Went to pizza hut Grimsby. Pizza came out before starter of garlic bread. Pizza wasi like warm. Young girl asked if everything was OK we told her pizza wasnt hot enough she just said oh. Discusting for the price they charge. Wont be going back.

I paid a visit for a quick lunch here today, and theres been a few changes since my last visit, the first is that its followed suit with the rest of the chain , the layouts changed a little as well being more open plan than I recall. Theres more smaller free standing tables with movable seats and less booth style seating,making it more open plan in style. Its still a well decorated restaurant in keeping with the Pizza Huts chain. The menu seems largely unchanged since my last visit, the staff are still friendly and helpful aswell.The restrooms are still clean and tidy and include facilities for the disabled, the wheelchair access is also very good here and now theres more tables which can accommodate a wheelchair. Credit cards are accepted, book tables and order meals and pay online while in the restaurant using their app to eat in or takeaway ,an online ordering and delivery service has recently been introduced at this restaurant.(Uber eats)They have added a Vegan menu and Gluten free menu to their range of pizza. The quality and consistency of the food is good, just as we have all come to expect from this well known restaurant chain. This restaurant has a 5***** food hygiene rating. Food review June 2019. They still have the all you can eat buffet at lunchtime during the week, offering a good selection of pizzas,some pasta and the well stocked salad bar and sauces. I found it still very good value for money at the princely sum of £10.99 per head for the basic buffet lunch though drinks are extra. Well it was all you can eat so I did. and enjoyed it. My only real criticism of this place today was the design of the table that I chose to sit at, it was free standing square topped with a pedestal base and I found it quite unstable when I lent on its edge to get up nearly upsetting it and spilling my pot of tea,which I felt could have been potentially a hazard to young children. Update November 2019. Ive used this restaurant a few times recently and have noticed the quality of customer service here very good during the lunchtime rush at this particular Pizza Hut restaurant, firstly theres enough staff to keep everything running smoothly and I have found them all polite and attentive to their customers, very quick and responsive to their customers requirements. Vegetarian options: Good selection of vegetarian options and salad bar Dietary restrictions: Some dietary restrictions are catered for. Parking: Some restricted street parking is available,several paid multi storey car parks in the vicinity. Kid-friendliness: Excellent place for childrens meals and parties Wheelchair accessibility: The wheelchair access and facilities are good.

Every pizza hut we go to we get the buffet and my daughter has Celiac disease so she has to have gluten free. as I mentioned we do buffet and we get told my daughter can have 2 pizzas, eat one and well bring you another for buffet price . No not Grimsby they made my daughter pay £20 while her friends are paying £9.99 and a member of staff Tanya (chave) had a right attitude and shouldnt be dealing with customers . We will not be returning

Sooooo expensive

Waitress was lovely and efficient. Place was clean. Dont like the idea of ordering and paying through the app at the table because you lose the personal touches which is why you go to the restaurant. The app has its place when ordering for a delivery.

Salad bar, kids loved it and the bottomless squash for the kids, not seen this before and good for kids. The service was excellent no wait times especially with kids Love mobile ordering once figured out how to order half and half And Bluelight discount made it affordable

Staff was good but these pizzas taste horrible I would never go again, Please don t go here I also warned my students that if they go to Pizza Hut they will not be allowed into my cobra Kai dojo!!

Ease of being able to go strait up to the buffet once paid rather than waiting for someone to come and bring plates out to you. Glasses for drinks were brought out almost instantly! Variety at the buffet could have been a little better on pizzas - but still got my fill.

The mobile ordering went better than expected. And the server was very helpful with any problems I had with it.

Every member of staff in the Grimsby Pizza Hut cares and is excellent. We have eaten in many huts for more than 30 years and based on two recent visits this one is the best. Every area is clean, the salad bar is well stocked and the meals are served hot and well cooked.

Food always great, and there was a great waitress that served us attention to detail, all business should have them, do alot better.

had lunch here with my family , the buffet was brilliant as was the lasagne my wife had and the pizza my son had , Callum our server went above and beyond to make our lunch a very pleasant experience , he is a great member of the team here

Everything, it was very smooth running, hardly any waiting time for the main meal. I had only just returned from the salad bar! The venue was lovely and clean and the staff were amazing.

A long time since visiting here, disappointed to find out ordering is via an app at the table. Certainly not what I expect when out for lunch or dinner.

Went to town catching up with a friend and we picked Pizza Hut for their special Melt deal. Nice food and very friendly staff.

The food was lovely. It is a self-service restaurant, so order and pay on your phone and then help yourself to the drinks machine and buffet.

Took our daughter for her birthday this evening. Staff was super friendly very polite nothing was too much trouble. Food was great lovely and hot. Kids meals was great for the money. Highly recommend Vegetarian options: Good vegetarian options could possibly be more to choose. Partner doesn t eat meat but found a lot he would eat Kid-friendliness: Not much on the kids menu but definitely enough. Portions are not small either. Food good but found the new system of paying digitally a bit slow.

Ill never get used to ordering via an app when theres a waitress there. Please offer better customer service. Best part of the night was the girl sat nearby with a cracking smile.

I can honestly say it will be a long time till I return. The pizza was barely warm enough and very pushy to try and get you to use the scan and pay.

Went for a birthday meal. I was told by a member of staff to hurry up and decide what am eating. Which is just bare face rude. Then as everyone is finishing same member of staff comes along rudely interrupts us by cleaning everything off our plate. Absolutely wouldn t want her to serve us again

Service is always excellent and makes a difference to our visits. Acommodating us without having booked was especially good of them this visit. 5 stars this time as the service was above and beyond.

Me and my mate went here today and it was absolutely shocking because the workers there make it so embarrassing because one they do not accept card and two when we got in all 4 of the workers was staring at me and my mate every time I looked up at them and gave us no privacy

Went for a bite to eat at 5pm before Traveling home to Cumbria, 4 hours later I was on the toilet and have been almost 15 time since around 8pm last night. First & last time I will be visiting this branch, We were also asked to order via the app which takes out all the customer service aspects of the industry.

Kindness of staff and customers - everyone was tolerant of our neurodiversity and we felt at ease to just be ourselves. Staff were helpful and happy to have a conversation. I noticed that they were the same with other customers too. Lovely people and a great experience for us. Kid-friendliness: Our children are older, but neurodiverse. Everyone was kind, respectful and friendly to them. It s the first time I ve relaxed in a restaurant in long time.

The whole visit was great. We had booked a table but arrived early on the off chance we could get in sooner. That was no problem at all. The pizzas were amazing...best pizza we have had in a long time. Ordering online was easy and straightforward, however, we could have placed the order in person if we wanted. The service was fantastic both members of staff who served us were super polite and very attentive. It was a great visit. We forgot how good Pizza Hut is. We visited during a quiet period so there wasnt really an atmosphere but that worked in our favour as service was super quick. In conclusion great staff - quick service -delicious food Kid-friendliness: Very child friendly with a good menu selection.

unlimited drinks and the choice of drink was great but we had to ask for our glasses for the drinks, ice cream factory was good but again we had to ask for our bowls, the pizza that was on offer was ok but as we had the buffet was just ok but it did take time to come out so was a lot of waiting around, the app was slow when you ordered something extra and then went back it just disappeared was weird. the chip and onion rings were disgusting!!!!!

Absolutely diabolical, our order was delivered to some strangers house and we received the strangers food, the delivery driver then swapped them back (must be breaching health and safety, this stranger could have done anything to our food and is therefore inedible) and delivered ours stone cold (£50 worth of pizza) I rang the store to suggest they fix this and the woman on the phone was pig ignorant and told me there s nothing they can do about it??? This is absolutely disgusting.

FAO of the Pizza Hut Grimsby manager, I d like to make a special thank you for my visit today, I don t dine in at Pizza Hut that often however the service received by all staff members today was impeccable. Every staff member made an effort to ensure my food was satisfactory and asked if there was anything else I would like. (The same level of service was also given to other customers at that time). The pizza was fresh and rotated fairly quickly with great variety to suit all in addition to the ice cream toppings etc. It s very rare to see this kind of level of service being given across board, your staff members are true ambassadors to the business so thank you again and I will most definitely visit this restaurant again. Fantastic service would recommend and wish they had a bigger restaurant.

We received a warm and friendly greeting from a lovely lady called Hannah who was very polite and attentive. Me and my partner both had the lunch time buffet and for the price the food was great. The salad bar was lovely and fresh and there was a good variety of pizza and pasta. But for service alone I would definitely recommend a trip to the Grimsby restaurant, thank you Hannah for a fantastic visit.

No problems, good food

They were very busy and were training some new staff by the looks of it. We waited a long time for our food but the staff were really nice about it so we didnt mind. The food was really nice and they have apple tango something Ive not had in years which made it worth the wait in my opinion

Had the lunch time buffet. Service was great. Food was as youd expect. Tables were a little tired and maybe the price is a few quid over what it should be. Wish they would open one in Cleethorpes.

Excellent service. Had the buffet lunch and for 13.99 I think.. thats all you can eat pizza, pasta and salad, bottomless soft drinks which have bonus extra flavours and you get to build your own ice cream. They do need a better selection of syrups and sprinkles though.

Came here for a quick date wiv the fella for first time great greeting from young lady with dark hair who asked if we have any allergys and welcomed us to our table as soon as we arrived and took our order as we were unsure ordering on the app and for the other lady who was going round checking if everything was alright with everyone food, banging pizza and fries will come again very ease atmosphere x

I had a takeaway from here via deliveroo and the takeaway was almost cold. However, I heated it up in the microwave and it was nicer. The thin crust pizza is the nicest and I can even get BBQ sauce on it. The Jalapeno poppers are actually stuffed red peppers. The cookies and jalapeno poppers are the perfect size portion. This is cheaper than the big competitors.

For me was the first time visiting pizza hut. I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff who looked after us. As well as a special thanks to Georgia Lamberton who help us understand the menu.

Having not used Pizza Hut for a very long time and armed with my RestaurantChoice gift card, it was time for a visit. Not knowing the menu, I asked for their recommendations and a couple of mouthfuls in, I was a very happy bunny! The sides were excellent, the pizzas fresh and very tasty .., and the cookies and ice cream were delicious. 10/10 to all concerned. The staff were extremely helpful, very professional and polite and the young lady making the pizzas deserves a large drink because she was rushed off her feet. Thank you and I shall be back!

Come here to treat the kids, am always met with courteous staff that are helpful. The decor is also nice and so is the cleanliness. The food is tasty although were not so keen on the buffet option as it seems dry but order off the menu and its much tastier if a little more expensive.

The staff member whom served us named Alan was a complete joy to our experience of having our meal at Grimsby Pizza Hut. Lovely servis, couldnt do enough for us wth a lovely attitude and smile. Be back soon .Thanks Alan you made our meal out fun.

Pleasant enough, but its a small building and the tables dont give you much room to expand.

Forgot how ace the buffet is.

Well Ive never done a review within 30 mins of leaving a restaurant but really felt like I needed to. Went today for buffet as normally quick and easy hassel free, So today I went with me partner and was very disappointed it felt like saving money with little meat used, and less cheese then ever. My partner very happy though as loves vegetables in pizza hence why poor score and not terrible. 1st visit to pizza table bbq beef pizza so little meat I could of got a slice with no meat, Rest was vegetarian pizzas (no thanks) So back to my seat, and wasted for meat pizzas to come out unfortunately the only meat one was ham & pineapple (personaly not my choice to have fruit on pizza) So at this point about 15 mins the manager noticed my empty plate and asked if all OK and she said she will ensure a pepporoni will be cooked and she said she asked for one to be cooked and it was 10 mins later result and at this point I thought great service.... The pizza had very very little cheese (see photo) Had 2 slices and not a fan of the no cheese pizza, So waited few mins and see they put 2 more pizzas out..... Again no meat ( see photo) from 7 trays 6 was meat free. So unfortunately gave up and left.

Never disapointed when we come to this pizza hut. and todays service has reaffirmed why we make the journey over from the Lincoln area. The members of staff on are always so welcoming and attentive to everyone in the restaurant. A special mention to Alan who was todays server, who really was aware of everything going on around the restaurant with an excellent sence of surroundings, along with excellent attention to welcoming people in through the door, making sure everything was as perfect as possible for not just us, but everyone in the restaurant area. Clearly made sure everyone had their needs met and any challenge that occured while we where in site got swiftly dealt with, an exceptional professional, relaxed, polite and calm staff member when dealing with any situation that occured during our stay in a well executed manner. (even managing to bid customers a fond farewell as they left the restaurant, not every day you see people leaving with a smile!) This level of service is a rarity in so many places and the three of us can not thank you enough! look forward to coming back again soon on one of our day out lunch pilgrimages

The best pizzas ever

We visited on Monday 24th August. The people I was with booked a table but unfortunately due to road works and not knowing the area we were very late. The manager had kept the table for us and was very organised, polite and helpful. The place was clean, well organised and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. This is the first Pizza Hut I have been in where I have enjoyed the service . Well done to the manager, she was lovely and hard working.

Went to Pizza Hut in Grimsby. First time in 6 months, thanks to the pandemic. We used to go in about once a month, have done for 20-odd years. They were so happy to see us. Made a proper fuss. I filled-up when I saw this message. Weve missed you, too, guys!

Overpriced for what it is. Seven of us dined and the bill was over £150....... its only a pizza!! A meagre slice of average cheesecake was seven quid....... yes, £7. The overall experience was nothing to write home about, it was a family gathering/birthday party and we were squashed onto a long thin table meaning the people sat at opposing ends were left out of any conversations. Spend a little more and eat in a decent restaurant would be my advice, pizzas are tv food delivered to your door.

Really impressed with the service at Grimsby Pizza hut. Sarah explained the new corona protocols and got us seated promptly and took our order. My daughter, disappointed at not being able to mix her own refill drink (due to rona) was offered to have it mixed for her. :P Allan is probably the most attentive waiter Ive ever had anywhere. Really friendly and genuinely seemed to want to help. Hannah knew what we wanted before we had even asked. Great team here, all credits to the business Cheers guys.
