Alibaba hell's kitchen in Grimsby

Would be a 5* review based on the food, but its not an over exaggeration that we have ordered from here for takeaway delivery 6 times and every time something has either been missing or packed incorrectly, can understand once but it is every single time the order is incorrect, need something to change on quality control!

Superb mixed grill and curry. Anything you fancy thats not on the menu just ask.

Quick friendly service and nice takeaway food. The Turkish tea was lovely.

What a joke order my food and get no garlic mayo as ordered or salad as ordered and large chips looks like a medium

Went for the first time on bank holiday Saturday with my brother and sister in law, ordered burgers was not disappointed really tasty and the salad was nice and fresh, chips nice and crispy. Service with a smile. Will definitely be returning.

Ordered my food took 2 and a half hours to come and when it did it was cold and soggy tried for a change wont be back also customer service not great when I called

Food arrived after 1.5 hr and cold pizza I have called them many times but the driver delivered 3-4 delivery together so when my turn come to deliver then he will deliver it was not a priority The food order at 6:38 pm arrived at 8:15 pm The quality vice not good I have to throw out the pizza Jalapenos bites old smell burned not to taste good The amount spent was 32£

Ordered several times . Excellent food quality. Only had one bad experience when food turned up cold but been spot on ever since. Delicious.

Kid-friendliness: No problem. Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room ,apart from toilet which is on two flights of stairs . everything so clean

I just had the most amazing time at the restaurant! , the food was seriously delicious, and Louise, who took care of us, was an absolute rockstar. She was super friendly, knew everything about the menu, and made our night extra special. Shoutout to Louise and the awesome staff for making it a memorable experience. this place is hell. there system is stupid. they call you from the car with your food, they don t come and knock. where i live there is no phone service, so i don t get calls. i paid £24 on 2 meals and they wouldn t give me a refund for a problem that wasn t my fault. hope the staff enjoyed my kids cheeseburger. won t be ordering from there ever again!! it s hell xoxo

Never heard of a pink curry

Was so looking forward to ordering. I called and asked for something off the menu. Staff said dont have menu in front of me can you explain what you would like. I hung up. Such a shame as thought it would be straight forward and staff would know what tye menu offered. Dont want to risk getting wrong food

Toilets and back of house need to smarten a little but food service friendliness of staff great x had an excellent night lovely meal really enjoyable just remember first impressions count. Has potential to be excellent x

I ordered a Lamb doner kebab with naan bread, chips, salad and sauce. May I say, it was the best Kebab I have tasted in town for a very long time. The bread was beautiful, the meat moist and tasty and the salad fresh and flavoursome. Also the chips were that hot it made so much different So well done and Thank you! I look forward to ordering again soon.

The 3 stars is for my curry which was amazing, -2 stars for my wrap. Forgotten the first time (After waiting almost 90 minutes for our food) then a further 45 minutes for the forgotten wrap. This was delivered to the wrong address first and then arrived with no sauce and no cheese on the chips. Such a hit and miss order not sure if ill order again

Good desi food and best grill in town. Lamb chops are best. Cook is great and can amend your food according to your choice. Can make a dish not on menu but with available ingredients.

The mint sauce for the puppadums is disgusting. So simple to make but how bad it was. Chicken Tikka masala is a million miles away from what it should be. I received dry chicken in a sauce of desiccated coconut and water. The worst curry Ive EVER had. (I eat a lot of currys) Kebab meat was very dry and most of it was thrown away. Wasted my money and Ill never order from here again.

Lovely food big servings

I just spent 30 pound and the food portions r so small. I wudnt order from ere again. Hardly no meet in the curry and about 10 chips. Just shocking.

I cannot commend and appreciate the efforts of sister Sara enough, she liaised with me throughout our weekend stay at Thorpe Park. We were a family bubble of 18 and she provided us with excellent service and delicious Halal food delivered directly to us, which then also made us want to visit Victoria Grill for their special leg of lamb. We even had fish and chips delivered to us at the beach from their sister branch. Sister Sara was spot on with her recommendations throughout and went over and beyond, we are already planning our next trip back. Thank you for making our holiday even better and less stressful by providing us with brilliant food.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing food mostly Asian / Kashmiri / Pakistan to suit all tastes. Its about flavour with the spicy burn but do spicy hot too. Currently not licensed so take your own wine or beer. Well done Paul and staff.

4th time they have only sent half the order, never offer money back or rectify the order. Customer service shocking. Such a shame as they used to be fab. Won t order again sorry

I was told 45min for delivery and it was 2hrs and stone cold ive never even left a good review before but this was that bad i thought they deserved my first review wouldnt feed this food to my dog worst place ive ever orderd from wished id never paid them

Ordered the mixed grill (£16) portion size very small for price in addition the king prawns salad & sauce missing, 2 garlic cheese naans & 2 garlic naans ordered both tasted identical despite the price difference, chips bog standard fries not impressed for £28 rang to complain waste of time also they havent delivered my order on food hub so I cant write a review wont be ordering again.

The paneer masala (spicy).. was too sweet and the taste was coconut was to much on front. Not what I expected after all the hype about this place. The donor kebab was to salty and didnt have any sauce in it. Extremely disappointed with my order.
