Best carvery in the area, helpful & friendly staff definitely recommend & worth every penny

Took the kids for Breakfast with Santa again this year. The kids loved it and have to say this is the best Santa we have seen and that includes the expensive visit to Brigg Farm.

Busy, waited at seating area, another party came in and stood in front of us, staff member had noticed this and seated us first, this showed they cared for customer service. Long story short, had carveries, food excellent, service excellent, atmosphere as to expected at this busy festive time. Only critique was the beef was sliced a little thinly, but overall a lovely lunch...

Missed feelings, we normally love a Greene King, and are big supporters. But the Apple Crumble, well. Food : 2/5

Came to beachwood farm today about 5pm on Sunday I was pleasantly surprised by knowledgeable young lads on the bar she knows her drinks the carvery I had with my wife was below average spuds hard lack of selection in the veg gravy was watery i asked for the manager and this man came over all I wanted to do is tell him how to improve when he finally came to my table I was watching him when the staff member told him I wanted to talk to I watched him probably go for a cig ten minutes later he finally came with a chip on his shoulder and very arrogant towards me and my wife I asked him what was his problem all he could say was what did I know about food I know a far bit as I m a trained chef and just wanted to treat my wife I will never go again

My wife and I nearly always choose Beechwood Farm for carvery in Grimsby/Cleethorpes. It never disappoints. The food is fantastic and the serving staff was great! Tonight we met a newer staff that we had never seen at Beechwood. Kaylee was outstanding, I would not have expected anything less.

Weeknight carvery was great and excellent value for money. The kids liked the refillable soft drinks Dietary restrictions: Important to note that there is dairy in the mash, carrots and green beens

Been again today, super value, good quality food, staff happy and friendly, tables & furniture clean - I dont know why people bother with rubbish American fast food when carverys as good as this are very similar cost. Fantastic that you also have good EV chargers, my car was as full as I was. Ill be back

Booked a warm, comfortable table for a birthday celebration after 50 minutes asked to move someone else has asked specifically for this table?! Moved to a cold table by the front door, drinks machine and reception area, together with cold draught, next to a bin! Cold, noisy and busy. Unacceptable treatment of regular patrons, very unhappy.

There was a table booked for 7 people. we waited over an hour for food. Plus it was absolutely freezing in the place, everyone sat eating with coats on. When the food eventually arrived most of it was cold especially the fries, steak, mushroons, wraps etc! Most of the food was just left. However staff was polite.

Pretty good food but is a bit hit and miss. Had more good meals than bad though

Four of us had a meal here yesterday & we couldnt manage a pudding. Grandaughter went for a large carvery with pigs in blankets & she thoroughly enjoyed it on her first visit. The remaining had Hunters Chicken & Lasagne. Chips were crispy & fluffy on the inside. Understand they do puddings to take home but we will give those a go another time.

Visited at 6pm on a weekday during half. Despite the carvery running bare, they continued to sell these. I appreciate it was half term and had been busy but the obvious solution would have been to stop selling these. We would have happily ordered from the menu. Its also not fair to put the staff jn this position

Beechwood Farm and Goodtogo is a definite No No. Twice in 2 weeks I ordered a carvery and there was tiny little scraps of turkey, not enough to feed a mouse and burnt roast potatoes. The second time (giving them the benefit of doubt) hardly any meat and black inedible parsnips and roast potatoes again. Cheap leftover carvery? Not if you can t eat it. Wish I could post a photo

For the cost of breakfast and drinks, the food was very poor, hash browns had no flavour just tasted of oil. The sausages arent very nice at all and overcooked, the bacon youve got to dig around for the right pieces.

Today I went for a carvery , the Yorkshire pudding was so hard we asked for one from a fresh batch , family member made a comment to me about the food and the meat server said you can always go to the jug n bottle ,saying things like that will definitely loose your customers . Then we had to wait 20 minutes for our dessert . We won t be going bk it was very disappointing

No Pepsi Max spoilt the night. As a diabetic it helps to know what I am having. Food is great though. Good job water and milk available. As chemicals in Coke zero are different to pepsi. Pepsi is the hospital recommend drink compared to coke products. Most other pub chains at least offer pepsi in a bottle. Far better taste.

Ordered for delivery. Food arrived late was stone cold. Ordered three meat but received only beef and gammon. Yorkshire pudding was just a soggy mess carrots were huge and tasteless and gravy was like a jelly. First and last time I order food from here. In future will use Jug and bottle.

Two of us decided to be healthy last Friday and both ordered a £9.99 salad. What a disappointment! Each plate had a very small slice of ham and turkey, a small spoon of coleslaw, curly lettuce and a few pieces of onion and pepper and half a dozen wafer thin slices of cucumber. When we queried the lack of tomatoes at the very least (which were actually named on the menu!) we were told that the tomatoes had to be thrown away as they were out of date! Our server was very apologetic but obviously this was out of their hands. We are now thinking twice about returning to Beechwood

Came here for my mums early 50th birthday. Loved the meal great prices. I had my first chicken tikka masala I loved it cooked to perfection, though there could have been a bit more sauce. Amy came to wait on our table, she was super nice. I m from Cornwall and would happily go to a farmhouse inn again. I was not happy about the cakes being on display by the entrance/exit. too much temptation to just sand in front of it and dream of tasting every piece of those cakes. Was painful to just walk out.

Kids wanted a carvery tonight so thats the first positive for me :) My partner Aimee was at work this evening late. So I had all 3 boys on my own. Safe to say I was struggling in the que. Kaylee a staff member came to the rescue. She helped me with my youngest while I sorted the other two boys. She stayed with my boy at the table and had him in tears laughing. She wasnt asked to help she just came through. This is the type of customer service that makes a place. 3 kids on my own should of been a nightmare but was made a dream. Thank you Kaylee

Visited today, 12/10/2024. And after a previous experience, which was excellent. This was a disaster. We waited 40 minutes for Our Mains. My Order of Gammon Steaks with Pineapple and Egg was a joke. The Gammon had been seared on the griddle to make it appear. Pretty. It was Burnt. Pineapple arrived the same way. The egg could have bounced the length of the A/M180. The chips were all the tough, crispy bits that are fit for the bin. The peas were Superb. We ordered Desserts. 2 came to the table. After a few minutes we asked where the other 2 were. They were packed to take Away. 1 was Apple Crumble, and Custard, in a takeaway box. Surely someone couldve queried if that was CORRECT. Staff were NOT VERY HELPFUL. Except a young lass on the glasses who witnessed the Farce, and she asked if we were OK. She went out of her way to sort it out. Bless her. And thank her for her help. The desserts came back. AGAIN, packed for Takeaway. Absolute joke. We are NOT GOING BACK THERE AGAIN.

Took the father in law for his 80th birthday meal. We were given incredible service the whole night. Our meals came out about the same time, we were able to sort out seating area to suit. We just felt very looked after, the staff especially Mandy couldn t do enough for us. One complaint, we preferred the sauce for the chicken medley separate as it s now already on the chicken. Other than that tiny issue, fabulous night. Thanks to the staff for a brilliant night, totally appreciate the service.

First time trying this pub, menu is perfect but thats about as far as it goes, ordered chicken and chips, quick service shame the food was luke warm, needed to be cooked a bit longer, for afters we had 2 ice cream scoops, simple enough but unfortunately it was 40 minutes before I went to enquire about the pudding, as still not arrived, girl behind the bar didnt seem happy she had to make them, I think the problem was a party came in and all the staff were more attentive to this group than to the rest of the customers, plenty more pubs near by so sorry we wont be coming back anytime soon, felt so let down

We went with friends for a carvery at 5pm. There was no turkey or beef. The pigs in blankets parsnips and stuffing where all burnt. The Yorkshire pudding where solid .The roast spuds where all mushy. Not one of us finished our meal.wont rush back. Also there was flys on the wall behind the carvery. Also flying around the table

We visited with our 4 year old granddaughter who loved the play area. The staff were all very friendly and efficient. The carvery was great the food was all hot and tasted lovely, a good choice of meat and vegetables. The food and drinks are excellent value. We could not fault our visit and look forward to going again. Kid-friendliness: You are made very welcome with children. The young man who was carving the meat made a point of chatting to our granddaughter and made her laugh which was lovely. Great little play area too.

Me and my mother had carvery , beef was delicious and cooked to perfection . Only criticism I had was the Yorkshire puddings was rock solid, like they was old. My little girl had the child s bbq chicken with cheese , chips and beans and it was such a big portion , good quality chicken. The renovation of the pub looks great , the children s area is so much better , love the farm theme. The friendly nature of the staff is what makes this place great , they cant do enough for you.

Very poor service! Ordered drinks on the app, waited for 15 mins, never came. Asked at the counter, said they would do then. Went off and messed around with some other things behind the bar. After 25 mins, we gave up and asked for a refund.

Absolute mess about. Cancelled my booking twice now last minute. I even rang up earlier in the day to make sure they wasnt going to cancel again and they reassured me that they wouldnt and long behold they did it again. Absolutely unreliable and staff are blatant liars, will not be going here again.

Shocking food no chance of anything coming out raw as everything was overcooked chips dark and overdone mixed grill everything was like rubber didnt complain as it was my lads birthday and didnt want the hassle . Wont be going back and the chef needs sacking

I have never had such excellent service anywhere I ve eaten. Every member of the team we interacted with was friendly, pleasant, professional and helpful, they really enhanced the overall experience. The venue is spotlessly clean and in a great state of repair, very well maintained. Even the carpark was in great condition. The service was very quick and the quality of the food was great! Nice varied menu with setting for everyone. The ambience was relaxed and comfortable, there were no feral children running around and screaming the place down. The interior furniture and fittings were all in good condition and seats nicely comfortable. I MUST say again, though the staff and level of customer service were outstanding and I d come here again just for that. We had the carvery, which was plentiful and very tasty. Unfortunately we ate so much that we didn t have the stomach space to indulge in one of the exquisite-looking desserts next time though, for sure! Staff/management: Keep doing what you re doing, your e getting it right!!!

Carvery on Sunday was nice. Fish and chips are well, not so good. Family pub, which is great for the kids. Kids portions and choice very good. As an adult visitor, its not my first choice. Defiantly one to visit with kids

Food was edible, but not the nicest, and then the cake was dry and had a piece of plastic on it. Service wasnt great; we had booked a table in the family play, which we were given, but we had a 13 month old with us so we decided to move (before ordering/making any mess, etc) to the table opposite the 0-2 area and was told we wasnt allowed to sit there as we was not allocated that table. We reluctantly moved back after explaining why we moved and being told someone had reserved the table, however we were there for 2 hours and nobody turned up to the table! Wont be visiting again.

We came for lunch today, the carvery was lovely. All the staff was very polite especially rob who was serving behind the bar he had lovely manners. Kris who was clearing the tables also had lovely manners. Well keep up the good work

Visited the Beechwood this afternoon, the carvery was lovely and fresh enjoyed it very much... Looked after by Beth and Mandy at our seats served by Thomas at bar

Had a table booked for 14.15, table wasnt ready, had a carvery which was actually ok, but took 30 mins in the queue to get the food in the first place, ordered desserts 5 in total, order one came, after 15 mins, had to ask about the other 4, for a further 10 mins for 2 more to arrive, to be given desert 4, which had the most lumpest custard, which was sent back and still awaiting 15 mins later for custard to put on the pudding which is sat in front of me while desert 5 had been eaten. Not a happy customer after spending £52 and £16 on meals and deserts . ( Refund of deserts given )

I continue to enjoy Beechwood Farm. My family has always been made to feel welcome by Jacqueline and all the staff there. They engage with the children in a positive and caring manner. Big thank you to Jacqueline and the care she puts into the Tuesday mornings.

Just had a meal with my two grandchildren, we all chose a burger each which came nice and fresh, we was served by Kaylie who was friendly and helpful, a proper asset to Beechwood, nothing was too much bother, highly recommend Parking: Parking is plenty with disabled parking Kid-friendliness: Staff are very happy to help, wether it s adults or kids they are all hands on and pay great attention to their customers, our staff was Kaylie, greeted us with a smile and see we had everything we needed, that s great service Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it s all one level so very wheelchair friendly

Kaylee was really friendly and polite very helpfull and made sure we all okay and if our food was okay she is a asset to the place would definitely go back
