Wonderful food at good and fair prices. Its not flashy or trendy but is very reliable and worth visiting or ordering and picking up.

Mine and my friends chicken was raw. Still wouldn t give us a full refund even though we brought our chicken back and showed them. Not great service!

Never ordered anything from this restaurant that I did not like.

This was our second visit to this lovely spot, first time we had a great dinner so this time we decided to try their Sunday breakfast, it was delicious but unfortunately came out very cold, it must have sat there waiting until someone had time to pick it up,they were quite busy..so that was disappointing,55.00 for 3 people so you are hoping for a hot breakfast!

My wife ordered a well toasted English muffin. When it came it had no brown on it at all. My wife refused it and a replacement. 100% the waitresses fault. My breakfast was fine. The waitress said that we didnt have to pay for the English muffin. Good thing. We usually tip very well, but there was no tip for this waitress. Wont be back.

Friendly staff, chicken was very overcooked in what looked like butter, chicken was not edible. Salad was decent and the hummus should have a larger portion.

First time ever at this restaurant just down the road from bowling at the new splitsville bowling which used to be woodlawn. If you go bowling and you want to go somewhere for dinner come down to the souvlaki flame restaurant you will not be disappointed. Took my entire family we all had different dishes and all eight dishes were excellent. Not very often that happens when I take all of my kids and spouses, out for dinner. Thoroughly recommend the souvlaki flame family restaurant. And very well priced the Greek salad was delicious.

I have only ordered delivery, but several times now. They always get it right with great food, on time, with special requests done as asked. They are my first choice for good food at a good price.

Best Souvlaki in Guelph!! I called to inquire about catering and spoke to Jerome- He was such a pleasure to talk to and then invited me first to come and eat before I order. Food was AMAZING- I ordered catering the following day and my guests were very happy with everything Huge thank you to the restaurant and Jerome. I ll Definitely be back for dinner soon!

It was ok, when thinking Greek souvlaki you think awesome chicken and pork smothered in tzatziki, they give you enough tzatziki for half a skewer, also no pita!! Greek salad needs more Deion and vinegar to oily . Tried it , won t be back ( Harvest Moon in st.Jacobs has incredible souvlaki 11/10 there)

Im not from the area, but I stopped in for lunch. Had the chicken quesadilla special. The place was packed, and the one server was attentive to all and HUSTLED to get everyones order. Well done! If Im back in the area, I would definitely stop by again.

Sadly had a very disappointing experience at Souvlaki Flame. Our first visit (for weekend breakfast) was approximately 1 month ago and went very well. Attentive server, food come out exactly as ordered, nice and hot, and in a timely fashion. Our 2nd attempt (again a weekend breakfast) could not have been more different. The restaurant was half as busy; however, the (different) server was stressed and did not attempt more than the bare minimum. I had to ask for a refill on my coffee, and some of the food on the plates was very clearly old and cold - cold homefries, cold english muffin, one cold (and weirdly wrinkled and rubbery) egg. It took over 1 hour to get this indifferent meal so be warned. Fast friendly service and consistency are a good benchmark for a breakfast place and Souvlaki Flame doesnt meet that mark. We regretfully will not return and will not recommend.

Had their daily lunch specials, schnitzel with Greek salad and potato, and crispy chicken and fries. Greek salad and potato really good. Schnitzel portion size small. Crispy chicken on a bun was mediocre at best. We should have picked a full Greek meal. It probably would have been fine.

Service was a bit above okay, generous portions, good flavour, yet the lamb was very tough and chew, cheap grade of meat

Average meal, waitress was okay but needed to be reminded of requests and refills. Prices were a little high but that is the same everywhere. The worst part was that my friend misplaced both her phone and wallet (probably in the restaurant). When I spoke to the staff, they could not have cared less. No offer to take the name and number in case anything turned up. Checked in a couple of days later, same attitude. A little more caring would have been nice even though it was in no way the fault of the restaurant.

Breakfast was good,shaved potatoes were a little under cooked, could have been a little more crisp and hotter.

I love Greek food, and have eaten in many fine Greek establishments. Unfortunately this is not one of them. Food honestly seemed like it had come out of a box. I hate leaving bad reviews, but unless youve never had Greek food, this place will disappoint. Server was friendly, and prices are fair on the positive side.

This was a real treat, we used to live down the road twenty years ago, and were driving by when we stopped in. Dont hesitate to try it out. Thank you for a wonderful dinner.

Got takeout yesterday. Waitstaff were very lovely! Food was very very average for Greek takeout. Tzatziki was incredibly small. Chicken was average. Potatoes were small. Overall I likely won t be back; it wasn t terribly experience but could be made at home much better for much much less. Food

My family of 9 tried Souvlaki Flame for the first time this weekend and were thoroughly impressed. Not only was the food considerably cheaper than another Greek restaurant in town that we have always eaten at in the past, but the salad was much fresher, the pork tender and the potatoes and rice were so flavourful. And the children loved that they could order breakfast for lunch as well. The menu is extensive and the restaurant itself is very clean and the staff were lovely! We will be back regularly.

We had the meatloaf, it was the lunch special. We consider ourselves meatloaf connoisseurs and this meatloaf was really good . It was my first time at Souvlaki Flame and I was super impressed with the entire meal. Nice big portion and very tasty for a very reasonable price in my opinion. Oh its also licensed so you can enjoy a glass of wine or a cocktail with your meal. Definitely recommend.

I found this restaurant because I was craving Greek salad on a Sunday this past spring when I was staying in Cambridge, On. There were not any local places open but this was about a 10 minute ride to Guelph. It was so good, I went back the next night for more. My family and I were in Guelph recently for Christmas photos and we went for dinner. It was a hit with everyone, plentiful food, well presented and delicious. Pricing was very fair and the service was great. Will be back here again soon.

Prompt take out service. Friendly and kind staff. Food however, was of good quality but had some areas for improvement. The peppercorn chicken sandwich had tomato slices ~1 thick while chicken was half that - served club style with a lot of bread. Greek salad had quartered whole tomatoes. Fries were seasoned well and thick cut.

This resturant is right down the street from me. I like suporting local busneses, but this one is especially good. The waitresses are very friendly and accommodating. The décor is very nice, its a casual/fine dining atmosphere. The menu is greek/canadian with burgers and fries as well as greek dishes. the food itself is very good, one thing i always note is that its made with very fresh ingredients, even the lettuce is extra crispy and fresh. I am a returning customer!

I ordered spanakopita entree. It was flavoured nicely but came with no tzatziki which really is half the reason I want Greek food, and the so called Greek salad came with bottled Italian dressing. When I order Greek food I want and expect Greek food. Disappointed

Avoid this place, food is below standard and owner does not care about customer satisfaction. If your food comes out wrong or not cooked to your liking, you still have to pay they will not do anything to keep a customer happy!!!!!!

I wish I had discovered this location earlier. Very clean, professional location. Fantastic prices and amazing quality. Salads are full of feta cheese and the chicken souvlaki pita is recommended!

We tried this place for the first time tonight , it was absolutely disgusting the fish tasted like it was almost bad , the crab meat was fake, the chicken was so dried our , the burgers were also not good. For the price we paid I am highly dissatisfied.DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I just ordered the $15.00 Greek souvlaki pita pork with a side of fries for take out from the kind blonde lady at the front. Waited in my car for the meal. I came back inside and was given the food from the curly haired server. While waiting inside I heard her give attitude to the kitchen staff and excuses to the customer in front of me. With the meal being $15.00, I asked her if it included a drink. She laughed at me and said nice try sweetie, but no. Excuse me?! I wasn t trying to rip you off. I thought the price was a little much for a pita and fries. The meal is for my husband as this is the second time I ve come here and second time I ve had attitude from that server. I will not be be back and recommend people to not come here.

Another amazing dinner tonight with fabulous and personable service from Kat (the awesome lady with curly hair). We had the Greek bruschetta appetizer, chicken souvlaki dinner. fish and shrimp special, as well as the pork schnitzel special. All the food was delicious and cooked fresh. Excellent portions and prices. Greek bruschetta is always a must order every time I go. Looking forward to my next visit and chatting with Kat :)

July 1st, Canada Day, party of 6 adults. First time dining at Souvlaki Flame and well make it a point to return again. Very nice experience, wonderful service and excellent food.

We had great experiences at this place. Went in for a lunch with a family of 4. We orders a mutton and pork entree along with crispy chicken snacks for both our kids. MUST say the mutton was perfectly delivered to my plate. The kids crispy chicken was well battered. Not extremely crispy or oily. The person who took our order was genuinely very friendly and kind enough to bring some coloring materials for my kids to enjoy. Will definitely return back to try out breakfast menu.

I love their lamb because they know how to make it - which is rare to medium rare like it should be. Ive eaten their Lamb chops, the lamb souvlaki as well as their Chipotle Chicken. The in-house chipotle is a world of flavour, both tangy and zingy. Vegetarian options: Yes! There are veggie dishes that you would love! Dietary restrictions: Just let your server know of any dietary restrictions and they will happily comply. Parking: There is dedicated parking Wheelchair accessibility: The walkway has a ramp for wheelchair acres to enter the venue.

Its now our favourite Greek/Mediterranean place! Had the pitas and they were great; tomatoes tasted fresh. Dietary restrictions: Nut and peanut free meal! Just warned about a dessert up front which contains nuts but none are in kitchen.

It was ok for a Greek place. Greek Salad was not as crisp and not as tasty as other Greek places. A bit too much oil was used on the pita so that it leaked quite a bit half way through eating. Waitress could have used an assistant as she didnt come by to check in us due to the amount of patrons there.
