What used to be a Guelph staple is now just a mess. The cashier was impossible to understand, I must have said pardon 15+ times during the interaction, this would be fine if the food was good but the portions were the smallest I’ve ever seen here. Less than half the chicken there was a year ago. It must be new ownership or management because it has COMPLETELY changed. it’s sad to see such a great place become inedible. Won’t be back.
Oh my god such an amazing Burritto location, I found a nice hat and enjoyed my expierience so much I camped outside the rest of the week . Seriosuly love this place it’s exhilarating . I dine in avg 9-27 times a week. Wouldn’t change a thing.

I’m so disappointed I use to always get amazing burritos from this location but now always there terrible today at around 4pm (so dinner or lunch?) I got a burrito with my normal ground beef, noodle refried beans , lots of sauce hot sauce and crunchies!!! It literally tastes like it just has noodles and beef… the beef is like charcoal black cold and has no taste to it and is hard as an rock and AGAIN 95% of my burrito is literally noodles like what??? I have this same order for years and I have never been so disappointed in my burrito. It’s literally disgusting I pulled out like 50% of the noodles just to make the ratio on the burrito a bit better but it’s still nasty.
Extremely disappointed. I used to come here all the time and leave happy with what I got for my money. Whoever the new owners are have completely let the quality go down the drain. The toppings were all disgusting , easily 2-3 days old. 30$ for a tiny burrito with hardly and meat and an equally disappointing burrito bowl. Unfortunate this is the quality we’ve allowed to become the norm in this country. Will not be going back
$14 for the smallest burrito bowl I’ve ever seen. I got sweet potato and it was cubed and fried maybe 1/3 of a decent size sweet potato. Dry rice with hard clumps from what looked like day old bin. Scraping the bottom of beans out. The tiniest 2 tsp squirt of guacamole. Burrito boyz gives you a whole sweet potato halved on top of your bowl and not fried. First time and won’t be back.
Service is always great, but the quality of the food has dropped substantially. The chicken is different now with a spice that I personally just do not enjoy, so I opted for pulled pork. What I received was 3 day old pork roast chunks. They were dry, cold and inedible. I contacted the owner a few times with photos and received no response. Disappointed that the issue was not addressed and in turn they’ve lost a loyal customer. ***I’ve reached out 3x via email to the email provided and haven’t even been acknowledged*** Updated: April 17. Contacted by a manager and compensated $20. Tried tonight and opted for chicken(which is still spicy, not roasted) and it was much better. The food quality, and temperature was much more safe and to a standard you’d expect. The service was still great, and I will be a return customer if the pork is actually turned into pulled pork!

Food arrived late. Food was not prepared as ordered. Did not receive our side guacamole which we paid extra for (x 2). Asked for Mild Hot Sauce and got Extra Spicy on both quesadillas, I ate a quarter of my dish and left the rest as it was too spicy. My husband is going through chemotherapy and am not allowed any spicy food but ate it as it was our dinner and I had nothing else at home prepared or taken out to defrost. Ordered via Uber Eats so with delivery and tip this was an $80 order and it was awful. When I called the restaurant the excuse was that they were busy and to make up for it I was offered a 10% discount on my next dine in order. I ordered to Rockwood, if they were too busy for a delivery 15 min away, they should have declined the order.

I used to get food from here quite often, but I will stop because the last few orders have been messy. The last few orders have dropped in quality significantly. My last order I ordered a bowl to include extra chicken, beans, cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo, rice, sour cream, guac and crunchies. The only thing to make it into the bowl was a bit of rice, chicken, and beans. I understand if youre busy, but if thats the case hire more people to help.
Ordered takeout bowls and got it with half of the items missing and some of them wrong. Called and all they could say was that they were too busy, same excuse as last time I had this issue. Manager offered 10% off next visit as if that will help me at all. Since it was delivery it didn t make sense to go out to change it as that defeated the whole point of the order. Seems that unless you are there in person to supervise what goes on your burrito you ll get the wrong order as they don t care. Wont be ordering from there again, there are better managed burrito places in Guelph
