we liked the pizza; however, we did find it too well done (almost burnt), we were a bit disappointed given the many positive reviews.

Phenomenal meat ball sub!

Yesterday I tried the Greek Pizza from Amici s Pizzeria, at first, I thought it look like an average pizza store, but I was blown away by the flavor and texture of this classic dish. I expect my pizza to have a medium-thick crust with perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside and Amicis was just right. Even the crust was flavorful and had a nice chewiness to it, making it a perfect base for the toppings. The olives on the pizza were plentiful and oregano with black pepper added just right amount of spiciness. The cheese melted to perfection and had a rich, gooey texture and feta cheese complemented beautifully. I don t know the if there was something different about the tomato sauce which was tangy and adding balance out the richness of the cheese. Overall, I was extremely impressed and never thought an average pizza joint can churn out delicious and satisfying meal. I look forward to trying more of their offerings in the future !

This place is awesome! We just stopped through on our way to the US, and automatically the small shop looked great. Very clean, very friendly. We got a small Canadian pizza and it was so good. Enough to feed 3 of us!! Highly recommend!!

Amici s makes a great pizza; fantastic toppings and specialty pizzas, incredibly consistent, and a good price. I think this is New Jersey style pizza, so the crust is a bit thinner, slightly towards crispy instead of chewy, and tasty sauce. The pickle pizza is one of the best topping combos I ve ever had, and others like gyro and shawarma are excellent too. Don t sleep on their other menu items either; the shawarma and gyro sandwiches are excellent sizes and reasonably priced, and the wings are good pizza joint wings. The staff are always friendly, never make mistakes, and provide accurate time estimates. YUMMMMMMMMM

We placed an order for 2XL pizzas and 5 pounds of wings through skip the dishes. We got our pizzas and 2 pounds of wings(which were fresh and AMAZING) but shy 3 pounds so we called the store(5:15pm), the gentleman on the phone said the skip driver forgot the box with the other 3 pounds of wings. No biggie, accidents happen. The gentleman at Amicis instructs me to refund part of my order through skip and the store will rebill(at a discounted rate) me for the 3 pounds of wings directly and deliver them as soon as we are off the phone, sounds great right?! Well then an hour and a half go by(6:45pm) still no wings!! so I call again, The gentleman on the phone now says Hell be pulling in your driveway any minute. finally at 7:15pm the driver pulls in saying it was really busy, we had a lot of local deliveries (We are only in Beamsville 9 minutes from the store) he was very nice and seemed to feel bad about the situation but in other words the store kept bumping my order back and back and back until all their closer deliveries were done and to hell how long my family had to wait for the rest of our order. And its not like they remade the wings, no that would have been to costly for them so instead they send out 3 pounds of wings that have been sitting on a shelf for the past 2 and a half hours and are now cold and hard. We order often from Amicis between family gatherings and events we host but unfortunately because of this we will be taking our business elsewhere, a very easy solution would have been for the guy to just tell me they were to busy to send there driver that far or to just leave it at to refund part of my order through skip

The staff at Amicis are some of the nicest 9ve met. Friendly staff and good pizza. Its heating harder to find pizza shops that still use quality ingredients and at amicis its all fresh and high quality. I personally love the wraps but try it all they dont have a bad dish in the bunch.

Best Pizza comparing to those larger franchise, price and potion are reasonable, staff always friendly and ready to server. Well always return here once in the area.

I have decided that Amicis pizzeria has the best pizza in Grimsby. Reminds me of a place called fourth man in the fire back in Toronto. The dough was really good. So was the sauce and the toppings. They use red onions which makes the experience so much better. Clearly they know how to make a pizza. The side of garlic sauce was so good. Lots of garlic. This will be my pizza joint. Prices are reasonable too.

I came here for the first time yesterday, it was so good that I came back for lunch today. I got the shawarma wrap made with their amazing homemade bread - the serving was huge and loaded with chicken! I also got their home cut fries - yum! Today I got a panzerotti and it was so big that they gave it to me in a medium size pizza box! It was so big that I asked them to cut it in half - definitely a large enough serving for 2 ppl! The staff was super friendly too - highly recommended!

Sadly disappointed with the pizza here. We used to drive from Niagara to get the pizza from Amicis .. it was a different style. The wings used to be so much better too. We asked for Buffalo style, Frank s and butter and they have us a sweet medium sauce that was nothing like Buffalo style. If I was the owners here, change your name. Don t play it off like your Amici s pizza, and say the food is the same on the phone and than we drive 20 min to have not good wings and not the pizza we are expecting.

Surprised the reviews are so high, it s why we ordered and were let down. Yes it s fresh and has quality ingredients, but the problem is there is no flavour, very bland. It s a bland dough, bland sauce, no seasoning, with fresh toppings is all. I also asked for extra sauce and got almost none. Had to add our own sauce and seasoning just to want to finish, and we were hungry which is always a bad sign. It looks good though

First time visiting since ownership changed. Ordered the shawarma pizza and three lbs of wings. Pickup was ready quickly and both were good. The reason behind the two stars is the wings looked like there weren t that many in the box given how much we ordered Weighing with box and all on a kitchen scale there were barely over two lbs. I d chalk this up to an innocent error, but didn t receive a reply after reaching out through email so thought I d post letting other customers know to watch out

I m really disappointed with my order today. We had chicken shawarma, good cook, and reasonable price. But it was so salty. We couldn t finish it.

Rating this a 3 to give benefit of the doubt. Both our pizzas were soggy and floppy, crust barely cooked pizza near cold after picking up at exact time. Wings were mediocre. Both dips were great. Had high hopes and understand this is a small business so hope to see better of them.

Lived in Grimsby for over 20 years, had the original Amicis pizza my entire life. This is a well known establishment for the Jersey style pizza. Unfortunately the new owners did not keep this trend. Will not be continuing business with them, hot wings are not hot, pizza looks terrible, undercooked dough. Its sad they kept the original name, farthest thing from it! Should be made clear that it is not original recipe.

This was my first pizza experience in Grimsby and I m glad it was. Ordered the Greek and Veggie pizza and they were both absolutely delicious. I specifically liked the quality and quantity of the toppings. The Greek pizza was especially tasty. A must try!

Best Gyro I ve had in a long time!

Split a gyro , shawarma and a panzarotti with wife. First we ate the Gyro wrap, it was huge for $7 and overflowing with delicious gyro meat! Next we had the shawarma , again tons of meat overflowing out of a custom type bread pocket, possibly made out of pizza dough, it was delicious. The meat was juicy. We thought we would be too full to enjoy the panzarotti, we were wrong! Also we had the new pizza recently and definitely recommend it as well. Amicis will definitely be our go to for shawarma and gyros in the area.

We LOVE this place!!! New to the area and this place is on repeat almost every other week or when we have events. The wings are to die for, they have been a repeated order numerous times. The sauce is too delicious. And the pepperoni pizza is our favourite as well.

This was my absolute favourite pizza place when Pinot was there , hadn t been in awhile and didn t realize they changed . Ordered what I always did and was so excited meat lovers and there garlic sauce opened the box and knew it wasn t right, wasn t that signature crust. A more generic pizza now, so disappointed and was my favourite pizza! Miss the amazing garlic sauce as well. Nothing wrong with service or anything just not the same quality anymore reminds me of Ginos.

Just tried this pizza for the first time since the new ownership. I ordered the gyro pizza and the shwarma pizza. They were both very good. The meat was tasty and fresh. Lots of toppings and sauce. The man that served me was very friendly. I will be going back there.

We got the medium chicken shawarma and gyro pizzas, and they were both amazing - very flavourful, perfectly cooked crust, and lots of toppings. The dipping sauce was amazing too. Best of all, the price was very reasonable, and given that two slices were filling enough, the value is great. Id definitely recommend giving it a try.

I head Amici s was under new ownership and checked out the menu online. I ll admit the shawarma and Gryo pizza had me intrigued. I ll also add tam hat their prices are great - our usual go to in town has increased prices and the quality has gone way down hill. Happy we tried this place out. Had people over and everyone raves about the Gyro pizza. We also had wings, the honey garlic where the hit, I m partial to the Smokey bbq. Everything was delicious, quality ingredients, no skimping on ingredients or sauces. The wings are lightly breaded, how I prefer them and the sauces were delicious. The staff was super friendly on the phone and when I went in to pick up my order. (Again, the other spot has been very short and messed up our orders recently.) Happy our party was a hot thanks to the food! Amici s we will be ordering again!

This time I tried, and I cried after being overwhelmed with the deep down deliciousness of their Shawarma Poutine. This is comfort food x 10. A real pandemic blues buster. These guys just make pure yummy for your tummy.

Best pizza in Niagara. We order here to go quite often and the flavour and quality is always really good. Fast service also and the owners are very friendly. Our fave is the dill pickle pizza and their 3rd best wings which should really be 1st place.

Pinot and his crew make the best Pizzas, and wings. They have a great selection of toppings for your pizza. The deep fried pickles and cauliflower are amazing. But most importantly the staff are friendly helpful, and accomadting. We always leave with smile.

We were passing through Grimsby and were craving pizza. We decided to order ahead and pick up but when we arrived we changed our mind so we sat in. Im so glad we did because the staff here is just as awesome as the food and the manager/owner checked up on us to make sure the food was good and was super friendly. There was singing to George Michael going on in the kitchen and the staff just seemed to all work well together. Well definitely visit again when were in the area. Im not sure if they were having a bad night or what was going on but this was one of the most dissapointing pizzas Ive had. There was practicall no sauce or cheese, (as you can see by the photo, the slice almost looked bare!) The toppings were scarce and the dip was extremely watery. The staff were friendly and we enjoyed the wings but the pizza was hugely dissapointing

My order: 1 LG 2 topping ( pepperoni & bacon), 2lb wings (honey hot), fried pickels & 2 garlic dips. It came with an extra garlic dip, cheddar dip, blue cheese dip & carrots. Ordering- call for pickup oh, the gentleman who answered was very polite. Food. Pizza- plenty of toppings, sauce- 2 people like it how it was and another wanted more, cooked just how all 3 of us liked it. Wings- Saucy, not over cooked, great taste, good quality & medium size. Pickels- Great taste & perfectly fired Garlic Dip- Not the greatest but points for homemade. Good taste I just prefer otherones Ive had in the past Cheddar dip - Best one Ive had anywhere and I dont really like these. Blue cheese dip - I like this and Im not a fan of most blue cheeses Carrots - Fresh they seem like they are cut just before I pick them up A great pizza place with great service.

After moving to Grimsby a number of years back we started ordering from various pizzerias in the area. After all, youve got to figure out who has the best pies in town, no? Our first phone order to Amicis we were greeted with an enthusiastic and exceptionally friendly voice that set the tone - but would the pizza match the service? While pizzas cant physically be enthusiastic or friendly per se, they managed to be metaphorically so from our mouths, to our gullets, and ultimately our stomachs. And the consistency - both service-wise and quality-of-food-wise has not diminished since. Theres simply never a question as to whom were going to order from when that pizza craving catches us - which is far too often I might add (and how dare you be so nosy as to question the frequency of our pie eating endeavors!). In all seriousness, our friends and family have always asked us where we got our pizza when theyve joined us. I couldnt imagine ordering from anywhere else.

Our favorite go to pizza place! Not your typical chain pizza. We ordered for a party and still have people ask us where we ordered from. Service is always cheerful!

First and last visit. One of the worst pizzas I ve ever had. Called in order for pick up, was told a half hour and still waited for an hour. Pizza had maybe one tablespoon of sauce at MOST! Manager angry and yelling at staff. Don t know how this place gets so many five stars...you people have no clue what GOOD pizza tastes like....it sure ain t this place. STAY AWAY!!!

Best pizza around....and its not close. Everything you could ask for. Friendly, honest, and amazing food. A refreshing experience to say the least. Will be back, over and over and over and over and over again.

We love Amicis! Our family Friday night tradition is their pizza, wings & cheesy garlic bread. Their pepperoni pizza is my favourite ever! We also love their new dill pickle wings. SO GOOD!

First local pizza we had after moving here ten years ago, and it just keeps getting better. Great owner with really creative ideas. Must read menu!
