The Gallery Restaurant is a real-life training restaurant located at the Grimsby Institute. Don’t let the word training put you off though, it’s nothing like you would expect. We are the first fully-equipped training restaurant in Lincolnshire. HRH Prince Charles paid a visit to our training restaurant for a buffet lunch, prepared and served by our Hospitality and Catering learners under the supervision of our highly-experienced tutors. Our learners and staff have won some of the UK’s most prestigious competitions including the UK Young Seafood Chef of the Year and Taste of Lincolnshire competitions.
