Nice little sports bar with great food. It was completely full when we were there and service was still very fast and friendly.

Great (huge) food portion and a good old school burger/fries. Small place where family and individuals seem to all fit in. Service was efficient and welcoming. Will return when in the area. Kid-friendliness: Yes Families with babies and toddlers and teenagers were all there. Wheelchair accessibility: I saw one wheelchair roll up and in .so not an issue.

We went on a Monday around 4 o clock the wings were dry and tasteless. The Service was terrible, she never checked up on us and when I told the wings are terrible she apologized and still charged me even though I didn t eat them Definitely won t be back Food

The food and staff are amazing!! The staff was so sweet and nice. The food was absolutely amazing, my husband really like the food as well. Added plus for them and a negative for me, my husband ate my first meal too, well most of it..haha.

Telling you this place has outdone them selves in customer service, my wife had only just a wrong sauce and they replaced her meal. Now not only that yes a little pricey but worth every bite.. Great job and see you all again soon for more great food.

Sweet little sports bar that knows what its about. No pretentiousness at all. Food is solid. Beers arent craft, but sometimes thats not what you need, and what you need is to get to this place!

Food is great, wings are top notch. The server Dave alongside the rest of the team provide great service. The restaurant is small, so at busy times you might be waiting for a table. Theres quote often bar seating available when this is the case. Parking: Lots of spots, easy to drive past the turn when driving west on Willow. Pull in as if youre entering Mr Lube

The food is amazing & staff were great! We ate here for my sons birthday dinner for the first time & we werent disappointed. Portion sizes were better then anywhere else locally, definitely the best wings in town(according to my two teens), the burger was huge & delicious along with the nachos(shared between 4) and the prices are more then fair for the quality & size of the meals. Honestly just eat here and forget all those chain restaurants, well at least thats what well be doing. Thanks for a great birthday dinner.

Love coming here, it s the place where every one knows your name ! They always remember your favorite beer and without even asking, bring it straight to you as they say hello. The service is always friendly with lots of smiles and the atmosphere, well, everybody seems to always be having fun. Often it can be full, but it is always worth waiting a few minutes for a table to come open. The food is great, the chicken wings are my favorite. The beer is always cold, and on top of that they store their beer glasses in the freezer! It s all In the details .and friendly smiles.

Insanely good wings, best Ive ever had. Burger was pretty good too but nothing that amazing. Super busy Saturday night for the Leafs game but the service was still great. They gave us 2 extra wings and extra fries as well since I was sharing with my girlfriend and we had to wait a while for a table. Id recommend this place to anyone if I knew they were passing through Guelph.

The menu had some really great choices, but their burgers were recommended to us, so Hubby and I both tried the Canadian burger. It was HUGE, but oh so DELICIOUS..! Abundance of food (fries, sweet potato fries, onion rings). Couldn t finish everything had to pack some to take home. Highly recommend.!

Good chicken wings! they were really big and super crispy. for mine, i think they were a bit TOO crispy for my liking, but i think that was a one off occurrence. sauces were great as well! good variety. i got the forty creek bbq sauce and i liked it. the portion for the large fries is also good and we shared it amongst 4 of us so it was perfect amount.

Very warm, welcoming , inclusive atmosphere here. My dads favourite place hands down. Ill always cherish the memories I have of his MASSIVE smile whenever I got to have lunch with him. Franks on the side was his go to. Wish the crew nothing but the best and definitely worth the drive from kitchener for the best wings around! My father loved the community he was apart of here. Showed up unannounced with 7 kids from a hockey team for lunch. They moved tables around and accommodated us. Service was great, and the waitress easily kept up with all of the added people. Very friendly and understanding.

Had a great early Sunday dinner. Four guys all ordered wings. Service played along with our bad jokes. Hopefully he was happy with his tip. The wings are big and meaty. Tons of great flavours to choose from. Love this place.

Walked in, no one greeted us. No direction about if we were supposed to wait or find a seat ourselves. We ended up finding ourselves a table and sat down. We waited for 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged us, it felt like we were stress testing a bar on bar rescue. After 10 minutes we got up and left as the owner? (Long haired guy) chatted up a table and the waitress/bartender leaned on the bar. First time and last time here. Definitely lives up to the name R U SERIOUS.

Always has some of the best food in guelph (especially their wraps). Service is fast and friendly. Popped in on a Friday around 7pm and there was a line out the door.The bar was packed with happy looking patrons and the regulars in line told us it was amazing. Came back and tried the forty creek and hot & honey wings. Wings were thick and juicy, lots of meat on them and they were delicious! Will definitely be back

We ordered takeout at the intermission of the Leafs game and when we got there to pick up our food the place was packed! The guy working invited my son in to watch the game while he waited for our food. The food was hot, fresh and delicious! My husband got medium and honey wings and said they were delicious, and my sons got burgers and perogies and also raved about how good they were. I had the beer battered chicken sammy and it was so good!! Highly recommend this place! Weve lived in Guelph for 30 years and this is the first time we tried RU Serious. We will be back!!

Another amazing evening spent at RU with the absolute best wings anywhere. Even the beer was unbelievable super cold, refreshing and I m not even a big beer drinker! You can not go wrong eating there!

Went in here for a date it was pretty busy with a good atmosphere, our server was very friendly and welcoming. We got the nachos and they were really good and had tons of cheese on them, no short cuts around here. 100% recommend this place for a nice night out.

Place is small menu not the best but if your just out for a quick bite and some drinks and want some amazing service this the place. First time going and had the wings and cheese bread and got to say the wings are some of the tasties and biggest wings I had in a long time. Cheese bread was yummy. I would definitely go back just dont order so many wings lol

Ill preface this review by saying how I dont usually like Nachos at restaurants as the toppings are too stingy. Well not this place! My wife ordered the Nachos with chicken and I ordered the Buffalo chicken poutine. Both were incredibly tasty and the Nachos were literally invisible due to the sheer volume of cheese and chicken and many other additions that made this one of the best Nachos Ive had. Also, the portions are HUGE! We got two meals out of both portions and will definitely be coming back. Thanks RU Serious!

Yes, I m serious when I say this pub makes excellent food and easily deserves 5 stars! I Highly recommended the team here if you want a drink and bite on a cheat day. After my favourite burger place closed down for good, I wanted to find a spot that offered fresh cut fries and homemade burgers (not the frozen garbage), and I looked this restaurant up to try. Turns out they make amazing food; the burgers are huge and the prices are fair because of the portions. I tried their Serious wrap this week, and that was excellent too, and came with sides of salsa and tzatziki. I also appreciate the little things this team provides like packaging the takeout nicely, giving high quality napkins, providing condiments and lots of toppings on the burgers they sell. Not all places do all this nor package the food well, so there s value here too. Since I ve worked for both GFS and Sysco and know how much things cost, the food prices here are more than fair, so give this family-owned business a try and enjoy their food. I ll stay for a few beers sometime with my food next time. Thx so much as always, Team R U Serious!

We live in the area and stop in here often, has always been for take out as Ive gotten a weird leery unwelcome vibe from this place pretty much every time I go in. My husband loves their wings so today my husband, 4 yr old son and I decided to sit in for a quick bite. After some time waiting and watching other patrons come after us and take seats we decided to go somewhere else. Great food, not so great customer service and has a Cheers kind of vibe where if you are not a regular customer youre not that important.

Regardless of the reason you decided on this restaurant, you will not be disappointed! Their food is some of the best in the area and the service is simply the best. The atmosphere is so inviting and laid back. I cant tell you whats best on the menu, because everything is DELISH and the portions are generous!!

One of the best homemade burgers Ive had in a while ! Excellent garden salads and fries as our sides. Portions were huge! And they have Strongbow on tap -incredible for that refreshing Summer bevy. Would highly recommend.

Stumbled on this place by pure accident and so glad we did. Food was great. The service was better. But the atmosphere was amazing. Stayed for quite bit that night and had a blast with the staff and regulars. I constantly had the theme music from Cheers in my head while there. Stopped back in the next day and was welcomed back in like we had been long time regulars. Will be back for sure again

Wings were great! Place is small but very nice and cozy, staff is great and friendly. Came from mississauga. I liked the way the staff interacts with the regular and the customers in general. Parking: Its in a plaza with other stores, didnt have an issue with parking Wheelchair accessibility: There were people in the place in wheel chairs .

This is one of the easiest 5 stars I ever had to give. The owner (I think) was such an amazing guy. When we first walked in he was running left and right like crazy and didn t notice us walk in, but the moment he sat us standing he was extremenly welcoming and friendly although he seemed overwhelmed between the tables. I absolutely loved the service and the burger is just AMAZING. Full of rich flavours and the quantity is very big. Nachos are also amazing with some spices that I never tried at another place which made them unique. I will def be back at RU SERIOUS even if I live 40+ mins away from Guelph. It is a must try. Note that the burger doesn t come cut in half, it was just because the staff was smart enough to realize that we are sharing both plates.

Horrible service. I was waiting there for about 20 mins before I could get my water. It didn t make any sense. Hire more people or something. There were a lot of people there but I didn t get served first when I came first. Another table got their order before me. It wasn t fun and ultimately we ended up waiting for about 25 mins and left because the server didn t bother coming to our table to take our order.

Drove past here for most of my life and randomly decided to check it out one day when I saw someone comment that they have good wings. I have now been back three times in 6 months and dont want wings from anywhere else! Great little spot to watch a game with a good crowd of locals.

Consistently an inviting atmosphere with great staff and great food. I can confidently say the wings here are the best in town. It does get busy, so get in before peak periods to get a seat as it s not a big restaurant. We ve been going here for years and will continue to support whenever we can!
